28/01/2025: Lo mejor de este bar es la ubicación, justo en la Piazza Cisternal con una zona de estar al aire libre al sol. El café y el servicio era bueno, sin embargo - solo un poco caro!

07/09/2025: An ideal place for a vacation in the green heart of upper Umbria, a good starting point for destinations like Lake Trasimeno, Tuoro, Passignano, Castiglione, and a quick trip to Tuscany. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Excellent pool and restaurant. All this is enhanced by the helpful and friendly owners. We'll definitely be back!

17/05/2025: Ottimo pranzo veloce dopo un incontro presso il vicino ospedale. Buffet di verdure fresche e di sottili, tutto buonissimo e molto fresco. Tagliata molto buona con carne molto tenera e cotta molto bene. Buon vino della casa. Servizio ottimo e molto piacevole. Costo 35€ a testa con dolce e caffè, molto buono

25/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance a few years ago, and since then, whenever we can in Tuscany, we try to make the most of the opportunity to stop by. Excellent food, with attention to detail and top-quality ingredients. Mrs. Francoise is always friendly and prepares unmissable desserts.
05/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene: si poteva apprezzare la qualità dei prodotti e la cura nel prepararli; le porzioni giuste e calibrate.
Consigliati i pici! Purtroppo non possiamo dare cinque stelle a causa della freddezza (o maleducazione) con cui siamo stati accolti e che ha contraddistinto il servizio di tutta la serata.
Se il cibo ci avrebbe spinto a ritornare e consigliare, il servizio non ce lo farà fare.

26/07/2025: Servicio súper bueno, amable y relajado. Menú degustación de 5 platos con tamaño perfectamente equilibrado de los platos (a muy buen precio) y maridajes de vinos que eran realmente spot - on. (¡Y somos exigentes!) Hermoso entorno - no se pierda!

04/11/2025: Beautiful setting in an old castle convent. The plates were all excellent and creative especially the deserts. The environment was a bit too formal / tense / not relaxing for me though. Maybe language barrier. Great food but would not go back.
16/08/2025: Incredible fine dining experience. Impeccable attention to detail with the food and service. I wish I could have had 4x the fagiolini spaghetti with rosemary and bay leaf “fairy” dust. Ambiance dining amongst the 4 walls of a castle is unparalleled. Service ten stars. Wonderful final dinner to finish our time in Tuscany. Enjoy every moment created amongst the Tuscan stars.
