31/03/2024: We spent Easter evening in this restaurant. All very good, the fried artichokes eaten for the first time are delicious, the pici with wild boar ragu very tasty and tasty, kind staff, pleasant and familiar environment. We will definitely be back as soon as possible

31/03/2024: Very spartan place in the people's square of Tirli. We ate various things, but let's start in order. The house wine was unfortunately very bad. A local sour and high-alcohol Sangiovese which however did not kill the flavors of the dishes, which were more than tasty. The mixed appetizer of land and game rich in tasty and tasty local cured meats. The crostini were a little botched with the bread cut with a machete. However, everything is in harmony with the environment, simple and essential. The handmade tortelli with venison ragù and mushroom sauce were the best part of the lunch. Delicious. Too bad about the roast lamb: four small pieces all on the bone which weren't bad in taste but... where was the meat? It's true that lamb has little meat, I know, but a couple of extra pieces wouldn't hurt. The desserts were normal, strawberry tiramisu was nothing special while the caramel crunch was tastier and better. For what we ate, however, we spent little so they are very honest and, if you want to spend a day in simplicity eating simple and genuine dishes, this is the place for you!

24/03/2024: Prices too high in relation to the quantity of food and the quality, good but not excellent. Noisy internal environment with echoing voices, in summer the external part is certainly more pleasant.

19/02/2024: We stayed nearby and came here for dinner. The staff was very nice. The ambience is familiar, common, cozy. They have a menu which is quite diversified, lots of pizza and meats, pasta, cooked food. The good was very tasty, portions mid sized and prices mid. Maybe price - quantity ratio can be better. There is coperto as well - bread, olive oil, parmeggiano are included.

14/10/2023: Passing through on the way to Rossano. Five stars for the pizza (electric oven cooking) and for the low cost. The only complaint I could make is that the staff don't seem to really want to be there. However, every time I find myself in Castiglione I come here and it's a guarantee. Peculiarity is that there are various choices of pizza, even quite unusual ones.

22/01/2024: Leggo recensioni che si lamentano perché i piatti sono a base di pesce surgelato ma con un prezzo medio di 13€ per un primo pretendono anche che sia pesce fresco? Portate il panino da casa che è meglio. Io vado spesso con mio marito e mi sono sempre trovata bene,personale gentile,piatti gustosi, porzioni abbondante,vista mozzafiato quasi i piedi nell'acqua e uno dei pochi bagni aperto anche d'inverno,cosa vogliamo di più!

15/01/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante viste le buone recensioni, che dire, mi sembra un altro ristorante. Rapporto qualità/prezzo lontanissimo dall'essere accettabile! I piatti non sapevano di niente...sarà stata una giornata sfortunata del cuoco, ma per me pessima esperienza.

05/02/2024: Small but welcoming restaurant and the lady who served us was really very kind. We had a tuna carpaccio with stracciatella, mint and lime as an appetizer and as a main course spaghetti with clams and seared tuna with chopped pistachios accompanied by baked potatoes and caramelized onion. All very good! I recommend trying the starter... Truly top!!

30/11/2023: Trovandomi in vacanza in questo paese ho avuto occasione di cenare in questo ristorante, il cibo è un livello medio basso, ma la cosa peggiore e' il titolare che, forse essendo agosto non ha più la minima voglia di lavorare. Tempi di attesa biblici e risposte svogliate.

17/02/2024: Today, a beautiful day, we decide to return to this restaurant, where I went mainly for the raw fish dish which had at least 7/8 different types of crudités. I order it and there are only 3 very small portions for the price of 40 euros!!!! I won't add anything else...

05/11/2023: Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel und tolles Restaurant mit einem hervorragenden Service. Ich habe mich die zwei Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein schönes und ruhiges Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick in die Hügel. Ich war beide Abende dort zum Essen – super Küche. Typisch toskanisch. Es war hervorragend und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Und der Service überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder.
