I had lunch here on Saturday, March 21, 2026. We were greeted with the utmost courtesy right from the start. The waiter who served us was very professional and attentive to all our needs. The food was excellent, the wine cellar was well-stocked, the ingredients extraordinary, and the atmosphere very refined. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Had the chance to dine once again at Bistrot Forte dei Marmi with my friends on Friday, the 26th of September 2025. This place serves the finest Italian cuisine, and I’ve been coming here since 2003 without ever being disappointed. Mr. David, the owner, always treats me with exceptional care. On this visit, I had the honor of meeting the entire Bistrot family—what a wonderful experience. I hope to visit this amazing restaurant often during my trips to Italy. Simply amazing, the 1 Michelin star is more than deserved, I give them almost 2 Michelin stars, all the dishes were exceptional, great flavor and umami was present in all.

24/12/2023: Trovato casualmente passeggiando sulla spiaggia di Follonica il 24 dicembre in una giornata piena di sole, abbiamo trovato un riatorante che merita una piu’ che buona valutazione. Personale gentilissimo, ottimi consigli per la scelta del cibo e del vino. Tonnatelli perfetti di cottura e sapore, varietà del pane fatto in casa ottimo, spagjetti croccanti altrettanto buoni. Bravi! Consigliato anche perché potete portare anche i vostri cani.

05/09/2023: Ritorniamo per la quarta volta in questo hotel,finalmente il covid è un brutto ricordo,abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di Ferragosto come di consueto,tra i tanti cambiamenti che abbiamo potuto notare non passa inosservata la scarsa qualità della cena,paragonabile solo a cliniche di basso rango,per la cifra di 35€ a testa bevande escluse mi aspettavo quantomeno la stessa qualità del passato...un elogio va al personale di sala,in particolare a Sonia,sempre gentile e sorridente. Posizione favolosa,camere pulite e in spiaggia si arriva in ascensore. Ritorneremo sicuramente ma è da valutare la cucina che a memoria quest anno ha toccato il fondo.
29/08/2023: Sono stata una settimana in vacanza a sperlonga, soggiornando sul lido amyclae. Esperienza bellissima, personale stupendo. Ci ritornerei volentieri
