Bar Peppino is a place where time seems to slow down. The spirit of old Italy permeates the air—calm, authentic, and unhurried. The owners create an incredibly warm atmosphere, and the presence of regular, local guests makes you feel a part of the place from the very first visit. This is one of those places you want to return to—and one you simply must visit.

Bar Peppino is a place with a true Italian soul. You can feel the atmosphere of bygone days—no rush, no unnecessary hustle and bustle, but with an authentic atmosphere. The wonderful owners create a unique atmosphere, and the local guests only add to the charm of this place. In our opinion, this is a must-see.

I tried the traditional coffee with amaretto and milk foam. And lemon zest (I hope I remembered the ingredients correctly). I did a thorough search online to find the café that invented this type of coffee...what can I say? It's delicious, absolutely worth a try, so...I highly recommend it...do it! We also tried the potato ice cream...but...we didn't like the flavor, but otherwise it was excellent 😁!

13/04/2026: I come here often. The staff is always friendly, the food is spectacular, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. They sometimes organize evenings with music and DJs. I highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: A very nice place in the historic center of Gioia. The staff was really friendly, both in welcoming us and in offering recommendations. We chose two different platters, which were generous, and both tigelle and gnocchi fritti were plentiful. They also offer five different sauces. Everything was really good!
09/04/2026: We went to Cabó and had a truly positive experience. The cured meats were delicious and fresh, of excellent quality, and the tigelle were simply wonderful, soft and flavorful, perfect with the cured meats. You can taste the attention to the ingredients and the passion in carefully preparing everything. The only small flaw is the price, slightly higher than we expected, but overall, it's a place I absolutely recommend.
