26/08/2024: A truly wonderful place, we really had a good time, we stayed for a week, Filippo and Alessandra were really very kind, for anything, gold they were ready for everything, Giovanni was also very kind and nice, the guys who work everyone there was good and helpful, Mariella, really very sweet, and super good at her job, the rooms were spotless, in the morning for breakfast, everything was delicious, last night we had dinner, and it was all very good, the waiters, very kind, I will definitely be back soon, I already miss this place, because I had a really good time❤️❤️❤️a big hug to all of you, and thanks again for everything. 23/08/2024: We had a dinner at this Ciriè farm during the week to celebrate a family event. the service was impeccable, the waiters and the manager Filippo were very kind and helpful. We ate very well, excellent and very special appetizers, delicious first course, second course of meat and dessert with a good house wine and drinks available for every need. The elegant and well-kept room, excellent welcome and kindness from all the staff. For lovers of agritourism it is a place not to be missed. Thank you.

31/07/2024: Panzerotti molto buoni, fritti bene e con ampia scelta! Quello classico pomodoro e mozzarella viene 2,50 uno dei più economici di Monopoli mentre gli altri si aggirano intorno ai 5/6 euro. L'unica pecca avrei gradito ci fosse più condimento dentro!

07/07/2024: Finger food! Grab and take away! But just take a minute's walk and you will find yourself at the castle where you can sit. Excellent raw panzerotti and dried tomatoes, turnip greens, provola and ham...not greasy, light and well stuffed! Prices more than fair!!!

03/08/2024: Eremita è una braceria che consiglierei a tutti. I titolari sono stati molto gentili, accoglienti e attenti ai particolari. È formata anche da uno staff efficiente. Stasera abbiamo provato tutti i loro tipi di bombette, ognuna di loro da un gusto strepitoso Ha una vasta scelta di bistecche...dalle più semplici alle più particolari. Che dire? Tutto davvero buonissimo. Almeno una volta nella vita bisogna andarci. Consiglio vivamente questo posto, per serate con amici, in coppia, per feste.

30/07/2024: I remembered it as one of the best brazieri in Puglia. I always went there for dinner when I lived there... I returned a few days ago after more than a year of absence, hoping to make a great impression on my friends who had come to visit me. I do not know what happened . Chaos, disorganization, listlessness, potatoes and trotters finished on Saturday evening, table booked in the morning and delivered half an hour late by pure chance, 2 very talented young guys in the room trying to manage an unmanageable situation. It's a shame because it was one of the most beautiful places in the whole area. I hope you shine again.

17/08/2024: 75 minute wait for a pizza, which arrived after repeated requests. Grumpy waiter who thought he was talking to light poles instead of people. To end up at the cash register we were overtaken by other tables and once we had expressed our complaints we had even more hostility from the cashier and the owner, in short we make a mistake and in the end we defend ourselves by saying "look at the numbers we make", the obnoxiousness of the parvenue.

17/08/2024: 75 minuti di attesa per una pizza, arrivata dopo ripetute sollecitazioni. Cameriere scorbutica che pensava di parlare con i pali della luce invece che con persone. Per finire alla cassa sorpassati da altri tavoli e una volta dette le rimostranze abbiamo avuto ancora più ostilità dalla cassiera e dal proprietario, insomma si sbaglia e alla fine ci si difende dicendo “guarda i numeri che facciamo”, la presappochezza

23/01/2024: I don't know for what absurd reason but in person the pizzas sound really excellent, but with home delivery they lose a lot so I recommend consuming them on the spot. It's best to book on weekends, especially because the place is small and you risk not finding a seat.
