Bar Brunner In Laives

A charming neighborhood pub where you can enjoy delicious food and a cold beer under an old chestnut tree, surrounded by locals playing cards. This was our second visit after day trips around Bolzano.

I sat in the outdoor seating area and ate a pizza. The young lady who served me was attentive and friendly. The small outdoor seating area is right next to the road, but since there was very little traffic (at least on Sundays), it wasn't a problem. It would certainly be pleasant to sit under the large tree even in warmer weather. The food was very good and the price was absolutely reasonable.

From the photos it looked very interesting, but I called Monday evening at 8:45 PM and was told they weren't open "for one." If they're closed on Monday, just update Google... too much effort?
