04/03/2025: The pizza dough is really excellent, light and very pleasant on the palate. The choice is wide and ranges from the classic to the most sophisticated, truly satisfying everyone. Good beers and desserts. In my opinion excellent prices. The environment is very welcoming and particular, in winter the heated loggia is nice, in summer it is nice to be in the church square. A nice option for an evening

03/03/2025: Davvero ottimo l'impasto delle pizze, che risultano leggere e molto piacevoli al palato. La scelta è ampia e spazia dal classico al più ricercato, accontentando davvero tutti. Buone le birre ed i dolci. Secondo me ottimi prezzi. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e particolare, d'inverno è carino il loggiaro scaldato, d'estate bello stare in piazza della chiesa. Una bella opzione per una serata

09/03/2025: Posto delizioso , come entrare in una dimensione sospesa nel tempo , una deliziosa trattoria con piatti curati nei dettagli , dal sapore autentico e sano, servizio gentile e delicato . Tutto scorre con naturalezza , si gusta ogni momento . Da tornare più e più volte per provare ogni piatto . Noi abbiamo preso : ottimo risotto ai pistilli , millefoglie di pane carasau con hummus di ceci e barbabietole stupendo , caprino al forno con miele di acacia eccezionale , carciofi in padella ottimi .

05/05/2025: We had a horrible dinner before coming here, so we were hoping to redeem our evening with some dessert and coffee at La Locanda. Sadly, we were treated poorly because we were not ordering dinner. I worked in hospitality for 15 years, and would never change my level of service, regardless of what was being ordered. We likely would have returned here for a full meal during the remainder of our visit to Chianti, but since the staff was very rude, we will certainly not return. The stars are only for the dessert, as it was very unique and delicious.

03/05/2025: I come here regularly – and every time, I’m amazed. The truffle pasta has become a tradition for me, and it’s simply divine. The waiters are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and offer excellent recommendations – the wine choices, like the Bucciarelli Chianti Classico Riserva, have always been spot on. La Locanda di Pietracupa is a truly special place: elegant yet never pretentious. You can feel the dedication of the two female chefs in every dish. It’s a place to enjoy, to relax – right in the heart of Chianti. Absolutely recommended!

15/11/2024: A risotto with prawns, leeks and porcini mushrooms worthy of the best restaurants... and yet I was only on my lunch break. Accurate service... they supplied me with hot flat bread even for the last forkful of risotto. Well done

La serata è iniziata con un aperitivo in terrazza, accompagnato da una vista suggestiva e un'accoglienza impeccabile. Il menù "Primavera d'autore" è stato un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria. Ogni piatto, curato nei minimi dettagli, ha saputo stupirci con ingredienti ricercati e abbinamenti inediti, sorprendenti e perfettamente equilibrati. L’armonia dei sapori e la bellezza delle presentazioni parlano di una cucina creativa, consapevole e profondamente ispirata. L’abbinamento dei vini, selezionati e spiegati con grande competenza da un sommelier preparatissimo, ha esaltato ogni portata, creando un percorso sensoriale completo e coerente. Un plauso anche all’attenzione al cliente, davvero impeccabile: ogni gesto del personale trasmette passione, professionalità e cura. Un'esperienza che va ben oltre la cena: un viaggio nei sapori, nella storia e nell’eccellenza.

16/03/2025: Very nice, romantic, very nice place. The garden at the entrance is very well kept. From the garden and the fortress you can see a beautiful panorama, green hills, a pond and fairy-tale houses. The Fortress can be reached along a pedestrian street. It's just a shame that during this period the local shops are closed, including the ice cream shop. Anyway worth visiting.

27/04/2025: I frequent Eataly above all for the choice of food which, although more expensive than in common supermarkets, is of better quality. I went a few times to the restaurant which offers typical Italian dishes and pizzas. Good quality. Friendly service offered by a young staff.

26/04/2025: This afternoon, a very unpleasant experience at the checkout. Instead of gradually emptying my shopping bag by passing every product produced to the checkout before returning it, a sales assistant emptied all the shopping on the surface where the baskets dragged on the floor rest. Faced with my and my husband's complaints about the lack of hygiene, she raised her voice saying that she couldn't understand such a complicated criticism. I won't comment on the hygiene of the shop in Florence.

01/05/2025: Wonderful place, even more view! Pretty good food, it's a shame that the service for so few seats leaves something to be desired. An hour of waiting between the appetizer (raw) and the main courses is not acceptable, especially seeing that tables that arrived after us received the courses before us. For a place like this the price is adequate, but the unjustified wait is not. A small gesture — even just a taste or a discount — would demonstrate attention to the customer. An experience that leaves a bad taste in the mouth, despite the potential.

12/04/2025: Wonderful relaxing time with a beautiful view and very kind service. The aubergine it was definitely my favorite dish from all we tried. It was lovely to see the Tuscany hills! Time to connect with nature and be in the moment in lovely Italy. 🙏🏾🇮🇹

26/02/2025: I was there for a birthday. There were about 50 of us, they put us in a room all to ourselves. Maybe we were a little crowded with 50 of us, but in the end we were fine. The service was excellent, we took the pizza round and even though there were many of us they didn't make us wait. Very good pizza and the Tuscan starter was also excellent. Prices normal. Advised.

Varios tipos de pizza al mejor estilo de pura tradición italiana, pero también encontrará primeros platos, postres y una buena selección de vinos. Todos los productos genuinos de la zona El restaurante ofrece asientos en el interior, una terraza muy privada para una cena romántica, en los meses de verano se puede optar por comer en la pequeña plaza adyacente al restaurante, es el que prefiero, el tráfico de vehículos está prohibido, si miras a tu alrededor, edificios de piedra, una iglesia, si cierras los ojos te sentirás como si estuvieras en la Edad Media! Una experiencia que no olvidarás. Y la comida es deliciosa...
