Very very good food but unfortunately I still left hungry since there were 4 potatoes in the stew. considering that potatoes are a very economical ingredient, we could have used more and created a satiating and more balanced dish. It's a shame since both the service, the atmosphere and the quality of the food were good.
I went with my family who was visiting Florence and we loved the carbonara, it's top! Went twice in one week, Recommended, will be back

I WANTED TO TASTE THE FAMOUS TUSCAN RIBOLLITA, I STOPPED IN THIS TRATTORIA LETTING ME ATTRACTED BY THE NAME. WHEN ENTERING I FOUND THEMSELVES IN A VERY WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT, THE STAFF was FRIENDLY, THE DISH WAS WORTHY. I ADVISE.

For an appetizer, we had a blue cheese flan. I wasn't sure my husband would like it since he doesn't love blue cheese, but the taste was mild, and it was delicious. He also ordered the read soup. Neither of us really loved it, and I wouldn't call it a soup. There was absolutely no broth. It was the first time we had eaten this soup, and we definitely would not order it again. My husband had the wild boar with Ragu sauce, which he liked. I had pasta with crispy cheek meat and a sauce made with egg. It was delicious. This is the first time while traveling in Italy, where they actually put grated cheese on our table. We also had two Hugo drinks. We almost didn't eat here because we waited approximately five minutes while the gentleman was on the phone. As we were leaving to eat somewhere else, he finally got off the phone and grabbed us before we left. The atmosphere was lovely.
