08/03/2025: Il cibo ed il modo in cui viene preparato non sono all'altezza del posto, prezzi davvero elevati ed ingiustificati. Tra tante negatività ho anche fondati dubbi per credere che mi abbiano servito pesce da allevamento spacciandolo per fresco mare, ad un costo assurdo!

31/12/2024: Restaurant familial avec une cuisine locale de grande qualité, propre, frais, bien cuisiné, une cave riche, des desserts et limoncellos maison à en rêver et un accueil familial. Les prix sont de plus très corrects. Bref, je recommande vivement tant en couple qu’en famille. Un grand merci à Carmine, sa maman en cuisine et tout le staff. Max approval 9,5/10👍🙏

06/09/2024: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante tipico dopo due anni dalla bella esperienza passata. Purtroppo le nostre aspettative sono state complessivamente deluse da qualità, quantità e prezzo della seconda portata. Infatti mentre le melanzane e i minchiareddi sono stati ottimi, le bombette e la costata hanno lasciato molto "amaro" in bocca. Le 4 bombette di dimensione del dito mignolo di una mano erano "perse" e sole nel piatto, insufficienti per essere definite come seconda portata, al massimo uno stuzzichino. La costata di manzo invece, oltre ad avere un sapore di "grasso sciolto" era così nervosa da fare fatica a staccarla dall'enorme osso di cui faceva parte; dei 550gr. del peso complessivo avremo ottenuto 100 gr.mangiabili di scarsa qualità. Venendo infine al prezzo 70€ al chilo per una costata della quale gli scarti sono stati i 4/5 è eccessivo. La "spremitura" del turista non porta mai frutti.

26/12/2024: Siamo clienti di questo locale giá da diverso tempo.Ed ogni volta che ci torniamo troviamo sempre la qualità ottima del prodotto e la sapienza con cui è lavorato e proposto.Fatevi consigliare dal titolare o dai suoi dipendenti tra l'altro gentilissimi perché sanno come poter esaltare quello che ti proporranno.Logicamente è un vero e puro ristorante di pesce.Se vuoi sentire il vero sapore del mare in un ambiente tipico nel cuore del centro storico di Gallipoli siete nel posto giusto.Lo consigliamo vivamente.

02/02/2025: Absolutely avoidable place! I have never eaten so bad anywhere else in my life! 😞 Yet I visit many places! This 4 star hotel intrigued us! We were there yesterday with my friends and there were many of us, all really disappointed and dissatisfied. We sat at the table at around 8.30pm, we were served about two hours later. The meat of any kind we took was terrible: boiled and then reheated but it arrived cold and tasteless on the table. Yes, that's right: tasteless and cold. It is probably boiled to keep it soft and then reheated at the moment, but it loses all the flavor and unfortunately it also arrives cold. There wasn't the slightest trace on the meat of the fact that it had been roasted on the grill... so which grill is it? Even the vegetables were boiled and sautéed in hot water at the time, they were really bad, except for the trio of grilled vegetables, which I must say were good. We spent on average around €25.00 each for eating pseudo meat and perhaps we made a mistake in eating out of hunger and paying a bill that did not meet any standard of edible meat. Not recommended! It doesn't even deserve one star. The service was also very poor. And with what courage did the owner respond to me like this.... Instead of apologizing for what happened, he persists in saying that everything was freshly prepared. It is absolutely not true that we were chatting while the dishes arrived. We ate as they arrived. So even more to avoid! I advise you against it! Absurd not to admit the evidence! And mine is not the only negative review! Read them all! They are absolutely true!

13/01/2025: Serata da dimenticare purtroppo in questo ristorante che si dice essere una braceria dove il piatto forte è la carne ma quello che ci hanno servito era carne andata a male ( tagliata di cavallo) che gentilmente non ci hanno fatto pagare a seguito della nostra lamentela.. altro piatto tagliata di angus che sicuramente Angus non era ma era un pezzo di manzo qualunque, qualità bassa, mangiato solo metà piatto. Le bombette nella norma, alcune buone altre con sentori di carne avariata. Questi ristoranti non si curano della salute e del gusto dei clienti. L'ASL dovrebbe controllare queste attività che possono intossicare la clientela che nonostante tutto ciò è pure costretta a pagare il conto. Da evitare

29/09/2024: Nice place but there are some details to review. Meanwhile, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, made of that hard perforated plastic that if you put on a miniskirt or shorts and sit down you stand up with a diamond-shaped bottom; then there is the food, little choice on the menu, especially regarding starters and desserts. I was with a friend, we ordered a pizza, very slow service, average pizza looked like a pre-cooked pizza, the next day we were both sick. This place has a lot of potential, but the organization isn't the best. I would review these aspects to improve the quality of the service offered.

29/01/2025: La posizione è l'attrazione principale, perché si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia e la vista dai tavoli è notevole. Non male la cucina. Per esempio mi sono piaciuti (e consiglio) i tagliolini di pasta fresca impastati col prezzemolo e generosamente conditi con frutti di mare, crostacei e calamari. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

30/09/2024: Very nice restaurant, sea view, two characteristic rooms, open-air side by the sea with the sand and the sound of the sea almost under your feet and indoors with elegance and right spaces. Courteous staff attentive to any request, kind and ready to fulfill your requests (the owners are always there too). It's my second time going and it has never disappointed my cravings with great food. Wide choice on the menu with top quality and above all fresh ingredients. You can eat mainly fish-based dishes but for those who are allergic like me, they can also enjoy tasty land dishes. Abundant with quantity. Clear bathrooms and possibilities for disabled people too. The only flaw is that on the side of the covered room there is no access for wheelchair users. Anyway they will do it as soon as possible. Recommended restaurant for all those who don't want to be fooled by tourist menus without flavors and more.....THE NEW PONTICELLO IS A REAL RESTAURANT.

29/03/2025: A very tasty chocolate made with real chocolate and cream. The pasticciotto are excellent. Without forgetting the kindness of the bosses. Thank you for this excellent time in Galatina next to the Cathedral.

04/01/2025: My experience was only for a few minutes they made us sit downstairs in a completely cold place and when I asked them to turn on the hot air a little they told me yes of course it was actually broken. Then the waiters didn't even take us into account in the end we decided to leave and once we got upstairs or tried to ask the owner to let us sit there there were 2 empty tables and the waitress turned unpleasant and told me no no. so I don't recommend it also because it wasn't something 2 small children.

03/01/2025: This evening only pizzas. But I must say the value for money is all there. It deserves an alternative pizza. Recommended!👍👍👍👍
