15/02/2024: Siamo stati a cena per san valentino io e la mia ragazza, non sembrava una cena in un ristorante ma sembrava di cenare a casa! I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e di accoglienza spropositata e ti danno confidenza fin da subito per farti sentire a tuo agio nella loro casa, per non parlare dei piatti: uno più buono di un altro! Tornerò sicuramente per farmi una bella scorpacciata di tortelli e soprattutto di quel pollo alla cacciatora (il più buono che io abbia mai mangiato) per antipasti due primi due secondi due dolci e un amaro abbiamo speso 35 € a testa il che è super abbordabile. Tornerò sicuramente per portare la mia famiglia e anche altre persone in questa casa accogliente, A presto!!

01/04/2024: I went to this place today with my family, welcoming environment, kind and smiling staff. Very good food. We ordered two farmer's platters, four tagliatelle with wild boar, tart, crumble and trifle... mouth-watering!

01/04/2024: Spent my Easter Monday here, the food was buonissimo! The service was quick and friendly despite a very busy day, would absolutely recommend! Especially after the thermal springs in nearby Saturnia 🙂

06/04/2024: Informal but refined place. We had dinner with friends after the spa. The service was courteous, impeccable and very kind. The unsurpassed Maremma tortelli. Very soft boar. Delicious homemade tiramisu. The glasses are beautiful. In short, a triumph. Definitely coming back

02/04/2024: Fantastic Experience! I went with 3 friends for Easter Monday lunch. The place in its simplicity is warm welcoming with a simple spirit, a house of tradition. Welcomed with kindness and friendliness by all the staff, always polite and kind. Rich menu. We start by tasting delicious bruschetta with lard, and liver and onion crostini...a true delicacy, the latter literally WON me over. Next we obviously choose homemade tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, and AMAZING ravioli with butter and sage, a thinly rolled pasta that melts in your mouth. We continue with grilled pork… each piece of meat cooked to perfection with remarkable quality and flavour. What to say about the sweet tiramisu Excellent, noteworthy! The trifle served in a jar is also very good... not to mention the puffs filled with pistachio cream chosen as an extra, because we absolutely wanted to try them too... wine from a winery recommended and carefully explained by the very knowledgeable girl, coffee water and a good passito to conclude a really high level lunch. The biggest surprise was a bill that surprised us positively and pleasantly. Very friendly and kind in offering us passito for everyone and the extra dessert. Experience that I will remember, EVERYTHING RIGHT, highly recommended. The plus was the owners who often came to make sure that everything was going well and to exchange a few words at the table with us, with a kind, calm and smiling manner... stuff from times gone by. 14/02/2024: If you're in Manciano you MUST visit Pasticceria Belvedere – it has a quaint, welcoming vibe with an incredible selection of treats by a decorated local pastry chef and her team. I recommend coming in the morning and enjoying an espresso on the back balcony – the view is amazing!

02/01/2024: High quality wine shop with a sales point for local specialties inside as well as an area to enjoy fantastic platters. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend a stop for everyone both for the purchasing side and for a lunch break.

22/09/2023: Abbiamo cenato a La Limonaia io e la mia fidanzata. Il cibo preparato dalla Chef Valentina ha carattere e raffinatezza. Ogni piatto si accompagna meravigliosamente con i vini proposti, prodotti direttamente da Villa Acquaviva. Il ristorante, poi, si trova in una cornice splendida, tra le vigne in cui è immerso e una collina da cui godere del panorama.

22/09/2023: We chose Villa Acquaviva as the location for our wedding. What amazes, beyond the wonderful vineyards, the breathtaking view of the hills all around and the refinement of the cuisine, are the love and passion that can be felt, that every detail emanates. Fabrizio and Annalisa accompany you every step of the way, aided by the strength and care of Serafino and Valentina. The food was perfect, as was the cake made by Valentina. There's no need to even talk about wine, as it is their flagship product. We couldn't have asked for more attention, more care.

28/11/2023: A few months later I am writing this review.. Beautiful location, unique for those who visit these areas. Gianluca is a man from another era, he told the story of the Franchino Garage (where among other things it is also possible to stay overnight), we were moved together with him and the passion he puts into his work, we will definitely return to try the meat. In this regard, there is a very wide variety of dishes (including vegetarian ones), low prices. The only flaw is that the sign is broken and is not visible from the road, so those who don't know the place are unlikely to stop and it's a real shame! Until next time.

06/04/2024: We had dinner 2 tasting menus one of 7 courses and one of 10 courses. The wines were excellent. The food is less. Out of 17 dishes, 4 were delicious and the rest caused one to wonder, for example, how a quarter of a grilled strawberry over a number of insufficiently seasoned leaves is called a dish. The same with mashed lettuce on lettuce leaves or bland green tomato sorbet. I found myself enjoying the accompanying bread more than the dishes Totally disproportionate price-quality ratio..

16/02/2024: It's not a dinner, it's a journey, accompanied by excellent service all washed down with fabulous wines... Recommended to try, you won't regret it!

02/04/2024: We ate last night: rubbery and raw pizza, of poor quality. Service: they didn't really consider us, perhaps because there were only 2 of us. They always went around the large tables. Sin!

13/01/2024: I've been there on New Year's Eve and, together with some friends, bought some local products (wine and cheese), spending a substantial amount and then went away. When 15 minutes later we decided to get back in the store/restaurant/osteria (???) trying to have a celebration glass of wine to toast the new year approaching, we were told, despite the fact that no table inside was occupied by any punter whatsoever and we had been there already spending some cash, that unless we were eating something, we couldn't have a glass of wine there. Nothing like that was specified on the menu hanging outside, about this "rule", bear in mind! Pity, perhaps the proprietors don't want business, because they make enough money with the wine and cheese they sell inside? Well, if that is the case, pleased for them. It would be just nice to advise customers that you are not entitled to have drinks, unless you have food..

08/01/2024: Ho pranzato in questo locale con il mio compagno in occasione di una gita a Montemerano. Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno, con vista sulla via principale, in totale tranquillità. Il servizio è molto cordiale. Abbiamo gustato un ottimo tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali, crostini toscani e una crostata cioccolato e arancia davvero strepitosa, il tutto accompagnato da del buon vino del posto. I prezzi sono nella media.
