Dinner with Easter tasting menu, nice and nice location, excellent food, attentive service even though water was spilled on my cell phone and bag which were placed on the pouf next to it, fortunately it was only water and in a small quantity. Apart from this I recommend this place, to return.

SUPERLATIVO...locale veramente unico, per servizio, qualità del cibo...il sapore dei piatti si sente ancora e non è poco, davvero. Cura dei prodotti propri, come l'olio oppure il pane...e piatti veramente di sapore.

The food is excellent from start to finish, as is the choice of wines!
Out of season it is truly a pleasure to eat in this restaurant a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Forte dei Marmi.
Impeccable service.
It wasn't the first visit and it certainly won't be the last.

Regardless of the ratings of the gastronomic guides, for me this is the best restaurant in Versilia and, as far as fish is concerned, perhaps also in Tuscany, at least among those I have tried (and I have almost all of them starred).
We go there often so I've tried many dishes on the menu (which changes regularly). I have never had the slightest disappointment.
I recommend it to everyone and if I were to use the Michelin guide description I would say without hesitation that it is "worth the trip".

Ho iniziato a frequentare questo ristorante degli anni 80 e devo dire che non mi ha mai deluso.
Sempre eccezionale la cruditè di pesce è favolosa la catalana. Carta dei vini impeccabile. servizio professionale e camerieri molto disponibile. Amolia la carta dei dolci.

Non mi permetto di commentare la qualità del cibo perché è pur sempre un ristorante stellato. La delusione maggiore è stata la scarsa innovazione dei piatti. Va bene che il menù classica-mente propenda verso i piatti della tradizione, però un piatto di crudo di mare ed un pesce al sale mi sembra un po' eccessivo. La sala con le stufette e le lische nel filetto di pesce non hanno contribuito a rendere l'esperienza migliore. Grandi aspettative, media delusione
