02/11/2025: Very welcoming place, friendly and professional staff

01/11/2025: We booked the restaurant and had high expectations. For starters, we ordered the famous egg (we asked for one to share between two people, and they brought it already separated into two plates, which we loved!!), but we didn't think it was anything special. For the main course, we had the two gnocchi with truffle, but we found them lacking in truffle flavor and salt. Unfortunately, we left a little disappointed because we didn't like it very much, and the prices are high. On the day, we wanted to sit in the outdoor area, but they said it wasn't open, which was a shame. Excellent service!

13/11/2025: A pleasant discovery! I'd heard about this place and finally decided to try it, piqued by curiosity. Small but very welcoming, where you can relax and read a book! I tried a very good and unique poke. Fast service and affordable prices. It's a shame the bistro is a bit hidden, but I'd definitely go back!

12/11/2025: Special place: a bar and a bookshop, specializing in children's books, with a room for courses and meetings... To visit and return! Now there are access problems due to road reconstruction, but the uniqueness of the place is in the second entrance. Perhaps less comfortable but incredibly fascinating. Visiting the restaurant remains a priority if you pass through these parts. A plus is the service: the friendliness and affability of the owner are a plus that transforms every visit into an enchanting adventure. Update: road and access finally fixed, it is confirmed as a true oasis for a restaurant for the soul and... also the stomach... highly recommended.

24/10/2025: In the countryside, slightly isolated, with a dirt road. A quiet restaurant serving traditional Tuscan dishes. A truly pleasant surprise.

11/11/2025: An unassuming place that captivated me with its food. As we approached before closing time, we noticed a man sitting in front of the bar. It turned out to be the owner, who invited us in and took our orders: a classic, a cheese burger, and a Pio burger. They were all delicious; the meat melted in your mouth. The bacon was fresh and well-fried. The fries were also on par. The whole family left satisfied. The place looks unassuming, but the food is of good quality. No stomach issues afterward.

02/11/2025: Found by chance, located on a small street about halfway down Corso Rossellino, this little place offers a good variety of burgers (I recommend the one with truffle). The ones the three of us tried were very tasty, especially the gluten-free one and the double Pienza. A great alternative to the good restaurants in town. Inside, there's seating for about 10. The owner is very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

It’s rare to find a fully vegan restaurant around here - and this one easily rivals the quality of trendy vegan places in Europe’s big cities, all while staying true to its Italian roots - including amazing desserts!

09/11/2025: This inn was a gem on our trip to discover Tuscany. It immediately strikes you with its location, its breathtaking view, and the tranquility that reigns. The staff was super kind and helpful, suggesting modifications to the dishes to make them vegetarian-friendly. The flavors are authentic and homey, the dishes are seasonal, and the produce comes from the garden. The entrée and first courses were exceptional, as were the desserts, accompanied by coffee from the moka pot. Highly recommended

24/10/2025: 10/10 experience in Tuscany. This was the highlight of our recent trip to Italy. Alessandro and his family were so lovely. He is an amazing storyteller, a kind human, and so much fun to be around. We loved learning how to make homemade pasta, tiramisu and some other delicious Tuscan food. We had the most wonderful day with Alessandro and the other guests, the food and wine were delicious, and this is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!!!

04/11/2025: Amazing ambience, great service and food make us come back every year for the last 3 years. The staff is very kind and flexible with vegan options, which is not common in the area. Best dessert I’ve ever tried and great wine selection. Make sure to make a reservation. Parking available right outside or along the alley to the right of the restaurant.

31/10/2025: Great food, friendly staff. The place is a bit pricey but doable. Even our 7 yo son enjoyed his gnocchi. However, absence of any non-sparkling soft drinks (except for water) was a surprise for such a high class facility.
