A wonderful discovery, a place recommended by locals. Exceptional dishes prepared with care and skill; the "il coccio" appetizer is truly a masterpiece! The octopus and broccoli rabe were top-notch, along with the first and second courses worthy of true connoisseurs. Not to mention the desserts... superb! The price paid is definitely worth the meal! The staff were truly top-notch... knowledgeable, friendly, and always on point! The only negative, so to speak, is that they're leaving Porto Santo Stefano and moving to Orbetello... I'll definitely be back... count me in!

For me, it's always a guarantee, as when I recommend it to my clients, both Italian and foreign, they are very satisfied, so I will continue to recommend it and hope to be able to return soon too.

Extremely slow service, fish passed off as local, not genuine, tasteless fish full of fat inside, fried artichokes with breading like a cutlet and cold. Spaghetti with clams was good,

08/12/2025: "Il Fornetto Squalo Charlie" is the epicenter of pizza al taglio on the Argentine peninsula. More than a cliché, it's an institution... 😂 Try it and believe it.

22/11/2025: A beautiful spot right by the small harbor for dinner. The black spaghetti was an explosion of flavor. The fried seafood, on the other hand, was rather average, 3 stars.
20/09/2025: Good is very good and you have the chance to try pretty unusual seafood recipes. Service is support fast, staff very friendly and kind. Portions are really small though, hence the place is really really expensive (couple of shared starters, one course per person and drinks -no fancy wines- 40 euro per person). Worth a try but not going back.
