Among Monopoli's best restaurants, in one of its most beautiful squares. Traditional dishes, presented in contemporary and captivating ways. The best of Apulian cuisine in a beautiful and historic setting.

We had dinner at this elegant restaurant on Friday, November 14th, and had a great time. The staff was friendly and professional. We ordered a tasting of hot and cold appetizers, which were very good. For the main course, we had grilled fish and tuna with vegetables. We finished with a rocher for dessert, all accompanied by an excellent local Falanghina. Good value. Recommended.

From Piazza Palmieri to Monopoli you can see the chef's passion in his work because you eat very well from the appetizer to the dessert, then both the maitre and all the boys impressed me with the professionalism in explaining all the courses, the attention to the customer, the kindness that everyone had in the service, the elegance in short a top service for a restaurant that deserves so much in Monopoli if you want a place to be pampered and eat well this is the right place compliments especially to Gianluca very kind welcoming he made us feel at home thanks

We visited this restaurant on All Saints' Day, November 1st. We started with a revisited parmigiana (sea bass and capicollo), seafood crudités, and an excellent mix of cooked antipasti.
Next, hazelnut-crusted red tuna with saffron potatoes, and seared octopus on pistachio cream.
For the first course, a ravioli with burrata cream, shrimp, and zucchini chips. I was speechless.
And another first course, semolina gnocchi with scampi and lime.
For the second course, we sampled the almond-crusted swordfish ingot with potato flan, which we had sampled among the antipasti.
To finish on a sweet note, the sporcamuss-millefeuille with custard and berries was a fitting conclusion to this food and wine journey.
I'm always traveling, between Puglia, Lazio, and Romagna, but if I were to return, I would gladly return.
