03/05/2026: A wonderful discovery, a place recommended by locals. Exceptional dishes prepared with care and skill; the "il coccio" appetizer is truly a masterpiece! The octopus and broccoli rabe were top-notch, along with the first and second courses worthy of true connoisseurs. Not to mention the desserts... superb! The price paid is definitely worth the meal! The staff were truly top-notch... knowledgeable, friendly, and always on point! The only negative, so to speak, is that they're leaving Porto Santo Stefano and moving to Orbetello... I'll definitely be back... count me in!

28/07/2026: I've been coming here for several summers, and it's become a regular. The wines are, of course, the perfect excuse to then sample various delicacies. From the platters to the various dishes (appetizers, first courses, and second courses), I haven't tried everything, but we've never gone wrong! The owner and all the staff are kind and attentive to every customer. Recommended!!!

07/07/2026: The food was delicious, but the service was awful. We would have loved to order more food and drinks, but it was simply impossible. The staff seemed very stressed and overwhelmed. We also had to wait ages for the bill and ask several times.

03/05/2026: We booked a room at this inn the same day and were truly amazed by the welcome from Nicola and the entire staff, who were extremely helpful despite having arranged everything at the last minute, including dinner. The restaurant offers unpretentious cuisine, and the dishes are truly excellent! The breakfast, featuring homemade products, was also excellent. The room was clean, pleasantly furnished, with a comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. We will definitely be back.

27/04/2026: Beautiful country farmhouse with outdoor seating. Rustic yet welcoming atmosphere. Fast but somewhat chaotic service. The menu isn't very varied, but it's more than adequate for a quick meal. The meat is good, and the bean soup and homemade ricotta cake are excellent. Prices are average for the area.

04/04/2026: We tried ordering three dishes, but they were all sold out (the day before Easter), so we ordered more. Five minutes later, the unidentified owner or chef comes out and starts scolding us for saying there were no dishes. Lol. The kind of person who criticizes customers for their shortcomings is touchy. From what we saw, the food was also pretty average. Avoid like the plague.

02/11/2025: One Sunday in early October, we found ourselves in Santa Fiora with our dog, without having booked for lunch! Luckily, we were welcomed at Enoteca Aldobrandesca with extreme kindness, delicious dishes, water, and cuddles for our dog Bella. Recommended!

26/08/2025: Given that the place was half-empty, they seated us in a damp, pungently smelling basement space, which could have been considered "typical," and we were the only table occupied. When it came time to order (taglieri, lampredotto, crostoni, etc.), we asked for two bottles of water: the owner, in an annoyed and rude tone, turned around and, as he walked away, said, "Yeah, okay, but I sell wine." At that point, we preferred to get up and leave. This kind of attitude, especially toward tourists, is the reason why certain places and businesses will die: when it's too late, perhaps they'll understand how they should have treated tourists/customers. P.S.: We ate an excellent sandwich across the street, spending a fifth of what we would have spent inside. Edit in response to the restaurant: Probably "the gentleman" told her the facts his way, and she thought it best to misrepresent the rest of the story: 1- We didn't order "2 small bottles of water," but platters (€25), lampredotto (€9.50), pappa al pomodoro (€9), crostone (€8) + 2 large bottles of water (€5) + 4 place settings (€6) (otherwise, what would have been the order you're referring to?!) 2- "Simply pointed out"?! As soon as we said "two bottles of water, please," he stopped writing the order, literally snatched the menus out of our hands, and, walking away annoyed, said, "Yeah, fine, but I sell wine." 3. Being polite people, he calmly and ironically said, "We didn't understand, you only sell wine," just to make "the gentleman" think about whether he might have been misplaced (obviously a failed attempt). 4. Regarding the calculations you made, reread point 1 and you'll understand that you were referring to the cost we would have paid with you compared to what we paid elsewhere (but then, excuse me, a garlic and oil bruschetta on the menu costs €4, and you come and tell us that the cured meat sandwich (not on the menu) costs €3?) Let me give you a piece of advice: "Even if you're no longer young, mistakes can happen; an apology would have been enough."

26/04/2026: Guys, go ahead, because you don't know what you're missing. I was at the B&B above and I ordered a table that, since it was packed from 7:00, was told it would be free for around 8:30, and so it was. When we sat down (inside), we immediately saw a lot of busy people, and I believe you given the number of people at the tables, but they brought us the menus right away. The gentleman arrived after a couple of minutes and recommended the strong eggs since he makes them himself, and we trusted him. The delicious appetizer (sliced ​​cheeses and crostini) was excellent and all very tasty, then we moved on to the pici allaglione, delicious and not heavy, but let's also talk about the super Cinta Senese white ragu and the turnip tagliatelle with 4 pecorino cheeses, speck and chopped pistachios, the best... Not satisfied, we ordered two ossobuco and a peposo, but they were sold out, and since we had half a portion left, they brought them to us on a plate to try anyway with the mashed potatoes, and you can imagine how good they were. Natural water and house wine, which washed down very well and you can taste it afterwards, as well as the homemade desserts, all excellent. Last but not least, in addition to the prices that no longer exist anywhere else, can you compare the friendliness and simplicity of the people who make you feel like you've known them all your life and make you say, "I don't want to get up and leave, I want to stay"?
