26/10/2024: Excellent place with a very refined and evocative setting. Inside we speak mainly German but in case of ignorant customers (like me), the staff also speaks Italian. There are also menus in Italian. The service was a little slow but the food was good. Prices slightly higher than average. I recommend it if you are in the area.

15/02/2025: Locale accogliente, ben inserito nel contesto alpino. Personale gentile, che mette a proprio agio i clienti, anzi, meglio, gli ospiti. Il cibo viene preparato come a casa, dai primi ai dolci. Se cercate un posto ancora genuino vi troverete benissimo!

14/12/2024: A parte il servizio che è eccellente, tutto il resto è assolutamente normale. Non si mangia male ma non ricorderò il cibo. La polenta probabilmente è la nota più dolente.

28/05/2025: One star is too much for the taste. The wait time was stated as 20 minutes, but it took over an hour!!! Of course, the pizza was ice cold!!! Even though I said on the phone that card payment was not possible, it was not delivered.

31/08/2024: In questo soggiorno in Alta Pusteria di due settimane, tre sere sono state trascorse in questo rifugio a mezza costa sopra Monguelfo. Tutto assolutamente perfetto (prenotazione rispettata, accoglienza gentilissima dalla proprietaria, rigorosamente n costume). Rosticciata senza carne, ma con patate e funghi 🍄 gustosa, bistecca pizzaiola con patate 🥔 arrosto e fritte (carne ottima), la sera prima bistecca di maiale 🐷, sottile, gustosa, piatti di funghi 🍄 (finferli e porcini), salsiccia, polenta, uova con lo speck, goulasch. Un menù ricchissimo e completo ( solo da provare). 🥗 Insalata di crauti favolosa. Grappa al fieno, alla genziana, limoncello . Grazie, una tradizione fantastica

08/03/2025: Absolutely fabulous. Enchanting surroundings, impeccable service. Best for trekking, lake dipping. Slopes are easy to reach too. The spa facilities are great. Some rooms are older than others but good anyway. Fairly priced. I strongly recommend it.

17/01/2025: We recently had the great pleasure of being hosted for the week around New Year's Eve together with my family and a couple of friends by this structure. Structure immersed in a wonderful park with frozen lake Fiè. The entire structure is very clean, the relaxation area overlooks the park. Excellent cuisine, rich breakfast and always plenty of choice and variety. Top chef. Everyone is always very smiling and welcoming. Judith the owner, very helpful and welcoming especially with my two furry friends (two mini toy poodles) who always allowed us to take them to breakfast and dinner in the carrier. Thank you for the beautiful torchlight procession after dinner around Lake Fiè, always guided by Judith with sweets and hot drinks on our return. A great emotion every evening in looking at a starry sky like we had never seen before. Upon returning to Rome 5 days after our departure from the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten a gold necklace with a pendant that I was very attached to, in the pocket of the bathrobe that I put on to go to the SPA, I immediately called the hotel, without much hope trying to see if she had been found. After an hour and a half Judith called me back telling me she had found her. Now my necklace is with me again and I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart for their seriousness. A wonderful holiday, a highly recommended place. Thanks to Giovanna for her availability. Highly recommended for everything.

01/04/2025: Se sei da solo non ti fanno sedere. Dalle 2 persone in su prendono i nomi e man mano ti fanno accomodare, ma se sei da solo ti fanno aspettare anche 40 minuti dicendoti che stanno cercando un modo per inserirti a qualche tavolo. Parliamoci chiaro, il ricambio quando si scia è molto elevato perché nessuno vuole stare fermo ore. In 15 minuti avrei pranzato e avrei tolto il disturbo, ma per loro questo comportava una perdita di soldi. Vi manca un po' di umanità e c'è tanta discriminazione.

01/03/2025: Pranzo sulle piste da sci, piatti ottimi e servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso le mezze lune con ripieno di pera e salsa di formaggio veramente buonissimo. Anche le salsiccia con polenta e salse molto gustose. Da provare assolutamente

17/05/2025: My visit to Wainks Restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing. I felt like a second-class guest. While other tables received high-quality, ornate glasses, we were served plain plastic cups. I was particularly disappointed that, unlike other guests, we were asked to pay immediately, which gave the impression that they wanted to get rid of us quickly. This unequal treatment made my stay very unpleasant. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Wainks Restaurant.

23/10/2024: We've been coming to the Pernhof for many years. We're guests at the hotel, and the rooms leave nothing to be desired. A vacation from the very beginning! The breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires, and guests are always greeted with a smile. The restaurant is the same; simply fantastic! Thank you for the wonderful vacation, we're already looking forward to next year.

30/09/2024: Die Bedienung ging zunächst flott vonstatten, obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war. Nach der Vorspeise dann eine längere Pause. Die Spare-Ripps waren zart und geschmackvoll. Der Zwiebelrostbraten etwas durchwachsen. Leider hat die Bedienung dann stark nachgelassen. Es wurde nicht mehr gefragt, ob es geschmeckt hat und ob wir gerne einen Nachtisch hätten. Ich winkte schließlich der Bedienung und bestellte einen Williams. Der war dann leider schlecht eingeschenkt. Auch die zweimal angefragte Bezahlung ließ leider auf sich warten. So hat der zunächst gute Eindruck letztlich doch stark gelitten.

31/01/2025: Malga molto carina a circa 3/4 d'ora di passeggiata da Passo Lavazé. Dopo la tempesta di Vaia é stato chiuso o per lo meno non é piú cosi agevolmente percorribile il sentiero nel bosco, anche perché di bosco é purtroppo rimasto poco. Si snoda invece una comoda strada forestale che porta direttamente alla malga, la rende una passeggiata molto facile e quindi molto accessibile. La malga é piccola, ha pochi posti interni quindi in inverno tende ad essere piena, d'estate con i tavoli all'aperto si ha piú disponibilitá. Piatti molto interessanti e originali cosi come l'aperitivo e le birre artigianali. Personale cortese, un po' in affanno con molta gente ma molto disponibili.

23/12/2024: Siamo ad apertura di stagione estiva e siamo partiti già molto molto bene. Tranne un piccolo inconveniente con il pane arrivato a fine pasto ma si si sono fatti perdonare in mille modi... e per questo confermo le 5 stelle. Luogo incantevole che ci ha accolti in veranda prenotando 10 minuti prima... anche se avevamo 5 cani. Mi sono pentito di non aver preso delle semplici uova patate e speck.... che sembravano essere un capolavoro. Ma credo di aver mangiato uno dei goulash più buoni di sempre. Densità della polenta 10 e lode. Mia moglie ha preso tris di canederli. Uno più buono di un altro.! Complimenti! Per farsi perdonare l'oste è arrivato a fine pasto con 3 bottiglie di grappa messe a nostra disposizione. Ah occhio con lo strudel... una sola fetta sembra un dolce intero. Ahahaha

20/02/2025: We went to the restaurant. Careful and quality cuisine with a wide choice, at a price comparable to the refuges, a nice discovery. The manager was very friendly and talkative. In my opinion it is worth a visit

09/02/2025: Complete tourist complex (3 star hotel and restaurant) very well managed on a family level. Mr. Franco and Mrs. Marina (excellent chef and daughter of Mrs. Alba Di Pillo, from San Candido, inventor of tiramisu) welcome guests very warmly, putting them at ease. The hotel structure, located a few minutes walk from the town center, compensates for the distance with exceptional services and quality cleanliness. Despite the nearby presence of the Pusteria state road 49 and the train station, rooms are well isolated from external noise. Very comfortable business stay.

22/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato prenotando con poco avviso su suggerimento di amici. Esperienza molto positiva nonostante alcune recensioni non particolarmente positive. Le pietanze ottimamente cucinate con prodotti di qualità, atmosfera intima, servizio a cura dei proprietari. Prezzi nella media della zona Per due portate con dolce da dividere speso € 40 cad. Ovviamente vino a parte..

30/12/2024: Vacanza con amici , alle 14 ci troviamo senza un posto dove pranzare, chiamiamo troviamo questo ristorante in zona, chiamiamo e ci aspettano per garantirci il pranzo! Che dire.. grazie! Cibo ottimo e personale accogliente!!

17/05/2025: It's all new, the Google photos should be updated. New and spacious rooms. The triple was very large. Comfortable beds, the only thing I would improve a little is the buffet. They have space. Even if everything was good and varied in both the salty and sweet offerings. For sports commitments like mine it is very convenient, 5 minutes from the swimming pool and sports fields.

10/05/2025: The hotel has a good location and is quiet. My room was clean and well structured. Bed nice and firm and like new. Breakfast varied and you can make up for it as you wish.
