Too expensive. Excellent service, very good customer service. But two non-alcoholic drinks for €40, is that okay?

Delicious and creative food, in a wonderful building and atmosphere. The food was very tasty, super creative (a lot !) and mixes very distinct flavours in ways I hadn’t experienced before. I believe this restaurant should soon obtain a Michelin star. As a constructive comment, I would say that sometimes even if the food is great, some of the flavours are soooo intense, that they become overwhelming. Those intense flavours are great, but I think that if you tune them down just by 10%, they will still keep their flavourful spirit without overwhelming the person. Also, although the waitress and personnel where all great and very friendly, some details on how they serve and the speed between plates can be improved. All in all, the restaurant is excellent and I’ll definitely be back.

I had a well-made Sazerac for the first time in a long while. The Aviation had a bit too strong a pickle juice flavor. You should definitely visit if you come to Florence.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was so unique. The chef created delicious dishes with thought to every detail. And the service... impeccable. We were incredibly impressed. This is a dining experience you will not forget. We will be dining here again when we return to Florence.

We visited the bar after seeing it on the “top 50 bars” list. Every drink is 20 euros but you get a pre-drink, a post-drink shot, and a small snack with it. The cocktails were fairly unique and good
