19/03/2025: Pleasant resort experience! Quadruple room with very spacious, clean and comfortable terrace! We were able to use the spa service, which was honest but could certainly be improved! At dinner, the food was good but the best thing was the service. Excellent breakfast!

16/03/2025: On the occasion of my daughter's first confession we decided to book an aperitif at Quintaessere. The owner Fabio was very helpful and friendly in advising us on what was best to offer the guests. Smiling waiters, kind and ready to satisfy our requests. Buffet complete with cocktails, rotisserie, cold cuts, cheeses, dairy products and excellent quality dessert. Price more than honest!

18/11/2024: A good place to enjoy a good coffee and croissant The service is good, the only flaw is that if you are out for breakfast you find yourself surrounded by smokers and that's not good for non-smokers, it would be nice to put a ban in the air bar for those who smoke outside at least 5 meters away

06/01/2025: Food without joy or sea. Expensive for a take away or street food. Octopus non-existent and flavorless. I believe that compared to the initial period the level is much lower and not in line with prices.

15/04/2025: We had breakfast here as part of our accommodation. Very pleasant place, friendly staff, tea and cappuccino to order, wide selection of dishes. We could have breakfast a little earlier on the last day, and we would have caught the train to Bari.

17/04/2025: From now on, this is my favorite restaurant in Bari. The name is so fitting, this place really has a soul! The food is delicious and authentic and the atmosphere is a bit like a French bistro, even if the dishes here have the flavor of Puglia. Here food is art and culture

15/02/2025: Seconda volta in questo ristorante, ci siamo stati per la cena di San Valentino, mi fa piacere confermare l'ottima impressione della prima volta, piatti molto buoni, piacevole distinguere i sapori nei piatti che comunque si amalgamavano alla perfezione, servizio preciso e attento, se posso permettermi solo il salmone aveva appena bisogno di un piccolo sprint per esaltare un po di più il salmone stesso, comunque buono. Continuate così... bravi, è bello avere un buon ristorante di riferimento a Bari...lo consiglio senza ombra di dubbio

24/01/2025: Posto perfetto, personale gentilissimo e cibo spaziale. Si sente che in cucina c’è una mano esperta che sa trasmettere amore anche nei piatti all’apparenza più semplici. Provate le zuppe perchè vi stupiranno. Non vedo l’ora di tornare per provarle tutte!

12/01/2025: Luogo a mio parere sottovalutato dalla gente. Il cibo è stato buonissimo e l’accoglienza perfetta. Anche l’ambiente molto bello e personale flessibile con le esigenze dei clienti.
