01/03/2026: We had dinner here tonight. All of the food was great. I told them to have the chef decide my meal and it was in the top 5 dining experiences I've had in all my trips to Italy. My wife and mother in-law also loved their meals. I don't have any pictures because we just enjoyed our 2.5 hour dinner. The veal was amazing! The lampredotto croquettes were also a great starter.

23/02/2026: Early dinner on a Saturday evening. We had reservations, though we were the only guests for about the first hour. The location is very central yet slightly removed from the main tourist flow, which makes it feel calmer. The staff were nice and attentive, the food was decent, and portions are generous. Prices are slightly on the higher side. The atmosphere is quiet and spacious, with a relaxed elegance.

26/09/2025: It could be better! We ended up at Cucco on a rainy day in late summer. The waitress greeted us chewing gum and looking bored. The terrace was understandably closed, and the ambiance in the dining room was intentional but incomplete. A cold, unloving room, where even the shabby-chic wooden chairs without cushions couldn't create a cozy atmosphere. A boom box blaring pop music attempted to drown out the kitchen's fan. The bread served was absolutely tasteless, as was the truffle on the starter. The pasta with Gorgonzola sauce and the gnocci with asparagus sauce were okay. Two glasses of "house wine," a bottle of water, a starter (bread with raclette cheese and truffle), and two pasta dishes between the courses at €54 were unjustified. Very functional, but not enjoyable.

28/11/2025: After walking for 20 minutes, we arrive and it is closed, even though it is indicated as open on Google Maps (the opening hours were updated by the business itself 3 weeks ago).

21/03/2026: We were passing through and decided to stop here and try the lampredotto and porchetta sandwiches. We were surprised by the deliciousness of the sandwiches and the friendly welcome we received. Highly recommended!

03/01/2026: Recently renovated, very tastefully. Spacious and clean rooms, bathroom with spacious shower, excellent location in a private park with a beautiful lake. Marina is very friendly and always smiling. The attached restaurant is also excellent, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

31/10/2025: Very welcoming and clean hotel, the girl at the reception was very kind and helpful (as well as very nice, which never hurts), everything is digital, door opening and closing, small but basic and very clean room. Immersed in the woods, with an adjoining lake, a truly beautiful location. The only sore point, aside from the weather, was the breakfast, which is a risk to call it such... could be improved.

14/11/2025: The A.T.F. Service store is located adjacent to the central Piazza Togliatti, home to Scandicci's weekly market. The store offers expert repairs or replacement parts for Folletto and Thermomix appliances in a reasonable timeframe. I had several parts replaced on my Vorwerk Thermomix because they were worn. They ordered the missing parts and then completed the complete assembly. The organization was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and generous with advice on any repairs or replacement parts. The store staff was very kind and professional.

03/01/2026: Dropped in and got a panini and Caffe lattes. Both were awful. The panini was dry and was like eating straight bread, big mouthfuls of glug. The lattes were watery and lacking any coffee flavour.

08/03/2026: One of our historic trattorias, many memories tie me to this place, Donnini means family, it means taking a dip into memories, Sunday lunches with the whole family were a classic.
