I have very mixed feelings about this establishment. We were initially greeted warmly by a young, smiling, and attentive waiter.
He then handed our order over to his colleague Silvia, and she didn't smile at all. She didn't even try to understand what we wanted and barely spoke, even though I always try to speak a few words of Italian.
And yet, there weren't many tourists around. Perhaps she chose the wrong profession. As for the food, there was a wide selection of ice cream, cakes, and savory items. The cannolo was a good size and tasty. The ice cream was also good. It's a shame that the unpleasant welcome from this waitress spoiled the experience. We come here to relax; let's not forget that.

Very good products, pastries of every flavor.
It's a shame the lady at the counter was very rude and unwelcoming, and if you don't order table service, you have to stand up for breakfast.

Having stopped in Gallipoli this morning and having enjoyed both ice cream and some snacks yesterday at Martinucci's in Santa Maria di
LEUCA, I never would have expected a "down-to-earth" scrocchiarello to be yesterday's, as I had to stop on the street and throw up... I understand that you can't throw away everything from the day before, but at least it should be better preserved... the rest, according to what my wife tasted, was excellent...

The selection and products are tempting, but it's a real shame the waitress is so unfriendly and unwelcoming... The atmosphere is rather cold despite the attractive window display.

For us, still and always the best ice cream parlor in Gallipoli, or even in all of Italy.
Ice cream just the way you want it. Fruit ice cream so delicious you feel like you're biting into the fruit itself! My favorite is melon and lemon, incredibly delicious, and I look forward to it every year!
It's possible that some reviews criticize the service, but that doesn't apply to us.
You're not allowed to eat ice cream in a cone at the tables, which is perfectly understandable.
We always receive friendly service, even in the warm summer months when the terrace is packed.
We love you!
