01/04/2025: Se sei da solo non ti fanno sedere. Dalle 2 persone in su prendono i nomi e man mano ti fanno accomodare, ma se sei da solo ti fanno aspettare anche 40 minuti dicendoti che stanno cercando un modo per inserirti a qualche tavolo. Parliamoci chiaro, il ricambio quando si scia è molto elevato perché nessuno vuole stare fermo ore. In 15 minuti avrei pranzato e avrei tolto il disturbo, ma per loro questo comportava una perdita di soldi. Vi manca un po' di umanità e c'è tanta discriminazione.

01/03/2025: Pranzo sulle piste da sci, piatti ottimi e servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso le mezze lune con ripieno di pera e salsa di formaggio veramente buonissimo. Anche le salsiccia con polenta e salse molto gustose. Da provare assolutamente

22/09/2025: A great place on the trail to recharge your batteries, eat something good, and rehydrate with a good beer. Friendly, helpful staff.

16/09/2025: A very welcoming and beautiful traditional cabin. All around you can see cows, rabbits, and other animals. You can sit at the outdoor tables, as well as some inside. The dishes they prepare, typical cuisine, are very good. We tried the sandwiches and then the cakes. The staff is friendly, and the service can sometimes be slow if it's crowded, but that's no problem.

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, it's the only place where you can stop for a break. The dishes are all pre-cooked and not very well made. You have to wait in line to pay, and it's self-service.

15/08/2025: Alpenhotel Panorama is in a perfect location for hiking, with unbeatable views that left us in awe. The facilities were spotless, and the staff—especially the waiters—were very friendly, though a few had some difficulty speaking Italian. The pasta was delicious and a clear highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the cotoletta didn’t quite live up to the high standard set by the rest of the experience.

28/09/2025: Best food on the way south. Exceptional value for money. Don't be intimidated by the hundreds of trucks! Top!!! Breakfast espresso and fresh croissants are amazing!!!

12/10/2025: I'm disappointed because I've ordered from them several times and the food and portions are undeniable, but they absolutely don't stick to their schedule. I ordered for delivery in 30 minutes because I had other commitments, and the pizza arrived after 90 minutes, ruining all my plans for the evening. Unreliable. Don't accept orders if you can't handle them.

29/07/2025: This property may carry the Leading Hotels of the World label, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of that standard. Setting and decor is old and rundown , the service philosophy seems to revolve around charging extra for absolutely everything — often without warning. From basic amenities to services you’d reasonably expect to be included in a hotel of this caliber, nearly everything comes with an unexpected fee. Instead of feeling pampered, you feel like you're being upsold at every turn. It’s disappointing and leaves a sour taste. Luxury isn’t just about the look — it’s about the guest experience. And here, that experience feels transactional, not hospitable. Definitely not the seamless, elevated stay one would expect from a member of LHW. Extremely underwhelming spa and massage experience. The massage was poorly executed, felt rushed, and completely lacked any professionalism or technique. The spa area itself is tiny and cramped, offering none of the comfort or luxury you would expect. The pool is small and uninviting, the showers are bare — no shampoo, conditioner, or body products provided. No brushes, no hair products, no amenities at all. Everything felt like an afterthought. This is not a relaxing or rejuvenating environment by any standard. Definitely not worth the cost or the time. Would not return or recommend. But the worse was interaction with few members of the staff that insisted on changing us the fee for spa entrance after we paid 150 euro for our poor massages for each and were planning to have dinner for 4 right after. When we called 4 to 5 days in advance, we were told by two staff members that there was no separate entrance fee if you’re having a spa treatment or dinner. We were planning to have both. On the way out of the spa we were asked to pay another 300 for entrance to the “ magnificent “ spa. They could not produce any email confirmation re those charges. We left the hotel very disappointed.

29/07/2025: Our friends stayed at this hotel during the winter, therefor me, my wife and another couple decided to check the hotel for our future trips. We live in Miami and come to Italy, San Cassiano area specifically, to hide from the Sumer heat in Miami. We called in advance few days prior and inquired about the massages and the dinner. What is the better way to check the hotel?! We reserved massages and reserved the dinner table. My wife called several times to confirm the pricing. The answer was, because we were not staying at the hotel we just “pay for the massages and the dinner”. After getting very mediocre massages in the not very clean congested spa and paying the bills at the spa, we proceeded upstairs to go to the restaurant, when we were informed about paying another 70 euros per person “for the entry”. This was out of line and a total surprise to us. The Front Desk deputy manager was very rude. We asked for the Manager to stop by. Michelle Albertelli was not helpful at all. We obviously did not stay for dinner and left. This is the LHW? This is the Service? We did not go to the restaurant and obviously did look at the rooms for the future, but, though they claimed that the hotel was renovated, judging by the Spa, it was filthy. The showers, the tiny lockers, toilets were filthy. The important thing is that the Front Desk people were rude. It should never happen at LHW property! 0 ⭐️!

10/04/2025: Es war alles einfach fantastisch! Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, das Personal sind wirklich wunderbar. Seit Jahren besuchen wir die Haselburg anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Mannes und reservieren rechtzeitig einen Tisch, der immer wunderschön gedeckt ist und direkt am Fenster mit Blick auf Bozen platziert ist. Das Essen ist liebevoll angerichtet und die Weinempfehlungen sind professionell.

08/01/2025: come già espresso al managemnt della proprità vorrei esprimere il mio totale disappunto per il cenone di capodanno di cui ho avuto la sfortuna di partecipare. Ad iniziare dall 'aperitivo di benvenuto con prodotti/ingredienti di scarsa qualità serviti in maniera approssimativa e con pochissima quantità (la crema di castagne era immangiabile ndr). Il tavolo assegnato consegnandoci un pezzo di carta su cui era scritto il numero del tavolo; il guardaroba ra sprovvisto di numeri e quindi cappotti lasciati appesi senza logica. Dopo il òprimo antipasto abbiamo scoperto che il brindisi di mezzanotte non era compreso nel prezzo del cenone ma avremmo dovuto acquistare una bollicina onde festeggiare il nuovo anno: richiesta assurda e di bassissimo profilo professionale. Abbiamo sollevato la questione al Maitre il quale con fare borioso e supponente ci ha detto che ciò è normale prassi nei ristoranti e lui che ha viaggiato in tutto il mondo non hai mai visto offrire tale servizio. Poi alla fine ci dice : beh posso offrirvi due bicchieri di prosecco se proprio volete!! Quindi oltre alla beffa siamo stati anche offesi:una totale mancanza di stile, professionalità e di approccio al cliente. Alle 1030 pm siamo andati via dopo avere appena assaggiato i due antipasti (la minestra di cavolfiore era degna di una mensa RSA) ed il risotto, salatissimo con delle scaglie di un tartufo estivo legnoso ed insapore. Il maitre sorpreso e seccato , al momento del conto, ci ha offerto il vino , che avevamo ordinato, come gesto riparatorio Concludo dicendo che uno Chef che vanta un CV importante, non ultimo all'Hotel Bulgari di Milano non dovrebbe tollerare tali situazioni e Se responsabile del menù dovrebbe riflettere riguardo le sue capacità in eventi del genere. Unica nota positiva è stata la cameriera che si occupava delle bevande che dispiaciutissima è venuta a chiederci perchè stavamo andanado via e contrita ci ha espresso il suo dispiacere. Non oserò più avvicinarmi a questo locale durante la mia permanenza lavorativa a Bolzano ne lo consiglierò ad amici o conoscenti o colleghi

14/10/2025: If you're looking for a place where you're served by an unfriendly innkeeper who doesn't care about attentiveness or service, this is the place for you. The food was mediocre.

23/09/2025: I've been here twice within 1.5 years. About a 45-minute walk, the hut looks quite nice, even with two small slides. The first time I was here was on the first day it opened in spring. There were only three tables occupied, but it took forever to get served. The waitress brought us the menu and then made us wait forever. When she wanted to take our order, she said there were only four dishes available today. She could have said that while handing out the menus... Anyway, 1.5 years later, I was here again. The terrace was busy, and the two waitresses (one of whom was the same one from back then) didn't greet us or help us choose a seat, nor did they bring our drinks within a reasonable time. We had to ask four times if we could order. When I asked for a single spinach dumpling for my 10-month-old baby, the waitress said, "No, we don't do that anymore. We only serve the Tris, otherwise the chef would have two other dumplings left, and that's not possible." Okay, I've never heard such nonsense before; it's never been an issue at any hut before. We live here and spend a lot of time in the mountains, and I've never experienced anything like this before. A friend ordered "Schlutzer without butter and Parmesan," and the waitress didn't say anything. Later, when I was looking for the restroom, I heard her and the other waitress gossiping about us. That's really unprofessional, especially since there were guests inside too and they heard everything. The valley is truly beautiful, and after the first steep section, the path is very manageable with a stroller. But I won't be returning here again anytime soon.

06/09/2025: We were very impressed by our dinner here. The location is very cosy and nice and ensures good privacy while keeping noise levels down. Service was straight from the heart, and the food was local but really well done. The spinach Spätzle were so fresh and fluffy and had so much spinach in them, with a most generous helping of walnuts. The dumplings likewise were really rich in veggies, and the Kaiserschmarrn was a great dessert - we liked how it was caramelised and moist.
