15/08/2025: A disastrous experience – absolutely avoid!!!!!! We had to leave this restaurant without my food even being served. The wait to place our first order was already long. We received our drinks… in cans and a 1.5L plastic water bottle, which is very sloppy for a restaurant. My partner ordered a pizza: it arrived quickly and was good. But I had ordered carbonara pasta… which I've never seen before. After a long time, we went to ask the waitress; the response: "It's coming." Result: another 25 minutes of waiting, and still nothing. I've never seen such a poorly organized restaurant! We ended up leaving, obviously without paying for the dish, which I never received. It completely ruined our last evening of vacation. We went back upstairs and let the server know when paying, but all we got was a simple "sorry." We will never set foot in this establishment again, and we will strongly advise those around us against it.

02/08/2025: The absolute best pizzeria in Follonica, exceptional food, one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Will I be back? Definitely.

29/08/2025: This beach resort, which has a partnership with the Poggio dei Pini residence, offers free parking for guests. The restaurant is open for lunch: the spaghetti allo scoglio (seafood spaghetti) served straight from the pan is excellent! The fried shrimp, cuttlefish, and calamari, served with vegetables, are also delicious.

29/07/2025: A great wine bar in the center of Orbetello, with excellent snacks and wines to try. Friendly staff and wonderful 80s and 90s music. Definitely worth a try.

30/08/2025: An excellent restaurant accompanied us on our last evening at Giglio. The interior dining room is quiet and welcoming. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. The dishes are special, and you can taste the chef's passion. Highly recommended. The value for money is very good, especially considering the quality. It's a shame we didn't discover the restaurant until the very end.

28/08/2025: I can't remember the last time I ate fish this bad. The linguine with shrimp ragù was incredibly low-quality. The fish was almost nonexistent, the busque was bland, and the pasta mediocre...it seemed washed out. The gigli with Mediterranean pesto and tuna stew were horrible, the tuna tasteless, and the tomato puree (raw) dominated. The photo of the tuna with coconut and peppers was embarrassing; we thought it was a joke, in terrible taste. The best part was the bread and oil, which we asked for to soothe our stomachs before leaving.

30/08/2025: During our stay in Tuscany, we dined at La Colonia several times and it never disappointed. Excellent pizza, delicious tortelli and pici, and delicious desserts too. Reasonable prices and good music to accompany our evenings.

28/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo, io e mio marito a pranzo durante un giro in Maremma. Ottima la qualità dei cibi e prezzo davvero conveniente. Da non perdere se si viene da queste parti! In giardino sono presenti sdraio e lettini per rilassarsi immersi nella natura! Punto vendita di prodotti biologici… Complimenti!🔝

18/08/2025: It didn't meet my expectations; I expected much better from what I'd heard. There's no love or even passion, in my opinion, either in the kitchen or in the dining room. Rather than a restaurant, I'd say it's a resale shop selling overpriced food. In my experience, I've noticed many mistakes, even trivial ones, dishes that aren't beautiful to look at, much less exciting to the palate; a dish sold for €21 has to be delicious to look at, and the ingredients have to be treated and showcased perfectly. What a shame.

16/08/2025: A good restaurant, good food, good service, fast enough to enjoy the dishes without getting bored, a cool place, at the top of the village, with a splendid view. In short, a restaurant like "once upon a time," without QR code menus and other nonsense. Maybe the lady at the reception/cash register could smile a little, but it's a good place.

14/06/2025: Eravamo di passaggio a Scansano e abbiamo deciso di provare questa Trattoria immersa nelle verdi colline. Si è rivelata un’ottima esperienza. Gli antipasti della casa sono tutti squisiti, i pici ai carciofi eccezionali, per finire con i gustosissimi dolci fatti in casa. Tutto perfetto. Non vedo l’ora di ritornare in questa meravigliosa Trattoria.

13/08/2025: An experience not to be missed: €89 for two main courses, two side dishes, and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, our experience was very negative. The food served was of poor quality, with suspect flavors that immediately made us question the freshness of the ingredients. After the meal, both I and my companions suffered gastrointestinal upset, which we believe was related to what we ate. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to not pay attention to food safety. I strongly advise against this place, at least until serious measures are taken to ensure hygiene and quality. The price is not worth the experience.
