04/04/2026: One of the best cuts of meat I've ever eaten. 120 days of aging, excellent marbling, impeccable cooking; Worth noting: Due to an understandable error, the waiter miscommunicated the cut at the butcher's (very specific, it must be said; as meat lovers, we're picky). He realized the mistake, but was quick to change it midway through, which shows professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend this place if you want to eat well, quietly, and with a pleasant background buzz.

11/04/2026: A poorly coordinated mix of tradition and innovative flair that doesn't yield a quality gastronomic experience, especially considering the price. The wine list is mediocre in both selection and quality. What about the venue? It's in line with the rest of the restaurant, but the low ambient temperature doesn't make for a comfortable stay. Service could be improved with less chatter about each dish served and more attention to detail.

06/04/2026: We're not there yet. It looks like a tavern with a, let's say, very casual atmosphere but with decidedly high prices (two lamb chops with a little sauce 25 euros).

18/11/2025: Beautiful campsite almost by the sea, just a few minutes away, depending on your pitch location. Everything a camper could need is there: a small, well-stocked shop, a large pool, a children's playground/entertainment, a spa area, etc. Dogs are welcome, there's even a dog shower. We arrived unannounced, and it was very busy at the beginning of September, but they did everything they could to find us a suitable spot (we were traveling in a VW campervan). Fantastic, and thank you so much!

16/11/2025: We had a fantastic time at the Camping Lodge in September. The view was breathtaking! The service at the campsite and restaurant was very friendly. The small wellness area was perfect for cooler days. We felt right at home ;) PS: Another shout-out to the cheerful bike rental guy – great job!

20/03/2026: Only one vegan dish, and the waitress wasn't particularly friendly; she seemed annoyed by my hesitation in ordering. The price was fair, but the food was just that. The roast potatoes were fried, the burger was cold but good. Only the grilled vegetables were okay. But hey, the portions were generous. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic, but nice.

15/04/2026: The restaurant did not live up to expectations. As lovers of authentic Italian cuisine, we don't expect banal Italian/French "nouvelle cuisine" in Tuscany! The prices were disproportionately high for these tiny plates! Not recommended; we won't be going back. (P. & A. from Switzerland)

21/03/2026: As soon as you enter, the historic setting literally overwhelms you: there's quality in every picture that demonstrates it, appreciation in every framed compliment, everything is history and passion for what they do here. I love raw fish and I don't think I've ever eaten it as good and fresh as at this place: the amberjack fillets, the tuna marinated in mint and pink pepper, an attention to the raw materials I haven't found in a long time... and I paid far too little for how good it was! The gnocchi with sea bream is truly a treat! And then the service: finally in 2026, a waiter without a tablet, without a notebook, who watches you and advises you, who pampers you like a member of the family would, you can tell he's happy to make you feel good. And that's exactly what happened. My husband and I had a better time this evening than at home, we ate with the care of a "grandmother's lunch" and our hearts were warmed as only a historic restaurant could. We'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: We went for lunch today. The place is very quaint, but it's a shame it's a bit shabby. It's outdone by the fresh, beautifully cooked fish. The cacciucco was truly excellent. The service was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back and recommend it.

05/04/2026: Easter lunch for three, exorbitantly overpriced for flavorless dishes full of parsley. The place was dimly lit, and I saw customers washing their dog's dirty bowl in the bathroom sink. We went for their renowned cacciucco, but there wasn't a trace of it on the menu. We won't be returning.

09/03/2026: Well, let me start by saying that the food is fabulous, the waiters are wonderful, everything is truly perfect... but in 2026, there has to be a POS, and it's not a choice, it's illegal. I don't even understand how they follow this policy, which, in fact, is not a choice, it's illegal. Then, you end up paying large sums in cash that no one has anymore... 3 stars just for this madness, otherwise, really 5 out of 5.

03/04/2026: At first, it seemed very loud, with the music so loud it almost prevented any conversation. Then, after about five glasses of wine, the music became strangely engaging, so much so that everyone at the table was singing along.

30/03/2026: A brilliant restaurant... the food is outstanding... I especially recommend the fried cod marinated in vinegar and the gnocchi... I've never eaten better ones in my life... Plus delicious house wine and great, witty service... There's only one problem - without a reservation, there's no way to get in... I RECOMMEND!!!
