Really good atmosphere and amazing pasta. Kind staff.

Dinner booked through The Fork at this trattoria near Piazza della Signoria. The menu isn't extensive, but what they offer is beyond delicious, captivating, and well-cooked. Hand-rolled and shaped pasta, the pappardella with wild boar ragù is delicious: thick and coarse, it tastes exactly like homemade. If it's your first time in Florence, I absolutely recommend the peposo all'imprunetina: beef cooked until tender—it could be torn apart with a fork—and the accompanying sauce, slightly spicy. We mopped up every single dish! It's a shame I'm from Rome, otherwise I would have happily returned soon. The service was friendly and attentive, and the price (not counting the app discount) was fair for what you're getting. If you're not sure where to start, Il Gabriello should be your first choice!

Found the restaurant by chance on The Fork Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the tagliata and fillet, excellent quality, fast and friendly staff.

Warm and hospitable waitstaff (especially the older lady who assisted us). We love the grilled steak, osso buco, lasagna, carbonara and prosciutto & cheese with dough balls. This restaurant deserves 5 stars.

We ate here yesterday for lunch, and I have to say, we had a truly wonderful meal! The pici were delicious, and the tagliata (a type of steak) melted in your mouth!

The food was good, but the service was rude. The only thing was, what was the waitress doing? We were eating and she was clearing away plates. 😀😀 All in a hurry. For half an hour we ate appetizers and then the Florentine steak. 😔 Don't eat. It's all about Florence. Period.

We went to this restaurant on The Fork's recommendation. We found the atmosphere welcoming, clean, and not too chaotic, despite the tables being full. We ordered an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert, and everything was delicious. The waitress was extremely kind and professional. The only downside was the long wait between ordering and the actual arrival of our dishes.
