Friendly and perfectly managed service, wide choice of home-produced wines, fixed menu that combines Apulian tradition with zero-mile ingredients. The location is intimate and welcoming at the same time. I would go back either to celebrate a particular event or to spend a day in total relaxation!

16/03/2025: Perfetto per una cena a due o anche solo per una serata conviviale. Pietanze sempre varie e ricercate, con un intreccio di sapori e fragranze che ti lasciano la voglia di ritornare. Anche se il cibo è gourmet le porzioni sono abbondanti. La scelta dei vini non lascia adito a dubbi sulla qualità degli stessi. La particolarità del cibo e delle bevande non alza il costo delle varie portate, quindi lo consiglio vivamente anche a livello turistico. Una notte ad Alberobello può essere anticipata solo da una cena speciale, l'importante è prenotare, altrimenti si corre il rischio di non cenare.

02/11/2024: Mi era stato consigliato da un collega, sono andato per vederlo, parlare e prenotare un pranzo/festa per i 90anni di mia madre il 1 novembre, eravamo 18 persone Ebbene devo dire che il posto è piaciuto molto a tutti, era pieno, ma si stava larghi e tranquilli. Il menù che avevano fatto ha soddisfatto tutti per le porzioni e soprattutto per la materia prima. Davvero complimenti a Giacomo il titolare, la direttrice di sala Ivana e poi tutto lo staff era cordiale, attento e competente.....per i bambini c'è un ampio patio/giardino per sbizzarrirsi, ci sono vari animali, insomma tutto SUPER e al Top.....bravi bravi bravi 👍👍👍👏👏👏🔝🔝🔝

30/03/2025: The location is strategic, which is why it is always full.... As a coffee shop it really sucks for me. Burnt coffee and croissants (on Saturday) from the day before. It's always crowded just because of the location.

21/12/2024: To celebrate our little girl's first birthday we chose this location (suggested by a couple of friends) after seeing several. Torre Belvedere immediately struck us with its garden and stone rooms which give the internal environment a sense of warmth and welcome. Paola and her team were the icing on the cake! They immediately understood how we wanted to organize the party and went beyond all our expectations, allowing us to make that day memorable not only for us but also for our guests. We have certainly found our favorite location which will avoid us having to make many more trips to other rooms for future events.

02/02/2025: Today, February 2, 2025, my brother Stefano's eighteenth birthday was celebrated at lunch. What can I say... It is an elegant location that welcomes guests with open arms. The staff is always attentive and punctual to the requests that are made. the menu was not only of superior quality, but also plentiful. The show, then, was greatly appreciated. We didn't believe it to be so at all. Continue like this and you will go very far. It is our wish that you let's do.👏👏👏

27/03/2025: I didn’t like the atmosphere. It was cheap looking. The food is nothing special, okay for the price. I’ve had salmon risotto, it was all cream, do not recommend it. The fried seafood was good.
