16/10/2025: Great again this year. Perfect spaghetti carbonara and a great pizza. The pizza was very light and airy. Exactly my taste.

14/10/2025: Great views, good food, everything was truly delicious and wonderful. I highly recommend coming to this small, secluded spot and enjoying a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere on the beach.

The prices are more than fair, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
The view is also worth it.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without spending a fortune.

29/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant with a beautiful view of the harbor.
A large restaurant with both indoor and outdoor tables, both on the inner side of the city walls.
A la carte menu.
We opted for two appetizers and two pistachio-crusted tuna. Delicious!
Recommended!

For example, it allows check-in before the listed check-in time if you arrive early and your room is ready (impossible at chain hotels);
Not having one of the few sea-view rooms isn't a problem, as the spacious grounds with their various terraces, including two pools, as well as the restaurant/breakfast room, offer views of the sea and the islands. The availability of four-bed rooms is also a plus.
The restaurant is respectable.

Located overlooking the sea, it's quiet (at least in the winter). It has convenient parking, several terraces overlooking the sea, a pool, and a relaxation area.
Friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Warm and quiet room with a side sea view, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We'll definitely return.

17/04/2026: It's so delicious that we visited Oscar twice during our stay in Livorno! The dishes impress with their combination of ingredients and impeccable freshness. Everything is refined, modern, and truly delicious!
The tuna tataki on a bed of tender onions was especially memorable – a true gastronomic delight. The superb quality of the dishes, the extensive wine selection, and the truly welcoming service make this place a must-visit.

31/01/2026: Excellent quality, delicious dishes. They had a place in Montescudaio called Perbacco where I always went for dinner on the weekends. With this place they proved that even though years have passed and the place has changed, the excellent food remains. Laura is always super nice and sweet. Happy to have found you again!
26/01/2026: Very nice and well-kept atmosphere, fresh, high-quality fish.
I did find some negatives, however, such as the hot seafood salad, fried food, and baked fish, which arrived cold, which is not good.
The service also leaves a bit to be desired, as the place is small; we spent a lot of time with empty plates in front of us. Despite this, I would return, but I suggest the owners pay attention to when plates are brought out.
PS: Don't order the Livorno-style punch; they don't know how to make it.

01/03/2026: A truly enjoyable lunch, with a refined and characteristic atmosphere and an intriguing menu featuring traditional dishes, both revisited and modern. Excellent selection of cheeses. The chef's skill in the kitchen is truly impressive, the service professional and attentive, and the wine list is very interesting, often with below-average markups. I will definitely be back; it's worth the trip!
25/01/2026: A casual yet tasteful location with a typical Tuscan feel, a bit hidden, with some missing signage. Fast and attentive service. Wide selection of wines. The food is rustic yet true to tradition, good, with portions just the right size. The price is proportionate to the quality of the food. I recommend it, definitely worth a try, and we'll definitely be back.
