25/10/2025: We walked through Siena’s old town and stepped into a nearby restaurant. We were told we couldn’t eat our roasted chestnuts inside (which is totally logical and wasn’t our intention). The menu had only panini and salads, and when my partner chose not to order, the server took the menus away, saying a table for two means both must order and that it didn’t matter that the other person (me) wanted to order. They also said they didn’t serve coffee and the only non-alcoholic drink was lemonade. We left. Unwelcoming experience — 1.

12/09/2025: A typical Tuscan restaurant with a time-honored feel. I chose the Tuscan platter, which was delicious. I especially enjoyed the crouton with liver pâté. The cured meats and cheeses were excellent. The owners were friendly and approachable. I would return.

30/11/2025: I'm giving it one star because, unfortunately, it's not among the options on Google. The lack of seriousness is excessive. Pizzas ordered for 8:30/9:00 PM with delivery, at 10:00 PM we called asking for information about our pizzas (THEY NEVER ARRIVED), and guess what? The delivery driver had already left. At 10:30 PM, we called back, and in a rude tone, they told us, "I already told you we've left"... So we waited, and at 11:15 PM, the kids were still crying because they were hungry, so we went downstairs and went out to eat, completely unaware that this delivery was supposed to arrive, waiting for their call anyway, saying, "We're downstairs," to tell them how unprofessional they were. And thank goodness we went downstairs to eat, because we would all have been hungry, including the kids. Shameful, especially because, in the end, needless to say, the call never came! Consequently, no delivery driver had left. Unserious, rude and ill-mannered.

25/09/2025: We were a couple and ordered 3 dishes. I can't say that any of the dishes were good either in terms of taste, size of the dish or price. The only bright spot in the place is the good staff. We wouldn't go back to the restaurant again

15/07/2025: Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately very disappointing. Even the first waiter spoke neither Italian nor English, which made communication difficult. He was also unkempt and smelled strongly of sweat, as were the other waiters on duty. We ordered four tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella. After more than 40 minutes, the waiter informed us that there wasn't enough mozzarella. No alternative was offered; instead, smaller portions were served. Although I mentioned from the beginning that I was pregnant, I received pasta with raw shrimp as my main course. After I complained, the dish was brought back slightly overcooked, but it was still inedible. When I asked for the menu again, I was told the kitchen was closed. The waiter suggested reheating the same pasta – which I declined. Only after a discussion with my husband did I finally receive a small portion of fries. The other guests' entrecôte was also edible, but disappointing in taste. Overall, the evening was characterized by chaotic service, a lack of communication, and poorly prepared food. Unfortunately, the reviews on Google and TripAdvisor no longer reflect reality. We won't be back.

26/07/2025: They clog up my mailbox with their damn flyers, then I finally decide to order some pizzas home delivery from them, 15 minutes on the phone on the two numbers they give available and no one answers on a Saturday evening at 7:30 pm!!! As far as I'm concerned, they can close today too.

01/12/2025: I'm reviewing after giving it a second chance: the first time I ordered two takeout pizzas, one with potatoes and sausage, and it arrived without potatoes. I called and was told next time to "call the restaurant first for a discount given the mistake" (I would have sent one back...). Second attempt (I called first to ask for a little more attention given the mistake the first time; I didn't even mention the discount): one pizza with sausage and fries, the other with potatoes, sausage, and mushrooms; the result is that one pizza arrives with just sausage, the other with potatoes, sausage, mushrooms, and fries... but is everything okay? It's a shame because the pizza wouldn't be bad either, but this way they're losing customers...

25/08/2025: This place no longer exists (or maybe it never existed). There's a sign next to an apartment building indicating the restaurant's parking lot, so you just stay in the parking lot and look around. As another dig at The Fork, the place is there and you can make reservations. Truly ridiculous. I've never encountered anything like this in my entire life (so far, 30 years).

22/11/2025: A caffè corretto is a 10.5 herbal tea…okay, it was at the table. But are we in Venice?

19/06/2025: The restaurant of this agriturismo has a breathtaking view of the hills of Castelnuovo Berardenga that will leave you speechless. The view is simply stunning, a perfect place for a gastronomic break immersed in nature. The menu is well-curated, with dishes that reflect authentic Tuscan cuisine, and for those with special dietary needs, as in my case as I am celiac, gluten-free pasta is available, which was a great addition to our dinner. The food was fresh and authentic, and the service was attentive and courteous. A truly pleasant experience, a must-do if you are in the area.

05/05/2025: Beautiful place and a fantastic view. Our room was like a small house, so cool! Nice restaurant, but make sure to make a reservation if you stay the night. They found room at the restaurant for us, but with our bicycles in the evening, it would have been difficult to bike to town for dinner. I’d love to visit this area again. The bicycling is fantastic

05/08/2025: Everything is good, it's a shame they aren't very elastic, you can't create a sandwich to your taste, you are forced to take the one set on the menu

12/10/2025: Stopped in for a Nannini, a coffee, and a potpourri plate. Sweets were quite nice, and panpepato was very good. Nice souvenirs like amaretti. The staff weren't too happy; they didn't answer any questions and didn't smile. And it's still off-season, so have fun during the high season.

10/10/2025: Tourist trap warning: I bought my box of ricciarelli for €16.50 at 250g when we found it at Eataly for half price! Very angry.

11/11/2025: I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was spectacular! (In fact, I don't understand why the reviews are so negative.) Fantastic experience, I recommend it to everyone!
