Cabò In Gioia del colle

A very nice place in the historic center of Gioia. The staff was really friendly, both in welcoming us and in offering recommendations. We chose two different platters, which were generous, and both tigelle and gnocchi fritti were plentiful. They also offer five different sauces. Everything was really good!

We went to Cabó and had a truly positive experience. The cured meats were delicious and fresh, of excellent quality, and the tigelle were simply wonderful, soft and flavorful, perfect with the cured meats. You can taste the attention to the ingredients and the passion in carefully preparing everything. The only small flaw is the price, slightly higher than we expected, but overall, it's a place I absolutely recommend.

I wanted to try this place again before leaving a review. Let's start by saying that the tigelle, along with the cured meats and jams they bring, are quite good. I've tried this place twice, both times on the weekend. The service is friendly, fast, and courteous, but a major flaw that occurred both times was that they didn't respect the reservation time. I should point out that when I booked the second time, I emphasized that I should be given a suitable time so as not to make me wait. The reservation wasn't respected both times. (I can understand a 15-minute wait on the weekend; that's no problem), but missing an appointment by more than an hour is completely unfair to the customer. I'll return for the excellent tigelle, but I hope to never wait this long again.

I found it by chance on Instagram and it turned out to be a delightful place. The quality of the cured meats was truly excellent, and the tigelle, a traditional Emilian dish, were also unique. I'd like to compliment the owner for his kindness during the service.
