I ordered the wild boar ragù and stuffed zucchini, all to go. The best ragù I've ever had, amazing. Everything was excellent. Compliments to the chef!

The food quality is superb, both for the starters and main courses. The value for money is among the best I've ever encountered. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to accommodate any request, despite the limited space. Highly recommended.

11/10 - L'essenza dell'Italia - cute, tiny, only a couple of tables, but the best food you'll ever have. And all of that for no money at all. I could go an dine here every night! If you could manage a table, do not doubt, you want to have this experience!

Small, informal place, but excellent food!!! If you love authentic, traditional Tuscan cuisine, this is the place to be. The pappardelle with wild boar are highly recommended.

03/05/2026: Very good! The food is excellent quality, the burgers are very large and well-filled, the bread is made with focaccia dough and is very good. The burger was cooked to perfection and the sides were original and well-made. The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly, good company, and quick service. We had a great time.

03/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, but were completely satisfied! Good ingredients and truly friendly staff. We started with a hot seafood soup and pici with shrimp, stracciatella, and lemon zest, and finished with grilled sea bream (catch of the day) accompanied by rustic potatoes. To start, they offered us an entrée of fried cod meatballs with beetroot mayonnaise. It might seem touristy at first, but it's definitely worth it! Recommended!
