Ristorante Pizzeria RIEGA In Sesto

During our stay in Sesto, we chose to have lunch and dinner at Riega on two occasions, and both times, the experience was truly excellent! The restaurant is very well-kept and welcoming, with a perfect balance between typical South Tyrolean style and a touch of modernity. The rooms, characterized by wood and details reminiscent of mountain tradition, immediately convey a pleasant feeling of warmth and familiarity. Furthermore, the splendid view of the Dolomites makes lunch or dinner even more evocative and relaxing. The cuisine convinced us on both visits: the dishes were prepared with quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. The service was also always friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome, even when we arrived close to closing time. The fact that we returned twice during the same holiday speaks for itself. If I were to return to Sesto, Riega would definitely be one of my first choices. A restaurant I recommend without a doubt!

The food was truly excellent and the orange juice tasted like it was freshly squeezed 😋🍕 Unfortunately, the egg on the pizza was still raw and the service seemed like they didn't care at all.

I'm so happy to have stayed at RIEGA 🥰, in a beautiful, cozy room with a fantastic view of the Dolomites and, in the evening, a marvelous starry sky. 🌈✨ The owner, a lovely, very professional, yet kind and capable lady, let us taste everything, satisfying all our culinary and other curiosities; she satisfied us EVERYTHING "reasonable" ❤️and almost beyond 😝. The staff was also extremely helpful, efficient, and fast. The price was well-deserved, and even cheap compared to the service we received!

The experience could have been better... Nothing to say about the place or the service. Unfortunately, of the two dishes we ordered, a mountain pine risotto with speck and a potato, egg, and speck risotto, the first was way too salty. And the mountain pine (the reason I chose it) didn't arrive.

Everything was good. Vegetarian food & hospitality was great. Great ambience. Only let down was, we were charged Copreto for 11 people, while eating members were only 7. We had pre-informed the owner about the same & she had agreed for the other 4 people to sit. Worst was, she went on to say, my hotel - my rules ! But the good food made up for everything. Definitely recommend !!!

Last weekend I was in Sexten. Since it was low season, many businesses were closed, and Riega was the only one open. The atmosphere is very refined, and the food is truly excellent! The pizza was also really good. Unlike other places that have changed their menu to make it more modern and trendy, Riega has maintained a more traditional approach, and you can find many traditional Tyrolean dishes like dumplings, Wienerschnitzel, and even Kaiserschmarrn. I recommend it to everyone.
