29/08/2024: very rustic room, of medium size, located in a pedestrian street with no exit but perpendicular to the main street of the town, with a barrel vault. Parking is problematic. First time with friends, 12 adults, quite full and the overall noise reached such a high and unpleasant level that it was very difficult to communicate. At each place there was a paper placemat with the entire menu printed on it, a glass and wrapped cutlery as well as a bowl of olives. Discreet service, water on tap, generally good pizzas but two friends who had ordered a "bufalina" were unable to eat it as it was too salty; the same two people then received the ice cream (the classic wedding favor) completely melted... Despite the reasonable prices, some people certainly will never return. Paying more attention to the complete satisfaction of each customer would be just as necessary as replacing the inedible pizzas... Too bad.

06/08/2024: Greatly disappointed. This restaurant was recommended to me by my airbnb host as a “local favorite”. I have to give my expetience a 1/5 but if I could drop it down to a 0, I would. Unfortunately, the service ruined it for me. Seeing that they had an English version of the menu, I allowed myself to ask questions to my waiter in English. He looked visibly annoyed when I started speaking. When I asked him for recommendations, he let out a heavy sigh. I felt very unwelcome. I had the octopus salad which was decent. The tuna wellington was chewy like rubber. Disappointing. Not tourist-friendly.

04/08/2024: On the beautiful sea of ​​Monopoli, in Lido Bianco. Restaurant inside, lounge bar outside. Very kind staff, super place. We were at the lounge bar where you can also eat without committing too much to the restaurant. Had a great dinner. Very good drinks menu. Cherry on the cake? The prickly pear sorbet (in the photo), nothing short of superlative. Thank you. I will definitely go back

06/08/2024: My all time favorite pizzeria and appetizer 🤩🤩. Traditional location (it seems to be at home), I returned there approximately two weeks ago for precisely a: "Meeting" with friends, the staff is guaranteed to be friendly and helpful in everything, the dishes are wow, I'm telling you come on. I looked at the pizza menu and a margherita costs €3.00 and it's nothing! I live in the Marche and a margherita also costs €6.00 ​​or €7.00, I saw the prices on the next page the prices were low compared to where I live of course... I got: a tasty pizza: tomato, mozzarella (I made a variation), black truffle cream and walnuts (not grains, walnuts. Fresh walnut kernels), while I was eating the pizza I really felt the piece, Top! My pizza €7.00. Very very delicious, definitely worth taking again. Moral of the story, 3 people had a 33 bek's beer, 2 still waters, 3 pizzas, a raw side dish, guess what? ??? €29.00 per person, the total of the bill. And with that I said it all. Actually, no you have to try the various very good hot and cold local cuisine appetizers and don't forget not to take the raw fish it's good and fresh, trust me. Another good thing is that one of the few pizzerias that is open on Mondays also has an outdoor room, where it is pleasant to dine outside in the fresh air in the evening.
