Vini & panini In Monopoli

We have been eating here for 4 days because the food is delicious and the service is also we thought, we would have given 5 stars but they are not deserved after the behavior of the waitress who served us last night. we ordered the same thing to take away for 4 days in a row, that is, a focaccia with stracciatella and raw ham (something off the menu that they always made for us without showing any kind of problem), so sitting at the table we ordered the same thing and despite had we explained it to her, the waitress continued to argue several times, underlining that they could not satisfy the request and we had to explain to her several times that we had been ordering that focaccia for days. her insistence in replying to our request gave us the impression that it would have been an immense sacrifice for her to go and ask the staff if it could be done, in the end, annoyed, she finally deigned to go and ask and to our surprise we were served the same thing we ordered for 4 days. up to this point we could have overlooked it if it weren't for the fact that when I dropped the knife on the floor, with an extremely annoyed look and even huffing, the waitress had the nerve to tell me, and I quote verbatim, "you need another knife?" . honestly, if it had been up to me I would have replied "you'll see". but I am a polite person. I was honestly shocked because in my entire life I have never heard such a rude thing said to me by someone who brings food to my table. in general, there is a sense among the waiters that they don't want to be there working. In any case, we will certainly never sit at the table again.

Pizzas with top pizza dough like in Italy. Very beautiful decor and excellent service. What more ?

If that was BIG beer, then I am Roberto Baggio. Understandable perhaps when one takes into account what Italian women have been telling their men about size for all these years.

Very nice spot in the town’s square. Very good service,atmosphere and the food is very tasty. We ordered a capresse salad and 2 sandwiches, everything very good.

Very cozy restaurant and super nice waiters. The plates in combination with a spritz are one of the highlights of our vacation.

We had a great experience at this place when we needed a late lunch around 3 PM. It was open and bustling with people, just like always. The Venezuelan waiter's kindness stood out, he was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed delicious sandwiches, and super fresh tasty salads. I would definitely return and recommend going there in the evening as well, as the atmosphere is fantastic.

We had an aperitivo there twice and because I'm coeliac with dairy intolerance (lactose mostly) I didn't expect more than a glass of spritz and a few olives but I had the most fantastic gluten-free panino with lactose free mozzarella, ham, etc! All superb! The best g-f bread I've had ever, a very knowledgeable staff member, who advised,guided, explained and helped and I definitely recommend the place to anyone with a food intolerance (particularly coeliac)

Nice and fresh food, reasonable prices
