13/09/2025: Excellent quality meat, perfectly cooked, efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. The restaurant is well-kept and surrounded by lush greenery—kudos to the attention to detail! We had a lovely evening with friends and two small children; there's plenty of room for strollers.

10/09/2025: Beautiful place, very fair prices, and fantastic food! The atmosphere is very homey and Florentine.

20/04/2026: We got off to a good start with a really nice and helpful girl at the counter. The burgers are worthy of a complaint; to say the quality is terrible would be an understatement; even the ketchup seems to have gone bad from how acidic it is. The bun is stale, the lettuce stained, the onions runny... I've never seen anything like it. The special of the day, pasta with clams, was like soup, tasteless and without clams (just shells!), even the wine from the vinegar cellar. When it comes to fast food, we can't make high demands, and having grown up in the States, I certainly don't have a spoiled palate, but this place is by far the worst we've ever been to. The only gourmet aspect is the price, which is comparable to a table service restaurant. Even if you're in a hurry and just want a quick bite, it's definitely worth looking for an alternative!

09/03/2026: I won't be going back. Today we had lunch for two, and it was a truly awful experience. We had a salad with eggs and chicken (we later discovered they were nuggets), a burger with grilled vegetables, and a portion of fried artichokes. Let's ignore the decidedly high price, but the quality of everything was absolutely terrible. I couldn't eat the burger; it had a bad texture and flavor. The salad was a mere handful, and the artichokes looked like they'd been fried in stale oil. As for the nuggets, I'll let you judge by the photo. Hoping we don't feel sick, I strongly advise against them.

12/01/2026: Excellent grilled meats, tagliata, and ribs. Traditional Tuscan first courses, pici and ribollita. Good value for money, good and friendly service. On the road to Volterra from Massa Marittima, 8 km before Volterra. Nice, welcoming place.

02/11/2025: We had breakfast and dinner here every day during our stay. I can't understand the bad reviews from the complaining German tourists. I had the Florentine, tuna pizza, and wild boar ragout. Everything was excellent. The owners were incredibly friendly and chatted with us for a while. They even gave us a parting gift because we'd been there every day. You reap what you sow. If you behave well, you'll be treated accordingly.

01/09/2025: We ate there, although dining next to the road wasn't pleasant. The fish was fresh and good. Prices were a bit high considering it's a delicatessen and there's virtually no table service; you set and clear your own food with a tray.
