The restaurant provided an amazing experience with a deserved Michelin selection, but the meal speed could be improved.

Creative but not complex cuisine. The chef offers dishes that revisit custom without overdoing it. It surprises without shocking. We enjoyed the whole tasting journey chosen, and we would like to return. Bright and comfortable environment, attentive and impeccable service. Reasonable overall. Stellar, in my humble opinion: once the parking problem was resolved and the exit of the dishes from the kitchen was taken care of with the utmost care. Small flaw: no one asked for our coats, which remained on an armchair at the table for the entire lunch.

As soon as we entered we were greeted with a rare kindness to find, we entrusted ourselves completely to the chef, with a menu that left us breathless. Every single ingredient was a joy to my palate, my wife and I had a lunch that was difficult to forget. Large selection of wines... All with great attention to every detail. Well done, I recommend it to everyone We will definitely be back...

Un percorso gastronomico particolare fuori dagli schemi consuenti dei soliti ristoranti dove si va solo per mangiare.Al Jamantè,nato da una idea di Gianluca Torres,si vive un mondo diverso della ristorazione grazie all'esperienza dello Chef Pisciotta che ha creato piatti davvero singolari e di eccellente qualità.Non starò qui ad elencarli lasciando a voi la curiosità di gustarli personalmente prenotando al più presto un tavolo al Jamantè.

Refined environment, fine furnishings. Interesting dishes and quality ingredients. Very friendly staff, but more staff would have been needed in the room.

A very big Meh... The dishes are good but light years away from the quality of a starred restaurant they aspire to. An appetizer and a first course of fish, where unfortunately I didn't feel the sea at all. All for prices that are not adequate for the quality. I'm perplexed, I wouldn't go back.

Extraordinary experience: excellent food, delicious and refined combinations, amazing wine selection. Elegant, clean, refined, bright location, large spaces and tables well positioned between each other, i.e. neither too close nor distracting. Amazing staff: attentive to detail, kind, helpful. Good quality/price ratio. The icing on the cake: pet-friendly. I love my poodle who comes with me everywhere, from business trips to leisure dinners. Furthermore, the restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the center so it is absolutely pleasant to walk to reach the heart of Polignano a Mare and be able to take some photos of the famous cliff. Location stupenda e curata nei minimi particolari. Percorso degustativo vario e sublime. Grande tecnica dello chef che rende omaggio a materie prime anche semplici e comuni. Presentazione e sostanza vanno di pari passo. Il personale è raffinato e discreto, formato e garbatissimo

Such an amazing restaurant. So much attention to detail in both the food and atmosphere. Waiters were very attentive and knowledgeable. Every dish was an interesting interpretation of the local cuisine. Sauces were intriguing and pasta was perfectly cooked. The interior design was beautiful and especially the tables which were like pieces of art.
