I would pay a little more attention to welcoming the customer, the so-called "hurry and fury" is never welcome.
11/02/2025: We had a great stay! The accommodation met all our expectations—it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even better. However, the walls were quite thin, and the soundproofing was not ideal, which sometimes made it a bit noisy. Despite this, we were completely satisfied and would still recommend this place! 😊

07/03/2025: excellent experience! The pizza is delicious, with a light and fragrant dough, very fresh ingredients and a wide choice of flavours. Even the dishes in the kitchen are well prepared and full of flavour.
The staff is kind and attentive, always available to satisfy every request. The environment is welcoming and well furnished, perfect both for a dinner with friends and for a special occasion.
Excellent value for money! I will definitely return and recommend it to all lovers of good pizza and Italian cuisine.

Worth trying, highly recommended. Its owner is a competent person, who loves what he creates, because he does it with passion and love.
28/03/2025: I ate a cereal croissant and drank a coffee, the croissant dough was really excellent, but the cream was really too much inside and I would have expected a more artisanal cream, more home-made since it was a pastry shop, however it was good, average.
Nothing to say about the coffee, good.

08/03/2025: I brought some friends from out of town and we ate well, with really friendly staff. However, the price was simply SCANDALOUS: €40 per person! Even considering the sweets and bitters offered, I had never had to pay such an amount in a butcher's shop. As Antonio Zequila would say NEVER AGAIN

09/11/2024: I booked for this pizzeria and as soon as I arrived they made me sit at the booked table, so we order and in addition to a completely normal wait for a Saturday evening we ate some really excellent pizzas, the staff is really friendly and it's a family environment Furthermore, the value for money is unmatched in the area, I will return.

28/12/2024: The structure is located in an ancient building in the historic center with an entrance featuring a beautiful flowered courtyard.
The room and bathroom are far too large, but finding hair between the bed pillows and in the shower is unacceptable. The duvet on the bed was also stained and torn.
Another negative and unexpected note is the breakfast with ticket in an external bar only for croissant and cappuccino
Therefore we cannot share the enthusiastic reviews that led us to choose this b&b

07/02/2025: ¡Encontré este lugar por accidente! Volví dos veces durante nuestra visita. Es un pequeño lugar pintoresco con buena comida a un precio razonable. Es un negocio familiar y te tratan como familia. Hay carne, mucha carne... Cocinado a fuego abierto. También disfrutaron de sus verduras locales. Están ansiosos por servirte y hacen todo lo posible para comunicarse en inglés. Una gran experiencia, me encantó el ambiente, mucha diversión... Tus nuevos amigos canadienses
26/11/2024: Sono stato un anno e mezzo a Polignano a mare per lavoro e la braceria dello sport è un posto secondo me e non mi sento di esagerare unico al mondo, carne eccezionale, professionista e tecnica bella cucina della carne (una delle più difficili al mondo) superiori anche a ristoranti ultra costosi che in vita mia ho conosciuto, dato che lavoravo lì come trasfertista mi sono venuti a trovare amici e familiari, e tutti hanno avuto solo complimenti per l'estrema qualità del cibo e soprattutto per i gestori gestori che sono persone eccezionali, senza dimenticare il rapporto qualità prezzo!!!! Insomma se passate a Polignano e non andate alla braceria dello sport vi perdete qualcosa di grande!!!!

16/10/2024: A discapito di alcune recensioni negative, ci rechiamo al trullo del conte che risulta essere un locale molto piacevole. Il locale è informale, la cucina è ottima cosi come la gentilezza del proprietario che ci ha trattato come “compaesani”. In conclusione ristorante da non farsi sfuggire in caso di vacanza ad Alberobello.
Ps: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
