05/05/2025: In the colorful hills of the Grosseto countryside, between Vall'Ombrone and Val d'Orcia, there is a village, in the center of which, inserted in a small square, dominated by the bell tower, stands a trattoria, where time seems to have stopped. It could be the beginning of a fairy tale and instead Rintocco is a wonderful reality, which we had the opportunity to discover in our wanderings among the villages of Maremma. A simple and authentic trattoria-pizzeria, not only in the premises but, above all, in the welcome, which the courteous owners and the attentive waiter reserve for all customers. The cuisine ranges from fish-based proposals to typical dishes of the Maremma hinterland, with numerous "daily" proposals that draw on the seasonality of the products of the land and game. All the dishes, appropriate in portions and price, tell a story of love for a territory, its traditions and its products. For us, who live in Brescia with Maremma in our hearts, it is now a fixed destination at the end of every trip inland, especially in the summer, when it is possible to dine in the small square in front, thus finding refreshment at sunset. 27/05/2025: I have been to this Pizzeria Restaurant a couple of times recently and once I ate a starter, a first course of fish and a second course of meat and I can say that everything was very good, then I went back with friends to eat pizza and I can assure you that they make it very very good both in terms of leavening and the ingredients they use for the seasoning, the staff is very helpful and professional, finally they brought us a bottle of bitter offered by the house which pleasantly closed the evening with a smile on our faces, definitely recommended

10/05/2025: We went for lunch on the occasion of a confirmation. The dishes were excellent, from starters to desserts. A little mouth-watering octopus ragù. The service is attentive and always discreet. Known labels in line with the quality of the dishes. Truly a pleasant experience. Excellent value for money

07/05/2025: A riot of flavors, a place that deserves, excellent cuisine with refined raw materials. Elegant environment, courteous staff and exceptional host in narrating his menu. Dishes focused on the Maremma tradition. You can eat both meat and fish simple but perfect dishes. The desserts are difficult to choose here too. A perfect place, it will certainly remain in the memories of our holiday.

04/05/2025: Pranzo 1 maggio. Giornata bellissima con caldo sole primaverile. Prima volta in questo locale. Posto incantevole. Tanto verde curatissimo, struttura splendida. Pranzo a menu fisso ma eccellente con vino toscano compreso nel prezzo delizioso e beverino. Staff encomiabile. Locale affollato ma tavoli distanziati il giusto con relativa privacy e con il personale che si fa in quattro con il sorriso sulla bocca facendoti sentire ospite gradito. Abbiamo chiesto il bis dei primi piatti e in un nanosecondo siamo stati accontentati. Avevamo una intolleranza al tavolo ed è stata gestita benissimo, ma già in sede di prenotazione si era compresa la completa disponibilità dei proprietari a venirci incontro. La sera a cena era previsto un delizioso menù di carne alla brace ma era oltre le ns.possibilita' e poi dovevamo tornare a casa che non è vicinissima a Pitigliano. Amaro offerto e (plus) dopranzo in completo relax passato al fresco nella struttura in legno posta sul laghetto in mezzo al verde a chiacchierare amabilmente con gli amici. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare altri piatti e poi questa volta la carne alla brace non ce la perderemo davvero. Bene. La struttura (splendida) aiuta ma voi ci mettete del vostro. Bravi!!

25/05/2025: Me encantó este restaurante. Visitado en la última noche de nuestras vacaciones en Grosseto por desgracia como la comida y el personal y el servicio aquí era fantástico. Después de haber comido para el almuerzo y la cena todos los días, acordamos que Bistrot 19 era nuestro restaurante favorito.

02/05/2025: I tried this restaurant for dinner with my mother during the week. We enter at 9.17pm asking if it was still possible to have dinner, the place practically empty. The rather cold welcome, we sit at the table and shortly after we order (I had barely finished reading the menu). We took something off the menu and the fish tortelli. Both very good, generous portions and average prices. It's really a shame about the lack of smiles from the staff. I can't say it was rude, but certainly no effort to make us feel welcome was made. At 10.05pm we leave the restaurant. We will return to try the other dishes on the menu which looked very interesting, hoping to find a little more "heat".

11/04/2025: Small, well-kept, clean place. It has a nice display counter, many certificates and photos of famous pastry chefs hang on the walls, a beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling. Alas, I didn't see any croissants at the counter and I took 4 cantucci, two classic ones, two chocolate ones, a choux pastry donut with gianduia cream and a coffee.. Dear owners, 4sottili cantucci, €1.50 seems a bit much to me. The donut cut in half with this puff pastry that you call chox to make it pay 2.50 no thanks. No gianduia butter cream either. The only normal thing was the good coffee and the price was 1.20. Rather than a pastry shop, I would call it a jewelry shop

10/04/2025: My Fiancé and I came for dinner a few weeks ago and had an absolutely incredible dining experience, we loved it! Make a reservation as the dining area can support 20 diners, the atmosphere is intimate and romantic- the FOOD just kept coming, the quality and creativity was fantastic. We ate our hearts out and agreed it was on of our favorite dining experiences of our 40 Day tour across Italy. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 men who run the kitchen/operation, thank you! 25/10/2024: Sono andato a cena con la mia ragazza e un amico. Clima rilassante e personale gentile, presente, alla mano e DISCRETO (cosa molto apprezzata a differenza di quei camerieri che escono da zelig e praticamente si fanno la cena al tavolo con te). Abbiamo provato degli antipasti, salumi buoni, cinghiale speciale e abbiamo preso il misto alla brace e una bottiglia di vino rosso della casa che non era poi così male. 50 euro a testa che ci possono tranquillamente stare per una serata di buon cibo e relax ma se volete andare sui tagli di carne più pregiati dovuti uscire con le tasche ben piene.
