The most delicious ice cream I have ever tasted in Bluzano The store employee is very nice and easy-going Lemon flavored ice cream, honestly, the taste is amazing and there is no mistake 😋 🤤

24/03/2024: We were welcomed by Ester at reception and pampered by all the staff for the entire holiday. Cleanliness and meals are excellent
28/02/2024: Unfriendly, sometimes very arrogant and inflexible staff at reception. Unfortunately, we never had the feeling of being welcome. Services that we didn't have were billed for and only canceled after discussions without an apology. Parking at the hotel is a real problem.
