Gentlemen, this is PROFESSIONALISM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!!! Let me start by saying that I'm Roman and I stumbled upon this place by chance while strolling through the streets of Livorno. I've never eaten so well, especially the appetizer with homemade cold cuts, especially the meat sushi... what a DELICIOUSNESS!!! I can't wait to return to Livorno to visit this butcher shop, which offers traditional Livorno dishes as well as top-quality A5 Japanese Wagyu. I've never seen anyone cut meat with a fork... Found this butcher shop/restaurant while in Livorno for lunch. We had an experience that we will remember because it was truly unexpected. Had the bistecca fiorentine . It truly was one of the best we have ever had in Italy. The server was very kind. highly recommend.

For me, The Butcher Baldacci is a must-see in Livorno. The meat quality is top-notch, and the selection and aging are meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail: you can't go wrong here. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always able to recommend the right cut for your needs. Eating directly from them is an experience: perfectly cooked and authentic flavors. Without a doubt, the best butcher in Livorno, and perhaps even in Tuscany. Highly recommended for those who love properly prepared meat.

Select cuts of meat are recommended by the staff for cooking. Appetizers, main courses, and grilled meats, something for every taste.

An excellent experience. I had the pleasure of tasting top-quality meat, tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. The cooking process brought out the authentic flavor of the ingredients without overpowering them. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
