07/10/2025: An excellent trattoria serving traditional dishes and delicious local wines. It's hard to find trattorias or restaurants in the countryside open at midday this season, and this is a credit to the owners' efforts to stay open. Highly recommended, excellent value.

15/04/2026: Excellent welcome. The grill master, Francesco, kindly explained to us that Fiorentina is a cut of meat, not a specific type of meat. We enjoyed a truly excellent Fiorentina, accompanied by delicious potatoes, and finished with a wonderful homemade Neapolitan pastiera. We'll definitely be back.

06/04/2026: Beautiful, intimate, and well-kept venue. The staff is helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and at home! And the rib eye steak... too good. A fantastic experience!!

19/04/2026: My wife and I dined at this trattoria on April 18, 2026, based solely on reviews (we weren't familiar with it). We must say that the restaurant and the manager, Mr. Marco, lived up to our expectations and were very courteous. The restaurant was clean, the menu was clear, and the dishes we tried were excellent (wild boar cacciatore with baked potatoes). When we return to the Grosseto area, it will definitely be a pleasure to return.

07/04/2026: If you want to savor authentic Maremma cuisine in Grosseto, this trattoria is a must-see. The crostoni were truly excellent, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The pici with Cinta Senese ragù was simply spectacular: perfect pasta and a rich, flavorful, and authentic ragù. The house wine was a pleasant surprise, truly delicious and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The service is typical of a trattoria: honest, sincere, and genuine, making you feel immediately at ease. The place is small and rustic, but precisely for this reason, warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back! 🍷🍝

03/05/2026: I stopped by this pub to watch a Formula 1 race (they have SKY) during a weekend in Follonica. The beers on tap were very good, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly and courteous. I'll definitely be back!

22/10/2025: …on the occasion of my trip to Tuscany!!…with a group of people!!…from an agency in my city!!…I stopped for lunch here!!…at the “Il Portico” farmhouse!!…so I am in Capalbio!!…and I am precisely three kilometers away!!…and this structure is located!!…in a quiet location!!…immersed in the wonderful nature of the Tuscan Maremma!!…I was served a good appetizer!!…a good first course!!…followed by the second course and then a fantastic tiramisu!!…all typical products!!…with the true flavor of Tuscany!!…dishes brought to the table by the owner!!…he did everything!!…zero waiting time!!…what can I say!!…I ate really well!!…here at the “Il Portico” farmhouse!!…the authentic dishes of Tuscan cuisine!!…yes!!!…I would gladly go back again!!…🍽️🎉👌💯🔝⬆️‼️

18/04/2026: Excellent cuisine and very friendly staff. To describe my experience I would say everything was "WONDERFUL".

16/04/2026: We booked for 15, including 8 adults and 7 children (we specified over the phone that we had 7 children aged 7 to 10). We entered calmly and quietly, but were greeted by the staff in an unprofessional manner. At the entrance, a waiter addressed one of the children, who was simply talking, saying "quietly and quietly" instead of a good evening and welcome. Naturally, we pointed out that if the children were bothersome, we could leave, and so we did. We had a three-day vacation planned in the area, and the restaurant was convenient for lunches or dinners, but obviously we preferred more welcoming places. A terrible experience that lasted 2 minutes. PS: The restaurant owner's response to this review shows how incredibly courteous he is.

15/01/2026: Excellent cuisine! The staff is professional, accommodating, and friendly, even with the little ones. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, cooked with imagination and flavor. The portions are generous, with a first course and a second course, plus a side dish. The prices are reasonable, considering the quality of the dishes. There are only a few seats, but there's no disturbance between tables. Excellent!

15/02/2026: A great Valentine's Day in a cute, small, and I might add intimate place. The staff are friendly, the food is well presented, and the dishes are sophisticated. You can choose between meat and fish, including the freshest catch of the day. The prices are a little higher, but when the quality is there, you don't even notice! Definitely worth a try! A second Valentine's Day 🤩🥰... we're back for a third Valentine's Day. Everything was great.

26/12/2025: A lucky find, since not many restaurants are open on Christmas Eve. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, perhaps because we were the only customers. The English translation of the menu was incorrect, and what we wanted to order was either not available or simply not on the menu. Wine prices were only listed per bottle. In the end, we ordered three portions of pisi with duck ragu—the food was delicious! All's well that ends well!

23/09/2025: A very beautiful place, with divinely prepared typical Maremma dishes. We had Maremma ravioli with wild boar ragu, fillet steak with porcini mushrooms, and wild boar cacciatore. Everything was delicious. Due to bad weather, we couldn't dine on the outdoor terrace; the tables are spread across various levels with a view of the valley, truly beautiful. Highly recommended.

17/09/2025: A friend highly recommended it to us. The place is located in Tirli, a small village nestled in the hinterland between Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala. The sea view is stunning, and the tagliatelle, wild boar ragu, and onion crostini are excellent.

04/05/2026: A great experience, but it's nothing new! We've known the restaurant since it opened, and every time it's a confirmation! The customer service is there from the moment you book, and the dishes are truly excellent, from appetizers to first courses, second courses, and pizzas, all the way to desserts and fruit! We can't wait to return. Thank you.

04/05/2026: The appetizers and meat course were very good; the first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms) could have been better. Unfortunately, the dining room was very noisy: children screaming, and tables of adults too... There will definitely be better evenings.

03/04/2026: We had a really good time, Rosita is an exceptional cook... try the traditional cod bites and ricotta gnocchi, what can I say about the humanity of the owners Paolo, who welcomes you like you're at home, and Rosita's parents, Mrs. Lucia and Silvano, who are fantastic, with their story, so much humanity and good food

14/03/2026: All five are earned thanks to the owners, the raw materials—fish in our case—and the purely casual, family atmosphere. Extremely rare these days in places where the tourist is the chicken to be plucked and not the honored guest, as in our case.
