La cena escluso gli antipasti di formaggi, veramente da evitare, riso pino mugo e finferli decisamente indietro di cottura, fettuccine molto avanti con la cottura e ripassati in olio e funghi, prezzo decisamente alto, non ritornerò

20/06/2024: Eine längere Beurteilung ist mit ein Bedürfnis. Wir kamen um 1800 Uhr, wohl wissend, dass in Sternerestaurants viele Gänge serviert werden. Mit den üblichen Amuse gueule, über das köstliche frische Brot mit 6erlei Butter, Pesto Variationen kamen wir dann zum den Gängen. Wir wählten 4 Gänge. Mit Davor und Danach kommt man auf gefühlt 6-7. Zunächst zum Essen…. Köstlichst.. Fein.. Menge mehr als ausreichend… Die Wachtel Präsentation äußerst gelungen. Die Trüffel feinst gehobelt auf einem Keks als Untergrund. Die Sauce dazu…ein Gedicht. Auch der Nachtisch konnte sehr überzeugen, sind wir nicht so die „ Süßen“. Besonders lobenswert ist ebenfalls der Service. Herr Benjamin bedient mit äußerst geschultem Blick und Aufmerksamkeit, bei gleichzeitigem unaufdringlichen höflichsten Umgang mit dem Gast. Im Team wird serviert und kurz und charmant ( durch Herrn Alessandro) die Speisen erklärt. Dezente Hintergrundmusik, angenehm. Wir sind wirklich viel herumgekommen und haben auf der ganzen Welt im Sternebereich gespeist. Dieses Restaurant verdient wirklich Aufmerksamkeit, denn das Zusammenspiel aus exzellentem Service, noch richtig gedeckten Tischen und einer wunderbaren Küche ist ein Seltenheit geworden. Besonders in den Großstädten erleben wir eine neue Generation an Restaurants. Keine Tischdecken, Besteck soll behalten werden über den Abend , Zwangs Duzen als vermeintliches „ Wir Gefühl“ und diese grauenvolle Zwangsbeschallung, deren Geschmack der Gastgeber bestimmt, was verzeihbar wäre, wenn die Lautstärke dezent wäre. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Abend.

23/04/2024: Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste beim Schlosswirt. Seit Corona sind die Preise gestiegen und es wird weniger geboten. Sehr schade. Wir waren mehrmals sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war gut. Ein Amuse Bouche mehr würde uns in Zukunft freuen. Wie vor Corona... wenn schon teurer, dann muss auch mehr geboten werden nicht offensichtlich weniger... Interieur: sehr geschmackvoll. Service: Professionell und kompetent.

30/08/2024: A NIGHTMARE STAY DRIVEN BY RUDE Given that my family and I have been customers of the structure in question for 4 years and that with some of the staff such as Filippo, Ester, Alban and Paolo we have an idyllic, almost FAMILY relationship, thanks to their extreme professionalism and sense of hospitality. Like every year I booked a 7-night stay from 24 to 31 cm. On the 28th I was in the spa of the structure, when at the exit of the Turkish bath, where I stopped in shorts, sitting on the appropriate towel!!!! I was joined by a hotel guest who, in an arrogant and arrogant tone, ordered me to leave the spa because according to him my clothing was RESTRICTED!!! Once we reached the front desk, Mr. intervened. Daniele, head of the rooms at the Feldmilla, who, although not consulted as he was off duty, in casual clothes burst into the undersigned in a loud voice saying "THE LORD IS RIGHT!!" meaning my clothing was FORBIDDEN. Having pointed out to Mr Daniele that there was no ban and that in 4 years NO ONE had warned us from entering the spa in costume, Daniele took on a HIGHLY RUDE AND DEFINITIVELY LACK OF ANY PROFESSIONALISM tone, inviting the writer twice to leave the structure ... "if you don't like it you're in the wrong hotel CHECK OUT!!", all in the presence of two other employees!!! In order not to degrade the situation to the same level as those described above, I decided to contact the Director, who did nothing other than repeatedly repeat that my clothing WAS NOT FORBIDDEN but was careful not to intervene with the friendly customer, to explain that Daniele was wrong and that in the spa with the necessary precautions the swimsuit is tolerated. For the above and for a question of dignity and serenity, I found myself having to leave in disgust, the Feldmilla 2 nights early which the Director had the terrible taste of charging to the bill, despite one of his employees with enormous RUDE had urged me to leave Fedmilla EARLY!!!! Finally, I am obliged to draw attention to the behavior bordering on racism on the part of Mr. Daniele who during his excesses exclaimed "THEN THERE ARE THE USUAL ITALIANS WHO DO NOT WANT TO SEE OTHERS' BALLS AROUND THE SPA AND THE POOL, IN HOW MUCH RETROGRADES WHO ARE ANNOYED THAT THEIR CHILDREN SEE HOW HUMAN BEINGS ARE MADE!! AMAZING!!!! In all of this the top management of the DV chain is secretly hiding even though I have tried to reach them more than once!!!

28/03/2024: Friendly waiters. Dinner does not correspond to that of a 4S hotel, gluten-free alternatives very uncreative. The breakfast is also rather monotonous. The pool area is very small and some of the rooms are unkempt.

08/08/2024: 1. Everywhere is full of thoughtful and unique furnishings 2. The breakfast options are rich and the ingredients are fresh and good. Dinner provides 4-course meals and a salad bar, which is delicious and satisfying. 3. Service staff are attentive and professional

07/08/2024: Bravissimi! Vivi complimenti allo chef Aldo e ai suoi ragazzi per l’esperienza offerta. I piatti rispettano la stagionalità degli ingredienti e rispecchiano l’amore che questi ragazzi hanno per la cucina. Piatti di sostanza, eleganti e raffinati, soprattutto VERI che raccontano del territorio e della ricercatezza della materia prima… complimenti anche ai ragazzi in sala, gentili e premurosi. Non c’è un difetto. Bravi! Consigliatissimo.

30/06/2024: Terrible service. Never again. Owners one more surly than the other, so much so that you feel uncomfortable even ordering a simple bottle of water! Average food and pizza, but very expensive. In conclusion I will never go back again and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

22/07/2024: in questa malga a oltre 2.000 metri di altezza si sta veramente bene, è a pochi passi dalla stazione a monte del Resciesa e offre uno spettacolo davvero importante, si è proprio di fronte al Sassolungo, mentre a sinistra si vede il Seceda con il gruppo Puez Odle, mentre a destra c'è il gruppo del Catinaccio con Alpe di Siusi e Sciliar. Il servizio è stato puntuale e preciso. Il piatto ordinato è stato molto gustoso.

21/07/2024: Ci siamo fermati in questa malga dopo una camminata, alle 10 circa, e abbiamo preso soltanto un caffè. La definirei un pò rustica, specie rispetto alle altre malghe della zona. La proposta per pranzo sembrava buona. Il servizio era curato da un signore in abiti tradizionali che con noi è stato gentile. Unica nota negativa la presenza di un cane chiuso in un ripostiglio (ma questo si può capire per evitare che scappi). Aveva da mangiare la polenta avanzata che ai cani non fa bene e provoca gonfiore e coliche. Si presentava docile ma al minimo rumore proveniente dalla stanza vicina si dimostrava guardingo e timoroso. Secondo me quel cane ha paura del suo padrone. Lascio a chi legge le debite conclusioni, a me ha fatto tanto tanto dispiacere e vorrei tanto che i gestori di malga Cason rispondessero. (pura illusione)

16/05/2024: Because of what we knew, we knew that there would be salad and water at lunch. However, the young waitress didn't bring us a salad and did bring one to all the other guests (locals). You only got the salad when you asked. When billing, it was also noticed that she had charged extra for the water. We were able to clarify this with the nice other waitress and the cashier. Still, it's a shame that as a tourist you are discriminated against by the young waitress and that's why we can't recommend it.
