10/01/2026: The restaurant was excellent, and the food was of outstanding quality. We ordered the entrecôte and the funghi tagliatelle, both of which were delicious, with genuine, authentic flavors. The desserts were also great. The restaurant itself has a warm, local mountain atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our dinner.

08/12/2025: Everything seemed excellent, the location and the food, until I noticed a small white larva, typical of flour and grains, floating in my barley soup. I sent it back, and the waiter offered to remake it, but by then I was disgusted. But the real surprise was being charged for it and having to ask for it to be removed from the bill.
After a slight protest from the waiter, who reminded us he'd offered to remake the soup, he removed it from the bill.
Poor treatment given the lack of hygiene and quality of the raw materials demonstrated.

28/12/2025: We stopped by for an afternoon merenda and enjoyed dessert with coffee. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the mousse alle castagne, which was really good and perfectly suited for a cozy afternoon treat.
The atmosphere can get a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. We still enjoyed our time there.

08/02/2026: Excellent location for visiting the fair, yet well-connected to the city center.
Warm (winter) and comfortable rooms.
Some furnishings are missing, but this may be due to the renovations currently underway.
The breakfast was excellent and plentiful.
Friendly management.

18/01/2026: Beautiful and warm decoration, great vibes everyone is welcomed and especially families. Waitresses are all friendly and helpful, food gets served quickly even during busy hours.

28/11/2025: Convenient hotel for conferences. Friendly and helpful staff. Luca, in particular, solved a problem for me, due to my carelessness with the booking. Thank you. P.S. Perhaps on the booking website, highlight the need to be careful about which hotel you're booking.
25/11/2025: There is thief’s in this hotel, who is stealing bags from the residences, i was checking out from the hotel, and during the process of the checking out someone from behind came and steal my wife bag, and run, and when i tried to inform the reception to open the cameras it turns there is no cameras in the reception, i think they didint put cameras intentionally so they can help theifs to steal from the people, because they even didint show me any type of care, or action.
This is the worst hotel in italy, despite the location of it, but there is no safety at all in this hotel.

19/11/2025: The staff is always very friendly and fast, which is not a given these days.
The pizzas are always better.
The food isn't overwhelming, but there's enough to suit every taste, and what's available is always excellent.
I find the prices fair, not low but not excessive either. Let's just say that if they increased even a little, I'd turn up my nose, but I'd gladly return.
