So let's start with the fact that they were very kind to let me put the scooter in storage so as to avoid it being stolen. The service was friendly and fast, the food an 8 out of 10 but very filling. The portions are customizable in terms of size. The atmosphere is not bad but it could be better. Let's say the necessary is there, you can talk easily, the only flaw is the ordering method is a little unintuitive for a person coming for the first time. It could be changed a bit, perhaps with special tablets placed there so you can order individually instead of having to do it from a single phone. However, for the price, quality, let's say excellent. I would go back.

I went with my friends; it's a truly wonderful place. The welcome was excellent, the lady was very kind and helpful, and you could tell from the fish that it was well-preserved and very fresh. I've been there several times with my friends and parents, and I think I'll go back without a problem.

For me, the quality/price ratio is above average for AYCE restaurants.
Plus, the restaurant is very knowledgeable about gluten-free options for celiacs.

The atmosphere and food are wonderful. The service is a bit lacking, as the menu has no pictures and you have to dictate your order to the waiters. Otherwise, the staff is very good, and the wait times are short.
I highly recommend it.

A remarkable all-you-can-eat restaurant, the food is better than many others (nothing like a "real" Japanese restaurant) in a truly beautiful setting.
The staff is friendly and efficient, and the service is quick.
The price is perhaps a little lower than average.
Perhaps more choice is needed.
Not recommended for large groups because the place isn't very spacious.

Satori is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Florence. I come here often, and each time I'm satisfied. The sushi is delicious, and there's always a wide selection of rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes.
The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for both a relaxing dinner and a quick lunch. But what makes this place even more special is the staff, always very patient, kind, and helpful, making you feel at ease at every opportunity.
I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good sushi in Florence at a reasonable price.
