20/04/2025: Total disappointment: an experience to forget. Attracted by an average of 4.3 stars on Google, we enter with curiosity, but already at the entrance something doesn't add up: the place is empty and there is a strong canteen smell. Despite the negative feeling, we decide to stay. A kind waiter presents us with some off-menu items: I choose a tagliolini with artichokes and clams (as described), my partner a grilled cuttlefish. We think these are fresh dishes of the day. Unfortunately they weren't at all. My tagliolini was tasteless, with lupins instead of clams and clearly frozen artichokes. Rating: 5 minus minus. The cuttlefish? Rubbery, tasteless, without any sauce or toppings. After these two dishes we decide to stop there. At the time of the bill, the final surprise: €19 for the tagliolini and €28 for a grilled cuttlefish. A theft. Out of lightheartedness, we didn't ask the prices first, but we certainly didn't expect similar figures for mediocre dishes. To conclude, I asked for a glass of wine: €7, but it was a very poor white, of dubious quality. To my observation about the exaggerated price of cuttlefish and who wrote the reviews, the waiter simply replied that "it's the customers who write the reviews". It's a shame that, given the dishes and the atmosphere, I suspect that many are unreliable. Zero empathy, low quality, absurd prices. A restaurant like this shouldn't be called such.

22/04/2025: Posto bellissimo, cibo ottimo, servizio impeccabile, è vero c'è stato un po da aspettare ma d'altronde con un locale stra pieno lo immaginavamo, il personale di sala gentili educati e soprattutto "ti fanno sentire a casa" è proprio per questo che vale la pena anche attendere un po di più, cibo BUONISSIMO , non vedo già l ora di tornare.. grazie a tutti

10/04/2025: Posto molto carino, carne di buona qualità , pesce lo assaggiamo la prossima volta , buono il rapporto qualità prezzo . Solo un po’ troppo affollato .’

05/04/2025: We had lunch here in Capalbio, found by chance but really lucky! Trattoria where you can eat very well, super friendly service from the owner, pleasant veranda and excellent value for money. A pleasant surprise! We will return

01/12/2024: We ate at a birthday lunch based entirely on fish, from a mixed starter to a first course with tortello stuffed with scallops in tomato sauce and prawns, the second course was sea bream in stew and fried squid and prawns accompanied by a good native Vermentino white wine. ..excellent service from the owners welcoming environment.

06/10/2024: At Orlando you can eat very well! The squid ink ravioli with sea bass sauce and Santostefanese stockfish are excellent!!! Advised. A place also suitable for children.

21/04/2025: If you are in Porto Santo Stefano you cannot miss a trip to the Giglio island at the Doria restaurant you will find a characteristic place with good food cooked very well and courteous staff who will take care of you from appetizer to dessert Highly recommended

13/04/2025: Really delicious pizza, light dough and quality ingredients! The owner is kind and very polite, always with a smile. You can see the passion he puts into it. A wonderful discovery — highly recommended!
