They searched for recipes, found suppliers, trained the young chef to put traditional dishes back on the table. This is how I was able to appreciate the difference between sgagliozze and panzerotti made as they should be and those sold to tourists... And then a series of local dishes such as Tiella made with arborio rice, thinly sliced ​​potatoes, stringy cheese and mussels... all cooked in a crock. Terramina is a name that perfectly captures the aspiration of the owners and managers: to make known the most authentic soul of that Land.

The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and with great attention to local tradition. Each dish was a small masterpiece of taste. The services are impeccable: courteous, helpful and always attentive to the needs of the guests. We felt pampered from the first to the last minute. The pool area is simply wonderful: cared for in the smallest details, relaxing and perfect for enjoying the sun and the tranquility of the Apulian countryside. 03/06/2025: I've stayed at quite a few Agriturismos in Italy and after 3 nights at Lama San Giorgio I can say it's quite far below the bar of what I consider a good stay to be. The rooms themselves are pretty nice and seem modern and updated. But that's about all I would say is good about this place. Food: There's a menu that doesn't seem to change. The quality of the food was extremely poor and none of us enjoyed our meal. The Sunday dinner was the worst. We couldn't sit down until 8:30 pm, and it took them an hour and a half to finally bring out the main dish, which was just some bad fried fish. It's funny, you order your meal ahead of time, but it's almost like they don't even look at what you order, because the staff was constantly bringing out the wrong plates. I think by the end of our meal we had 2 or three random plates of food on our table that no one ordered. The staff appears to be mostly young kids that are not interested in hospitality, so that may explain the very odd experience of eating here. They also put everyone in a very warm room with large flood lights, so on top of everything the ambiance for eating is also bad. Location: I generally expect agriturismos to be in the countryside, in a somewhat idyllic setting. This place, on the other hand, is right off of a main road and appears to be connected to a larger farm that handles more large scale agriculture. As such, the surroundings are more industrial agricultural, rather than quaint farm. You can see a lot large silos and big fields. A couple more positive notes - this place is very kid friendly. It's well priced, too. I just think that you'll probably be disappointed if you book this on your vacation, so look elsewhere.

05/05/2025: Leaving the auchqn I was looking for a place nearby to eat a pizza, since I like a change I wanted to try this bar/pizzeria/rotisserie. We only tried pizzas and panzerotti, so for fairness and consistency I will only talk about that, I won't comment on anything else. first of all, the pizza is available in two sizes, mini and classic. This is not a pizza from Bari or a Neapolitan pizza, but it is an excellent Roman pizza, the classic "scrocchiarella", crunchy both on the edge and in the centre. It is not very thin and even the simple margherita satisfies "normal" appetites, the mini is recommended for children and for those who usually eat half a pizza (also because, credit to them, the mini pizza costs exactly half the price of the classic pizza and not, as in many pizzerias, only one euro less than the standard-sized pizza.) The panzerotti are good, especially the fried ones (but as we know, everything is better if fried), but it's a shame they are a bit small. To give an idea of ​​the prices, the classic margerita costs 4 euros, the mini pizza 2 euros, the baked panzerotto 2 euros, the fried panzerotto 1.80 euros. There is no cover charge, there are free tables inside and outside. There are various types of rotisserie fried foods, sandwiches, arancini, croquettes, chips, etc. on the counter. If you like crunchy Roman pizza this is definitely a place to try.

14/05/2025: Présentation des assiettes au top, nous avions pris une planche à partager et la présentation change comparé à une présentation d’un plateau charcuterie en France. Le plats de pâtes était très bon et la sauce tomate excellente. Produits frais. Tiramisu très bon.

10/05/2025: Je conseille fortement ce restaurant si vous cherchez des plats bons, avec des prix corrects ! Ce restaurant se trouve dans une petite rue, à quelques minutes des Trulli. Autant le plat que j’ai pris, que le dessert étaient très bons ! Les serveuses sont sympathiques et ont une patience d’or ! Je conseillerai de réserver une table, car l’établissement est assez petit et de rempli vite, ce serait dommage de ne pas pouvoir y déjeuner !
