14/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il cenone del 31 dicembre 2024. Estremamente soddisfatti, locale molto elegante, piatti squisiti, personale gentilissimo.

03/03/2025: Sehr gutes italienisches Essen, leider nicht ganz warm und bei den hochwertigeren Gerichten mit kleinen Tellern weniger Menge. Das müsste nicht sein. Gedeckt kostet reichlich extra. Sonst nettes Ambiente im Wintergarten und freundliche Bedienung, Inhaber an der Bar wirkte etwas gestresst.

20/02/2025: Excellent dishes, tasty and well cooked. The burgers are better than the burger joints in the center and cost almost 10 euros less. Super recommended. Great beer selection

03/05/2025: Nous avons déjeuné dans la belle salle intérieure, la 1ère expérience en été était sur la terrasse. L'apéro proposé était délicieux. Tous les mets que nous avons pris étaient très bons et servis avec le sourire. Nous y retournerons certainement.

05/02/2025: Über einen kleinen Führer mit Gastrotipps wurde ich aufs Reichhalter aufmerksam. Tolle historische Atmosphäre! Sehr freundlich der Empfang und auch der gesamte Service. Gute Weinempfehlungen. Schöne kreative Karte! Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es kamen etliche Einheimische zum Mittagessen....das ist ja meist ein gutes Zeichen!

23/04/2025: Das Essen war wieder einmal hervorragend! Wir essen jedes Jahr das Überraschungsmenü und wurden noch nie enttäuscht! Qualität, Service und Auswahl der Gerichte war klasse! Andersartige Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen - wir kommen nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder 🤗

23/04/2025: Top, seid ein paar Jahren vertrauen wir dem Koch und lassen uns mit dem Menu verwöhnen, einfach Klasse. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht, nur positiv überrascht - M. Wollte heute die Küche Räubern.

09/06/2025: We visited this restaurant with our 2 little childeren (1 and 3 years old) after a 10 hour drive around 20:00 hours. We were warmly greeted and the staff was very helpful getting us comfortable and pleasing the kids. The pizza's were awesome! There werent many other guests during out visit, but we will come back for sure in a few days.

07/06/2025: We had good expectations for a family dinner, but unfortunately it was an experience to forget and from what we saw the other guests didn't fare any better. The worst thing at the time of our complaints was the owner's ironic smile, something very offensive.

20/04/2025: Capitati per caso per il pranzo di Pasqua con una coppia di amici. Locale semplice. Abbiamo scelto il menù a sorpresa da tre portate. Che dire tutto al top! Qualità, cortesia, ricercatezza negli ingredienti e piatti decorati con estrema cura. Tutto buonissimo da leccarsi i baffi!! Ristorante da ricordare. Complimenti al proprietario!

07/06/2025: Not really recommended. The portions are huge and the beer is delicious, but the food still has a lot of room for improvement in terms of taste. I had the soup of the day, which was supposed to be a vegetable soup. It was a heavily salted broth with mashed vegetables. The grass and hay was like tortellini alle panna, only totally dry. The Parmesan cheese was grated from a can! That's unacceptable. At least the young waitress was nice.

06/06/2025: We've been coming to the Eggbauerhof every year for 26 years. I'm only 21 and grew up here on vacation. The trampoline, which has been here for years, was the highlight of my days in Kaltern. The restaurant is known for its large portions, especially the pasta. The portions can usually only be eaten by two people. At the same time, they're incredibly delicious.

26/01/2025: I only went because I was invited. There is no parking available. When you enter you are greeted by a nineties atmosphere, and not just because of the style, the padding of the chairs and benches have holes and are worn. The reception staff probably doesn't know they are, table booked for ten they made us sit in the wrong place and then made us move. Once the order was taken, the dishes arrived in bits and pieces. First the two pizzas, once those were finished some first courses arrived and once those were finished the last pasta arrived. Then the meat. Inedible pizzas, raw ingredients and dough. The cream or mushrooms in the pappardelle were sour. The carbonara egg smelled fresh. The grilled food was inedible, the meat was overcooked and tough, with a really strange flavour. Almost everything was returned, most of the guests didn't eat and they clearly took everything into account, like true gentlemen. Among other things, an astronomical bill for the place it is. The only edible thing was the birthday cake only because we took it from a pastry shop. Among other things, the bill presented was from another table. Whoever paid had to go back to dispute the bill and was refunded the difference without much justification. It is useless for the owners to respond to this review to apologize, because it was pointed out to them during lunch and they did nothing.

02/03/2025: Ich bin während dem Skifahren hier spontan eingekehrt. Ehrlich gesagt nur aufgrund der Namensgleicheit. Ich dachte, mit dem namen, kanns ja nur gut sein. So war es auch. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und platziert. Der Service war schnell, und aufmerksam. Zwischendurch dauertes es mal etwas länger, aber die Terrasse war voll, von daher ok. Die Speisen waren gut und reichlich. Ich denke, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. An die Meckererin den anderen Bewertungen bzgl. der hohen Preise. Leider ist es nicht nur hier sehr teuer geworden und sondern leider überall. Jagertee für 6 Euro, Cheeseburger für 24 habe ich woanders zahlen müssen. Das ist heute leider der Standard. Das liegt nicht an den Wirten, sondern an den exorbitanten Preissteigerungen bei Energie, Personal und Rohstoffe. Was im Supermarkt teurer wird, ist natürlich auch für den Wirt teurer. OK, nach dem Schwenk wieder zurück: Die Daniel Hütte ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Den fantastischen Blick auf Lang- und Plattkofel gibt es übrigens gratis dazu.

24/12/2024: Rifugio sulle piste lato Seceda con una vista mozzafiato sul Sassolungo e sul parco delle Puez-Odle. Ho mangiato benissimo: primi davvero eccellenti e soprattutto uno strudel di mele (con pasta sfoglia, che raramente si trova in zona) eccezionale. Ragazzi dello staff super gentili, premurosi, cordiali e soprattutto velocissimi. Manca il 5/5 per il listino, davvero esagerato. Ma in ogni caso consiglio senz'altro.

16/03/2025: Bonito restaurante al principio del Valle de Fiemme, está dirigido por italianos del sur y proponen algunos platos con pescado, señal en el camino le informa que el pescado fresco llega todos los fines de semana. En el almuerzo de negocios encuentro un carpaccio de pulpo muy bueno
