08/02/2026: An evening with a friend. I returned to the Stazione after a long time, and the experience was truly superb. The service was friendly and attentive to detail. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. One standout (though it's hard to rank highly given the deliciousness and quality) was the fried octopus: as they say in the ads, "crispy on the outside and soft on the inside." A delight!

They explained every dish personally, sharing what made each one special and why they thought we’d love it. The space itself is stunning. Art installations and paintings by local artists cover the walls, making it as much a cultural experience as a culinary one. The food will surprise you in a way you won’t expect — one of those bites that takes you somewhere. The dessert was the highlight of the entire meal for me personally and something I’ll forever remember. David is in a category of its own. A permanent place in my heart. Thank you to everyone at David’s!

25/03/2026: We booked at the last minute, and when we arrived, we were the only ones there. A little hesitant, we sat down and indulged in a Tuscan appetizer (a classic 1980s appetizer with pickled vegetables), a sliced ​​steak with arugula and parmesan, a squid ink risotto, spaghetti with mussels, and desserts. All very 1980s, but all delicious. I think they pair well with meat dishes. Late in the evening, the place started to fill up. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

I've never eaten so well, especially the appetizer with homemade cold cuts, especially the meat sushi... what a DELICIOUSNESS!!! I can't wait to return to Livorno to visit this butcher shop, which offers traditional Livorno dishes as well as top-quality A5 Japanese Wagyu. I've never seen anyone cut meat with a fork... I'm attaching the receipt and video because these gentlemen deserve my utmost respect for the quality of both their food and their service. See you soon... very soon!!! P.S. 01/04/2026: Found this butcher shop/restaurant while in Livorno for lunch. We had an experience that we will remember because it was truly unexpected. Had the bistecca fiorentine . It truly was one of the best we have ever had in Italy. The server was very kind. highly recommend.

The spaghetti with clams was exceptional, a true pleasure. The restaurant isn't very large, but it has an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, in true traditional Italian style. The staff is courteous and always ready to offer advice, making guests feel at ease. A pleasant experience in every way: the food, ambiance, and service contribute to making this restaurant a joy to return to.
