27/05/2025: We had a nice dinner with some friends, eating the famous local food "caciucco livornese"... it was very good and tasty! Nice place, just parking has been a nightmare

19/04/2025: We ate the very delicate and tasty Florentine steak. Very high price which could be a little lower. But it's worth it, we ate a lot and the cuts of meat were large! Advised!

Qui abbiamo mangiato una tagliata di carne che non si può dimenticare, una tra le più buone mai mangiate, non abbiamo avuto bisogno del coltello!prodotti di qualità. Bravi!

Formalisms, labels and starred cuisine are banned, if you go to Mangiafuoco you do it to live an authentic experience, breathing, deeply, the true essence of a territory, made of traditions, jokes but, above all, of the sea! At Mangiafuoco you will find real fish, cooked with great skill and respect for the raw material, transformed into dishes that vary from day to day, based on the morning's catch. The dishes are generous and authentic and, in this, perfectly reflect those who cook them. The prices are affordable, within everyone's reach, and the service is informal but always courteous. Mangiafuoco is not for everyone but it certainly represents an obligatory destination for those who are still looking for a true experience, without the filters and appearances that characterize today's world. 03/05/2025: Posto scelto a caso su Google durante la risalita da Punta Ala direzione Milano dopo una regata in Capraia. Simo in 3, il mio compagno, il primo figlio ed io. Mai scelta casuale (forse un’intuizione) fu più felice. Se vi fate distrarre da ciò che trovate davanti al ristorante rischiate di perdervi una delle migliori pause cibo che vi possano capitare tra Genova e Napoli. Ottima e studiata l'offerta sia per mangiare sia per bere. Eccellente anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo. Al prossimo trasferimento 🙏

01/06/2025: La camerieria si finge gentile e simpatica , ma accontentano solo le loro condizioni, gli spaghetti sono insipidi con poco olio e vongole, non si può avere un po di parmigiano e il servizio non è proprio veloce.

31/05/2025: Siamo stati trattati malissimo. Avevamo la prenotazione con the fork alle 14:15 e siamo arrivati alle 14, ma siamo stati letteralmente cacciati fuori da una signora in quanto sosteneva che alle 15 la cucina dovesse chiudere nonostante dalla cucina stessa le dicevano che mancava un’ora e che potevamo sederci. Siamo andati via e siamo capitati in un altro ristorante in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati accolti egregiamente. L’accoglienza è un elemento importante , l educazione ancora di più! Inoltre, bisognerebbe evitare di mettere la disponibilità di orari che non si sostengono su the fork. Direi che c è decisamente di meglio a Livorno! Evitate
