27/07/2025: A great experience during our trip to Val di Fassa. Tasty, plentiful dishes at reasonable prices. A small, family-run restaurant in a simple, traditional setting. I would definitely return. Well done!

23/07/2025: Il posto si trova all inizio della vallunga ed è l unico punto di ristoro, di conseguenza è molto frequentato. Il cibo non è commentabile per quanto è scadente ( polenta precotta e preconfezionata con formaggio di plastica e sugo che sapeva di scatola) Non c è servizio, comunque c è scritto però nei periodi di punta si formano code lunghissime. Forse avere qualcuno ai tavoli almeno per i mesi di luglio e agosto non guasterebbe). La toilette è unica per uomini e donne, sporca è dire poco, senza sapone né salviette. Insomma un posto assolutamente da evitare. In vallunga si può fare un picnic oppure è meglio pranzare a nella vicina Selva valgardena.

02/03/2025: Also ich kann nur sagen das es eine richtig gute Pizzeria ist. Wir waren schon sehr oft da und wurden jedesmal sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bedient. Auch von der sogenannten Chefin immer ein liebes Wort, schön das ihr wieder da seid wie geht's euch und auch war alles in Ordnung. Vllt gab's mal einen Tag wo man einen nicht so guten Tag hat. Es ist ja auch immer voll. Ich mag sie sehr und freue mich schon wieder aufs nächste mal in 2 Wochen. Liebe Grüße Enrico Porstmann

22/02/2025: Visitamos Pizzeria Ciamin como un gran grupo de 10 y nos acomodaron cómodamente en dos mesas. El servicio fue amable y eficiente. El menú es enorme, pero la mayoría de nosotros elegimos pizzas de leña, que eran de tamaño generoso y absolutamente delicioso, con una base perfectamente crujiente y coberturas frescas. Tuve la pizza de atún y cebolla, que era fantástico, y todos en nuestro grupo disfrutaron mucho de su comida. Un gran lugar para un post relajado y satisfactorio - cena de esquí

Noodle soup 4/5 Spaghetti aglio oli 4.5/5 Kaiserschmarrn 5/5* Shepherd's macaroni 4.5/5 The parking is conveniently located and the walk is easy. We'd love to come back 👍

08/08/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo con amici. Cibo nella media, nulla di eccezionale, ma la cosa che più mi ha lasciata sconcertata è stata la maleducazione e arroganza del giovane cameriere al momento del pagamento: abbiamo chiesto di dividere il conto a metà quindi prevedendo due pagamenti separati. Fin qui tutto normale se non che ci è stato preteso il pagamento a cifra arrotondata in eccesso per entrambi i conti adducendo motivazioni non comprovate e non chiare. Il tutto con arroganza e estrema maleducazione (alla richiesta di spiegazioni il cameriere se ne è andato totalmente alterato). Da clienti paganti e che hanno chiesto giustamente delucidazioni non ci si aspetta un comportamento del genere.

08/08/2025: Cibo ottimo, ingredienti freschi e piatti curati nei dettagli. Personale gentile e attento, atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire a casa. Da provare assolutamente la polenta , semplicemente delizioso! Tornerò sicuramente.

29/07/2025: This property may carry the Leading Hotels of the World label, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of that standard. Setting and decor is old and rundown , the service philosophy seems to revolve around charging extra for absolutely everything — often without warning. From basic amenities to services you’d reasonably expect to be included in a hotel of this caliber, nearly everything comes with an unexpected fee. Instead of feeling pampered, you feel like you're being upsold at every turn. It’s disappointing and leaves a sour taste. Luxury isn’t just about the look — it’s about the guest experience. And here, that experience feels transactional, not hospitable. Definitely not the seamless, elevated stay one would expect from a member of LHW. Extremely underwhelming spa and massage experience. The massage was poorly executed, felt rushed, and completely lacked any professionalism or technique. The spa area itself is tiny and cramped, offering none of the comfort or luxury you would expect. The pool is small and uninviting, the showers are bare — no shampoo, conditioner, or body products provided. No brushes, no hair products, no amenities at all. Everything felt like an afterthought. This is not a relaxing or rejuvenating environment by any standard. Definitely not worth the cost or the time. Would not return or recommend. But the worse was interaction with few members of the staff that insisted on changing us the fee for spa entrance after we paid 150 euro for our poor massages for each and were planning to have dinner for 4 right after. When we called 4 to 5 days in advance, we were told by two staff members that there was no separate entrance fee if you’re having a spa treatment or dinner. We were planning to have both. On the way out of the spa we were asked to pay another 300 for entrance to the “ magnificent “ spa. They could not produce any email confirmation re those charges. We left the hotel very disappointed.

29/07/2025: Our friends stayed at this hotel during the winter, therefor me, my wife and another couple decided to check the hotel for our future trips. We live in Miami and come to Italy, San Cassiano area specifically, to hide from the Sumer heat in Miami. We called in advance few days prior and inquired about the massages and the dinner. What is the better way to check the hotel?! We reserved massages and reserved the dinner table. My wife called several times to confirm the pricing. The answer was, because we were not staying at the hotel we just “pay for the massages and the dinner”. After getting very mediocre massages in the not very clean congested spa and paying the bills at the spa, we proceeded upstairs to go to the restaurant, when we were informed about paying another 70 euros per person “for the entry”. This was out of line and a total surprise to us. The Front Desk deputy manager was very rude. We asked for the Manager to stop by. Michelle Albertelli was not helpful at all. We obviously did not stay for dinner and left. This is the LHW? This is the Service? We did not go to the restaurant and obviously did look at the rooms for the future, but, though they claimed that the hotel was renovated, judging by the Spa, it was filthy. The showers, the tiny lockers, toilets were filthy. The important thing is that the Front Desk people were rude. It should never happen at LHW property! 0 ⭐️!

18/07/2025: The staff were very rude, the spaghetti with shrimp and zucchini was tasteless and of poor quality. Given the high prices, we expected more.

01/08/2025: When I traveled from Ortisei to Cortina on July 6th, the Dolomites Maratona was taking place and the bus only ran as far as Corvara, but I had lunch at this restaurant and waited for over three hours until around 3:30pm. The soup I had was delicious and everyone was so kind that I was able to catch the last bus to Falzarego, which left the bus terminal at 5pm, and then call a taxi with some people who were there, arriving in Cortina at 8pm. Thank you so much!

27/06/2025: Good ice cream in the heart of Tirolo. There's a large indoor and outdoor area. The service was friendly and the ice cream was delicious. Payment was accepted with cash or card.

20/06/2025: The ice cream was good, but we weren't allowed to sit down because apparently you're not allowed to enjoy ice cream on the terrace! What a shame!

09/08/2025: Visto il caldo oggi durante una pedalata tra amici chiediamo di riempire le borracce d'acqua...ok risposto che l'acqua costa...mai successo nei miei 15mila km anno in bici... Sicuramente non mi fermo a mangiare

09/08/2025: Oggi con una comitiva numerosa siamo passati al Rifugio Rudi,a causa della giornata calda molti avevano bisogno di riempire le borraccie,ma il titolare ce lo ha negato a molti. L'acqua non si nega a nessuno,non ho mai grazie a Dio avuto un esperienza pessima come questa. Pessimo.

24/08/2025: Extremely old and thin mattress. So bad that I could feel the springs in my ribs all night. Manager response: "It's not a luxury hotel." Only time I've abandoned a hotel in the midst of a stay.

20/07/2025: Restaurant closed at 9pm and why does it say 10pm?

12/08/2025: Sunday family lunch. The place is very nice and clean. The cold cuts platter was good, especially the mortadella and salami. The speck dumplings were very dry (the waitress told us they cook them in water because we'd asked about the broth, since one of our group was vegetarian), and the goulash was strange. The cheese dumplings didn't stay together. I have to say, we didn't eat well. The waitress is unusual and might seem rude to some, but in the end, she just seemed odd to us.

11/08/2025: The service wasn't very friendly, and we had to wait about an hour for our drinks, even though the place was very empty.

12/08/2025: Every time I pass through Sestri Ponente, it's a ritual to stop at Caffetteria Merano, where respect, hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism are complemented by the friendly owners. 15/06/2025: Con il suo stile anni Settanta, il Domino è ideale per prime colazioni, aperitivi e merende, oltretutto a prezzi abbordabili e più bassi rispetto a quelli applicati nei locali che si trovano più nel centro di Ortisei. Non per niente è ben frequentato dalla gente del luogo. Noi ci siamo sempre trovati bene e difatti sempre ci torniamo.
