15/02/2025: Compared to a few years ago, in my opinion it has dropped in level. On Saturdays and Sundays the waiting times are biblical to be served. I ordered a cake, but was given one with different flavours. After a few days, I took a completely cold rustico.

05/04/2025: Ho scelto questo posto per un pranzo di compleanno ,ho comunicato con Sara tramite mail che ha soddisfatto con precisione e puntualità le mie richieste. Il cibo è molto buono,ottime le materie prime e la cura nella preparazione.La location è perfetta per un pranzo in primavera/estate, ciò che ti aspetti da un agriturismo sul lago.Il servizio è accurato, preciso e veloce,Le cameriere simpatiche e professionali .che dire..ci torniamo !

31/03/2025: Era da un po' che non venivo in questo posto, comunque sempre piacevole. Posto molto bello vista lago. Eravamo in due, avevamo proprio il tavolo davanti. Discreto il primo (orecchiette con asparagi)avevano poco sapore, un po' dure, niente di particolare .Molto buona la carne, piatto anche abbondante. Dolci buoni ed abbondanti.

04/02/2025: We had the pleasure to stay here in September 2024 and it was stunning! The views are expansive and absolutely beautiful. The pool is a great place to relax for the day perched high on the cliff overlooking the blue sea with a drink in my hand. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed and were comfortable during our stay. We even brushed up on our Italian and learned some new words from them. We were treated like family. The food was simple yet delicious and the breakfast spread was the perfect way to start each day with homebaked goods and the most perfect eggs! The view from the dining room can't be beat either. Blue sea and sky as far as one can see! If you are coming to Castro and want to stay at a cute family run place with the most amazing views and friendly staff, this is the place to stay. I look forward to returning here one day. A special shout out to Alessandra who assisted me with a package that needed to be shipped to me in the US. She went above and beyond to make sure it was packaged securely and shipped off to me.

26/12/2024: The meals were good and plentiful, excellent value for money, the owners were very helpful and sociable, the only flaw was the welcome buffet, although it was quite generous there was no space to get close because it was too crowded, the DJ was very engaging and good

01/12/2024: We have ordered pizza more than once because in itself it is good in quality, but the problem is that every time the orders are wrong or even ingredients are missing which are paid for anyway, and we are promptly dismissed with a "next time". They are never punctual with both delivery and takeaway times. We're sorry but it's the truth. Since we are, as you defined us, "brats", I reiterate the lack of professionalism.

01/01/2025: We were there for New Year's Eve dinner, terrible dinner, raw food, without flavor and poor quality. We stayed there overnight and also had lunch on the 1st and the food was always terrible We will never go there again I also attach a photo of the very raw cutlet

02/02/2025: Tutto buono e personale super gentile, antipasti molto saporiti con formaggi salumi e fritti deliziosi. Anche i primi davvero buoni e abbondanti. Prezzo nella media e tanta cortesia. Lo consigliamo.

26/03/2025: Ho fatto la mia prima visita nel ristorante Origano a cena con la mia compagna e devo dire che le aspettative erano alte data la fama che gode questo ristorante e siamo usciti completamente soddisfatti. Menzione speciale per il risotto agli scampi e cipolla fermentata e il carciofo ripieno. Ci torneremo .

16/03/2025: E poi ci sono le recensioni dove, al di là delle preferenze personali, deve necessariamente prevalere dovere civico, serietà e consapevolezza di giudizio, soprattutto quando si sono avuti tutti i sintomi dell’intossicazione alimentare: nausea, vomito, mal di stomaco e dissenteria! L’errore probabilmente è stato nostro nel voler scegliere un menu degustazione di mare ma i vini bianchi abbinati avevano un nauseabondo bouquet a metà strada tra uova marce e olezzo di piedi, i primi totalmente slegati e annacquati, il riso crudo, lo scampo certamente avariato ma, ahimè lo abbiamo scoperto solo un’ora dopo. Il solo ripensare a questa orribile cena mi procura conati ma sentivo il dovere di scrivere a caldo soprattutto per mettere in guardia gli avventori. È una recensione molto dura, ne sono consapevole.

02/03/2025: Bhe che dire, ero già stato più volte in questo locale molti anni fa, sono tornato felice ma resto deluso, il menù non sono riuscito a comprenderlo, tutto cibo a noi non gradito, ma ormai li abbiamo tentato di ordinare qualcosina, i costi sono altissimi per quello che mangi, quindi devo ricredermi e certamente non tornerò. Proprio per il menù mia moglie a mangiato pochissimo.

23/02/2025: Atmosfera accogliente, tranquilla e romantica. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Cucina ottima. Tutto molto curanto e gustoso antipasti, primo e secondo tutto molto buono. Anche il dessert millefoglie, crema al cioccolato bianco e pere al cardamomo: Buonissimo! A volte sul dolce si pecca, in questo caso ne è valsa la pena! Grazie Ci torneremo sicuramente in estate per una cena nella piazzetta.

04/11/2024: Serata nella media, cibo nella media. Stavo per ordinare e poi mi viene detto che non c'erano i gamberi/gamberoni e tutto quello connesso (tartare, ect). Meglio saperlo prima. Cozze un po' piccoline ma saporite. Risotto agli scambi buono. Il pasticciotto, troppo grossa la frolla. Mi son lasciata tentare ma ne ho mangiati di migliori. Personale comunque molto gentile e preparato. Serata nella media.

25/03/2025: Professional staff and welcoming environment. We were a table of 6 people and we had a cuoppo with mixed frittini as a starter followed by 4 pizzas and 2 burgers (one sandwich and one on the plate). The pizza respects the Neapolitan tradition with quality products. We didn't try the desserts but the ones on the menu looked interesting. Wide choice of beers. The burgers are well seasoned and tasty. Good value for money. Advised
