12/08/2024: A restaurant that we now usually pass by on our summer holidays. Very good typical Tuscan cuisine and customer-focused staff (the curly girl followed us). Spectacular meat and refined dishes. We eat some truly spectacular pappardelle with wild boar ragout, not to mention the desserts (decomposed millefeuille). If you pass through this area it's worth a stop. Suitable place for both families and couples for a romantic dinner. Owner or manager very kind even in offering a bitter at the time of payment. Congratulations guys, I've been coming to you for years and you never disappoint! Keep it up!

11/08/2024: We had dinner two evenings at the Casa di cucina Villa la Boccia restaurant, both evenings we had a good time. Traditional dishes, both classic and revisited, truffle reigns supreme. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The setting is decidedly pleasant. There is also the possibility of accessing the pizzeria connected to the restaurant which we did not use.

15/08/2024: 24 (from 21 to 25) I won't go back but non-tourists might like it as they are treated better (also seen other reviews) ROOM 7: the garden part is nice and cooler, tables are a little small MENU 5: medium-small portions, the grill was served to me without the loin (see photo) unfortunately I realized this 30 km away, forgetfulness or "it's just a tourist passing through"? SERVICE 6: assuming and not granting that the chef was wrong, the waitress did not point out the mistake, I appreciated the sangria offered as soon as I sat down ACCOUNT 6: there is better in the area in terms of value for money: 11 euros for the cloister platter, 16 euros for the Cinta Senese grilled meat, 8 euros for the goat cheese with lard, 4 euros for the potatoes and 44 euros for the grilled vegetables, 4 euros for wine, 2 euros for cold mayor's water, 5 euros for coffee affogato, I don't remember how much for decaffeinated coffee, 2 euros for a cover charge.

30/08/2024: Booked thanks to the knowledge of a friend of ours, the restaurant turned out to be a great surprise Caterina is an excellent chef and a wonderful hostess We opt for a Morrisfarm Vermentino, a renowned winery in the area The gnocchi are delicious as a first course Secondly, anyone who didn't get the "tuna" sandwich - actually fine pork - made a fatal mistake As an ice cream dessert with real berries or, for those with a sweet tooth, gluten-free walnut tart with rich fig jam Worth the stop

31/08/2024: It was recommended to us by the owner of the apartment we stayed in these days and we were really satisfied. Friendly and helpful staff in explaining the dishes! The desserts are amazing and in particular the panna cotta with lemon cream! Well done 👏🏻

25/07/2024: My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at this beautiful venue a few weeks ago - and it was INCREDIBLE! Ilaria and Tiziana, in addition to the rest of the staff, were such a wonderful team to work with - so kind, and so understanding of our values/interests. We had a destination wedding for our families and close friends with ~60 people, the Guadalupe team was so helpful and so sweet towards all of our guests. We woke up to the sound of birds and fell asleep to twinkle lights and dancing the nights away! We were so so impressed by the team, the venue and the atmosphere - we are so grateful to have the opportunity to have our wedding at such a magical place.

02/09/2024: Dinner Sunday 1 September 2024 3 people excellent restaurant booked at the last minute. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent proposals and excellent value for money. Very fresh and well cooked fish. We recommend.

01/09/2024: Very good "Grill" menu, I appreciated the quality of the raw materials, the guys in charge of the service were quick and courteous, the price was slightly low compared to what was offered, we had a nice evening.

25/08/2024: Very nice, well-kept restaurant in the mountains with a great view of the sea. The meal was excellent. The menu is only in Italian, the service also speaks English.

18/08/2024: A place with clear ambitions... and which would certainly have significant potential... but where there is a lot to review. We booked and arrived promptly at 8.30pm ... but they took our order only after a good 15 - 20 minutes of waiting ... and in any case after several and repeated looks of disapproval towards the waitress, because they hadn't yet asked us if in the in the meantime we wanted at least some water or bread. The starters finally arrived at 9.15pm: both the seared octopus and the sardines were very good. When at 10pm we were almost about to give up on the first courses and were about to get up, they finally arrived... decidedly too late: the gnocchi were good, even if not very hot... it was a pity that the octopus in the pasta was so spicy that it completely hid the taste of the octopus itself! We felt embarrassed when they asked us if everything was going well and did we want dessert or coffee. The owner, who took the order and brought us the dishes, never apologized for the delays, not even at the checkout. We had high expectations but instead we were deeply disappointed: sometimes it would be better to behave less and/or do as other places in the area do which, for the same price, with greater simplicity and concreteness are much more satisfying!

14/08/2024: Siamo arrivati in questa trattoria molto accogliente dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Le portate a partire dalle polpettine come antipasto, primi, secondi, contorni e dolci a lasciarci senza parole per la bontà .. da notare i titolari di questa trattoria come curano il loro locale in ogni piccolo dettaglio . Sicuramente se avremo occasione torneremo visto che siamo arrivati lì per caso tornando verso casa nostra, l'aquila...grazie per questa bellissima esperienza!

26/07/2024: Small restaurant in the village of Sorano, local dishes, varied and complete wine list. Friendly staff. There aren't many tables so it's best to book.

22/07/2024: We had dinner in this place during a trip to the area and we were delighted: the environment is taken care of down to the smallest details and the cuisine is of high quality; furthermore the owner is very attentive and kind. It is possible to taste traditional Maremma cuisine, prepared with zero km ingredients. The wine selection is excellent; I recommend tasting the artemisia and vinsantheo: excellent! It seems strange to me that at the Sorano spa, following my request, they told me that there were only a couple of restaurants in the town, without also recommending this suggestive and refined place. Absolutely worth visiting!

24/07/2024: We did a tasting at this winery. Awesome place. The owner Michele and his family are truly welcoming people. The red wine is very good. We recommend this wonderful experience to everyone!!!!

18/07/2024: Tasting of different wines with a generous aperitif for €25 in a magical place with a beautiful view. Everything was delicious, very friendly and helpful staff, super value for money. To do!

28/07/2024: Fissato tramite reception avevano perso la Prenotazione, arrivati ci hanno preparato tavolo e abbiamo preso aperitivo non offerto per il Disguido . Ambiente location bellissimo . Menu ristretto poca scelta e piatti normali . Lista dei vino solo della tenuta quindi ridottissima Servizio impersonale 4 antipasti 1 primo 3 secondi caffè e 2 bottiglie di vino normalissime totale 283.00€
