24/07/2025: We requested an aperitif with a platter of cured meats and cheeses... chips and peanuts weren't included with the spritz and beer... so while we were waiting for pizza, we opted for this option... the service was initially quick... when it came time for pizza, even though there were few people inside and outside, we waited a bit too long... To clarify, it's not a pizza, it's a pinsa... or else they used whole wheat flour without warning... But the toppings were inedible... after the second bite, I felt nauseous... nothing should be thrown away, we ate, paid, and left... I recommend mosquito nets because there were more flies inside the restaurant than at the outdoor tables.

Io ho gustato con molto piacere un primo piatto a base di pasta fresca e tartufo nero:ottimo.Ma devo dire che tutte le altre portate sono state altrettanto eccellenti. 28/07/2025: Following a mix-up with a reservation at another property, everyone at this hotel went out of their way to provide me, my family, and our longtime friends with the utmost support and hospitality. The entire staff demonstrated unparalleled competence and professionalism. The positive review is absolutely deserved and worthy of mention! As for the rest...what can I say? Excellent location, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, a breakfast filled with quality products, and a superb dinner!!! Well done everyone, truly!!!

04/06/2025: Locale caldo e ben arredato ideale per un arrivo dopo camminata nella Vallunga. Piatti eccellenti e servizio impeccabile, personale cortese. È un posto dove tornare, ottime le carni, da provare la Jufa, tipico piatto della tradizione.

Ovviamente vino a parte..

01/04/2025: Se sei da solo non ti fanno sedere. Dalle 2 persone in su prendono i nomi e man mano ti fanno accomodare, ma se sei da solo ti fanno aspettare anche 40 minuti dicendoti che stanno cercando un modo per inserirti a qualche tavolo. Parliamoci chiaro, il ricambio quando si scia è molto elevato perché nessuno vuole stare fermo ore. In 15 minuti avrei pranzato e avrei tolto il disturbo, ma per loro questo comportava una perdita di soldi. Vi manca un po' di umanità e c'è tanta discriminazione.

01/03/2025: Pranzo sulle piste da sci, piatti ottimi e servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso le mezze lune con ripieno di pera e salsa di formaggio veramente buonissimo. Anche le salsiccia con polenta e salse molto gustose. Da provare assolutamente

09/02/2025: Complete tourist complex (3 star hotel and restaurant) very well managed on a family level. Mr. Franco and Mrs. Marina (excellent chef and daughter of Mrs. Alba Di Pillo, from San Candido, inventor of tiramisu) welcome guests very warmly, putting them at ease. The hotel structure, located a few minutes walk from the town center, compensates for the distance with exceptional services and quality cleanliness. Despite the nearby presence of the Pusteria state road 49 and the train station, rooms are well isolated from external noise. Very comfortable business stay.

01/08/2025: Not finding the lady who served the tables was a shock but she obviously has the right to retire. The food is still good though even if they no longer do some things I was fond of.

09/08/2025: I went to this location to have a pizza al salamino, which had a nice crispy crust and the salami was good. Unfortunately, the seating is limited and a bit cramped, but they also offer home delivery.

24/04/2025: Sono stato con mia moglie in un ambiente rilassato e confortevole. Il personale è disponibile, solerte e sorridente, davvero bravi! Abbiamo mangiato due hamburger; io smash burger e mia moglie chicken burger. Devo dire buoni entrambi, con grandi porzioni di patatine; mi sarei aspettato dei sapori “maggiormente tipici” visto il luogo ma, ripeto, comunque buoni. La birra fatta da loro discreta, molto buona invece la grappa (sempre di produzione propria). Sicuramente merita fiducia. Prezzo 55€ per due panini hamburger (con annessa porzione di patatine per entrambi abbondante), due birre (una piccola e una media) e una grappa.

15/08/2025: Alpenhotel Panorama is in a perfect location for hiking, with unbeatable views that left us in awe. The facilities were spotless, and the staff—especially the waiters—were very friendly, though a few had some difficulty speaking Italian. The pasta was delicious and a clear highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the cotoletta didn’t quite live up to the high standard set by the rest of the experience.
