we stayed in August during a holiday period in Lido di Capoliveri. me, my partner, a dear friend and our little dog. beautiful place, excellent food and super courtesy. Usually it is closed for lunch during the week but due to bad weather it was accessible. We were welcomed with extreme kindness and professionalism. good value for money. highly recommended

It is not clear why Summertime is excluded from the articles on the best restaurants on Elba, because in fact it is: a small and intimate environment with a few tables, with a cuisine that highlights classic and blue fish like few others. From the marinated fish appetizer to the grilled blue fish, all the cooking is perfect, leaving the meat juicy, and all the flavor of the sea.
The classic pasta and clams are wonderful, but don't miss the off-the-card options. Very kind.
For a dinner with 1 starter for 2, 2 first courses, 1 grilled blue fish, 1 bottle of wine costing 24 euros and 2 sorbets we spent 60 euros each: well deserved.

Summertime has always been a name that is a guarantee. In one of the two main streets in the center of Capoliveri it offers both outdoor and indoor tables. Maurizio and his staff always serve the best fresh fish, cooked in a simple, light and carefully prepared way. A dinner at Summertime is like a cuddle. Even the homemade desserts and sorbets are super. Well done, good, good. The price is worth the quality of the food and drink. You can also eat meat but honestly at the seaside we prefer fresh fish.

Small, cozy restaurant, excellent friendly service.
We ended up here as a family by chance and were thrilled.
Excellent cuisine, with fresh, regional products and dishes, lovingly arranged - simply great cuisine!!!
The food tastes fabulous & we really enjoyed our evening and would love to come back.

Una condotta slow food e si sente.
Cibo di altissima qualità, tutto molto curato, nella semplicità di una materia prima che non ha bisogno di pasticci, di elaborazioni superflue.
Preparazioni veramente legate al territorio, alla stagionalità e all'essenza del gusto.
Imperdibile tappa all'Elba.

Nous avons eu la chance de trouver une table libre à 19h30 malgré la foule dans le village.
J'ai pris en entrée une "tarte" croustillante d'anchois et pomme de terre tout simplement divine.
Suivi de linguine aux oursins toujours superbe.
Enfin en secondi du poulpe et pomme de terres fondantes aux herbes.
Tout était très bon mais mieux encore était le service.
Notre serveur, le fils du patron, était très sympathique il nous a bien expliqué tous les plats et a même bien voulu nous vendre une bouteille de leurs limoncello maison.
Recommandé on reviendra!
