The atmosphere is certainly original and well-maintained, both inside and out. The food is excellent and the cocktails are sophisticated and high-quality. Unfortunately, however, we've often encountered waiters who are a bit arrogant and unwilling to accommodate customers' needs.

08/07/2026: "Vini e Panini" is a must-visit in the heart of the historic center. The food is divine: platters of excellent cured meats and cheeses, and amazing sandwiches, from gourmet ones with red tuna and salmon to more rustic ones with zampina sausage. The selection of Apulian wines is excellent, and the friendly and knowledgeable staff makes you feel right at home. A quaint, authentic place, highly recommended for a high-quality, informal meal. We'll be back!
