27/07/2024: Attentive, friendly staff, well-kept hotel, just great

26/07/2024: The reception and hall of the “hotel” are with antique furniture and it is very dark. The employees are each dressed in a different way, they do not wear a uniform (starting with the one who looks like the boss who is shirtless throughout the complex). The rooms smell like vinegar (I imagine it is because of the cleaning products they use). And the furniture is broken. The trash can attached to the drinks machine is always full (they don't clean it) the only thing they take care of are the gardens. It is an establishment focused on events (weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.). The breakfast service is terrible. They don't have enough staff to serve the tables. You have to request eggs, omelettes, coffee and pancakes constantly. They don't have a cook, it's the same person for everything. The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It is a hostel with good gardens (provided that you don't step in the excrement of the dogs that are allowed to enter the hotel, even at breakfast).

In short, if you are passing through Copertino I recommend you go to a delicious pastry shop, you will certainly be satisfied. Top top!!!

02/02/2024: Like every year, to best celebrate family birthdays and anniversaries we turn to Aldemorisco. The trifle ordered was nothing short of exceptional. That meringue is unparalleled, as well as making the dessert very elegant. I highly recommend trying all their desserts and in particular the fruit cake, the almond blancmange, and the pasticciotto, made to perfection as per the Lecce tradition

27/08/2024: Exorbitant prices, slow service. We ate separately because the food did not arrive together. Ice cream made me sick. Worsened since last year

27/08/2024: Unique rudeness. If a customer comes to tell you about a problem you don't have to make excuses and rail against the customer. I came after 10 minutes to tell you that the bread was dry and probably old left in the air and he started yelling at me 'nu è quistu u pane tostu go tell your mother'. Whether it was the air conditioning or the bread was really from the night before or not, you first had to apologize. I certainly don't come to you to beg for €2 worth of bread but seeing as it was just bought there was certainly some problem. It was inedible you know how it is. I don't buy hard bread on purpose, I usually don't know how you do it in your business. Learn education and admit mistakes. I came politely and without making a fuss to explain the problem to you but you attacked me verbally. Obviously I didn't want anything else and left. How dare you treat a customer or rather a person in this way? You humiliated me for a half bread, you should be ashamed.

16/05/2024: La mia esperienza da Vicè è stata discreta, avevo delle aspettative molto alte,però ci può essere quella serata no, è comprensibile. La pizza era buona,l’attesa lunga,e la location non mi ha entusiasmata più di tanto. Insomma nella media.

01/08/2024: Restaurant caché dans la cour du Palazzo Circolone à Poggiardo. Carte aux accents italiens avec du poisson frais et d’excellentes qualités. Personnel charmant et accueillant. Belle carte de vins et sélection de digestifs de la casa !

27/07/2024: Ambiente molto bello , raffinato ma cordiale ( abbinamento che caratterizza la migliore tradizione meridionale ) . Personale giovane , gentile , piacevolmente serio e professionale . Nel crudo di mare una freschissima sinfonia di sapori che armonizzavano con lo yogurt della casa e con iun negramaro vinificato in bianco , i tagliolini con il ragu' di crostacei eleganti ed essenziali nell'esaltare il connubio pasta fresca e prezioso pesce I dolci particolari , per noi innovativi , memorabili per presentazione e sapori I liquori fatti in casa , un'arte di mantenere ed esaltare nell'alcool tutti i migliori profumi e sapori delle piante del sud

22/07/2024: We order (among other things) a salad (4 leaves 6 euros), they bring us an oil (passed as olive) which we can barely distinguish from vinegar, white in colour, embarrassing for us Apulians. We ask for it to be changed, the waitress takes it back and doesn't bring another one. 😳Fortunate staff, who have no experience in how to treat the customer. Octopus meatballs (good though) 14 or 16 euros, bring FIVE pieces, embarrassing in number! Extremely high prices...you paid 80 euros and we were starving! Never again!

14/07/2024: Nice place with a very nice little outdoor garden. Fresh fish, very good and quality. Friendly and professional staff. Average prices. The negative element was the "bite" of bread... three of us were brought a sandwich divided into four parts:( . It's a shame that the location is peripheral to the town and the holiday resorts which make it difficult to get to know and visit.

22/08/2024: Restaurant well located in a small alley. The pizzas are good but the rest to avoid. Only frozen meals. And we don't even eat at the same time.

22/08/2024: How to discredit Salento cuisine volume I. Starting from the positive aspects: good service, friendly and quick staff, some small distractions that are completely negligible. Cuisine: we ordered two first courses, tagliolini with seafood (€18, EIGHTEEN euros) and tagliolini with sea urchins (€20, TWENTY euros). Even if we were at the Masterchef pre-selections, the poor seafood that floundered on the plate was completely comparable to the supermarket mix packs. Same thing for hedgehogs, probably a jar of "hedgehog liver pâté". Beyond the visual aspect, the "taste of the sea" was definitely far from MINIMUM standards. Both tagliolini (well cooked at least) were floating in a mix of drained water. My advice is to at least halve the price or, better yet, remove them from the menu. It would take Zalone, who with his ladder and screwdriver, removes the writing ARTE from the name of the place. The pizzas looked good, but I definitely won't give myself the opportunity to try them.
