I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Bolzano/bozen

29/11/2024: Innanzi tutto una premessa sulla location: situata in una collina in località Oies, il ristorante gode di una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Gli interni sono davvero una chicca con tutti i vari addobbi divisi per stanze. Con la mia famiglia è diventata quasi una prassi: quasi tutti gli anni ci torniamo ma dobbiamo dire che questa volta è andata peggio degli anni precedenti. Il locale era più freddo e la qualità del cibo è leggermente peggiorata pur avendo lievitato i prezzi in modo considerevole. Un brutto calo per un ristorante che avevo sempre valutato 5 stelle. Spero che questa recensione possa servire per migliorarvi e farvi ritornare ai fasti del passato.

01/02/2025: Locale piccolo, ma molto tipico. Menu non molto ampio. Abbiamo preso 2 piatti diversi con gulash. La qualità del gulash era appena sufficiente, nell'antipasto era abbondante, nel riso il gulash era pochissimo per cui praticamente ho mangiato un riso in bianco. Prezzo allineato con gli altri ristoranti di Ortisei

03/01/2025: Pasticceria che è una garanzia. Non metto 5 perché non ho mai provato il ristorante ed il servizio al tavolo. In 18 anni di vacanza natalizia a Vipiteno, decisamente la migliore pasticceria.

19/10/2024: When we made the request, we stated 2 dogs (collies) in the comment. When we arrived they were surprised that we came with 2 dogs because they only allow 1 dog per room and our request could no longer be found in the system. The room assigned to us was not equipped for dogs and we were given another one. On the first day it rained heavily and there was a strong wind. When we came back from our trip we had water in the bathroom. There was heavy dripping from the ventilation above the toilet. By the time someone dealt with the problem, the afternoon we actually wanted to spend in the SPA had passed. The hotel owner took it to the extreme by going into our room during dinner and allowing one of our dogs to escape. He was lucky that my dogs are so peaceful. After a day without rain, the whole thing started again the next morning and we had water in the bathroom again. There was no offer for the remaining days, so we decided to cancel the vacation. It was just disappointing. The good cuisine and the service staff were positive.

13/03/2025: Infolge schlechten Wetters schafften wir es diese Woche gerade ein Mal auf die Piste dafür aber drei Mal ins Cascade. Wir waren an unserem ersten Abend restlos zufrieden. Neben dem ausgezeichneten Essen und dem freundlichen Service hat uns auch die Speisekarte überzeugt. Da gibt es so manche lokale Spezialität zu entdecken, dass wir einfach einiges ausprobieren mussten. Ob Salate, Ravioli, Nudeln, Risotto, Pizza oder Fleischgerichte, alles von bester Qualität und schön angerichtet. Süssspeisen und ein guter Kaffee aus wirklich heissen Tassen runden das Ganze ab. Wir genossen den aufmerksamen Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre sehr. Gerne wieder.

24/02/2025: Locale arredato in stile modeno, propone sia piatti locali che pizze con ingredienti tipici. I piatti non sono super abbondanti ma sono tendenzialmente buoni, i dolci invece sono senz'altro promossi. Personale cordiale, a volte molto indaffarato tra i tanti tavoli, ma sicuramente cortese.

20/02/2025: Simplemente comida sublime con excelente servicio. No puedo recomendar este lugar más. Llegamos al final del servicio después de un largo día de esquí para descubrir este magnífico restaurante recomendado por varios lugareños. Teníamos el Spaghetti Monograno que era delicado y muy bien fragante con limón y el mar. La tagliata di manzo beef con verduras a la parrilla se derritió en la boca y se cocinó a la perfección. La paloma con puré de patatas, sin embargo, era el siguiente nivel y una salsa tan inteligente que al instante decidí reservar de nuevo. Incluso los nuggets de pollo de los niños eran pechuga de pollo apropiada. Finalmente, una crema brasilera en llamas se quemó a un crujiente perfecto, el tiramisú desapareció en un segundo y el helado de vainilla declarado el mejor por el comedor quisquilloso. Gracias por una comida fabulosa que esperamos mañana por la noche.

10/03/2025: Beautiful restaurant and view and a nice place to enjoy after a long day exploring. It’s a perfect base to establish yourself before the next big hike. If you so choose to push yourself to some higher elevations, the staff was all friendly. The food and the drinks were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend going here much better than even the pictures show.

27/02/2025: Dopo averlo scoperto scendendo con gli sci abbiamo deciso di pranzare nel bellissimo rifugio. Fuori si deve attendere che sia assegnato un tavolo. L'interno è stupendo, rustico ma di gran gusto. Il menù è tipico e i prezzi sono alti, le foto presneti testimonino la frequentazione di molti personaggi famosi. Le prozioni sono molto abbondanti: in 3 avremmo dovuto prendere solo 2 piatti. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo carpaccio di cervo, piatto perfetto, una gulaschsuppe molto speziata e aromatica che abbiamo lasciato in parte e tagliatelle con ragù al coltello di selvaggina, molto buone anche se dal gusto troppo dolciastro. Le tagliatelle erano abbondantissime e non leggere, infatti la digestione è stata impegnativa. Il sevizio è molto attento. Con 2 piccole birre, una cola e un buon strudel abbiamo speso 79 euro. Sosta molto piacevole.

23/02/2025: Chalet curato, caldo e rilassante. Molti tavoli a disposizione interni ed esterni ma subito serviti da personale preparato e cortese. Primi piatti serviti in padella, secondi abbondanti e gustosi , qualità prezzo uno dei migliori all’ Alpe di Siusi. Toilette particolarmente pulita e in ordine e non è scontato considerando l’ afflusso di sciatori.

25/02/2025: Fantástico lugar de esquí por excelencia apres. Clásico éxito. Fuimos un jueves (DJ Pure WOW) y no estaba lleno. Al día siguiente el viernes estaba lleno de gente para un evento e imposible de mover. Si hay algún evento, aconsejaría reservar. Pura guau, pura diversión y vibra genial.

28/02/2025: Pilze auf der Pizza waren aus der Dose ungenießbar. Nudeln mit Hirsch Nudeln Weich und nicht warm Hirsch schmeckt nicht nach Hirsch.
