11/06/2026: Good evening, the staff is truly incredible. The piadina with the classic dough is incredible. But the store is falling apart and is truly old and ugly compared to all the stores I've seen elsewhere, including Rome and Milan. I wonder why not in Casamassima! I'm a super regular customer, and seeing this store show so little care from the company saddens me.

09/06/2026: Really satisfied. Excellent piadina accompanied by a tasty salad. Attentive and friendly staff. After payment, they washed their hands and only then started preparing the piadina. Highly recommended!

26/07/2026: The menu offers a lovely selection: house antipasti including stuffed mussels, meatballs with mashed potatoes, pieces of omelette, roasted eggplant with raw onion, battered anchovies, burrata cheese, and olives; a choice of main course, followed by watermelon and lemon sorbet, all for €20.00 (drinks not included). The tender and fragrant grilled octopus, the delicious mixed fried fish, and finally the chilled rosé wine by the glass were truly delightful.

02/02/2026: There's pizza with fries! :O The salami and margarita are definitely delicious. ;) The oven is spectacular. The interior of the building is beautiful, with arched stone, amplifying the basic speech sounds, which is annoying. Regardless, we would have eaten there the next day. It's worth booking a table in advance on a Saturday night!

20/06/2026: The place is nice, but the service was terrible and slow. The place wasn't crowded, but the staff was clearly understaffed. We waited about 40 minutes just to order; you can imagine how long we had to wait for the pizzas: about 2 hours in total. I strongly recommend asking for the actual wait time before booking or ordering pizzas. Furthermore, the owner was particularly rude: after coming to take our order more than 40 minutes late, she seemed annoyed and annoyed that we had repeatedly asked her. Considering the wait and the inconvenience caused to customers, we would have appreciated greater courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a decidedly negative impression.

18/05/2026: Horrible, if you go on Monday you'll be left hungry, booked the day before, arrived there we ask for the menu, but it's not possible to have it because you only eat what they have... 2 choices of first courses and only one second course... Plus a nice free hair on the plate..... Never to return again.

02/06/2026: A great place in the Poggiofranco area of ​​Bari. Its location in the small square makes for a pleasant evening stroll away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bari. Excellent pizzas and traditional dishes. It's advisable to book well in advance. Wide selection of beers. The staff is friendly and ready to help with any needs. The only challenge is finding parking.

28/05/2026: Super dishes. Excellent and plentiful gourmet pizza. A place with a well-defined format that has been working for years. A restyling would be worth considering, but the food is good and above all it's a good place. No performance anxiety. Recommended also for the trained and patient staff.

04/07/2026: Let me start by saying we liked this spot so much we came back twice on our 5 day stay. We are Canadian, and needed to get used to European service. Things just take longer, people sit for hours to enjoy their food. If you are in a rush or expect snappy NA service, this is not the place for you. Chiodo Fisso is located outside of the primary tourist area and you are treated to an authentic warm and welcoming atmosphere. So warm in fact, that our server moved their standing fan and pointed it at our table it was so hot. No fault of the restaurant's though, we were there in a 37° heat wave. The food is amazing. The pizzas are plentiful the ingredients are of a very high quality and, compared to the old city of Bari, approximately 60% of the price. Come and enjoy the food, the ambiance is authentic Bari (a welcome break from the tourist heavy old city), just be ready to sit, relax and enjoy your food. One of the highlights of our European trip.

25/06/2026: The pizza was good. But I was charged 2 copertivos although I was there on my own. And copertivo was charged only for the possibility to sit. There was nothing included in its cost.

07/07/2026: We stopped here during our afternoon visit to Pugliano a Mare. It was hot so we sat inside where it was air conditioned. We only had pizza but it was the best pizza we had on our trip so far. The service was top notch! Would definitely recommend even if only for the pizza

19/04/2026: This isn't my first time at Oliver's, and honestly, every time I'm in Noci, it's practically a must. When a place maintains such high standards over time, it means there's passion and great care for the ingredients behind it. The highlight? Without a doubt, their carpaccio pizza. I believe it's truly unique in the entire area: the meat is incredibly fresh, tender, and pairs perfectly with the light and digestible dough. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to return again and again. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff friendly, which never hurts. If you're looking for a pizza that's out of the ordinary and want to play it safe, Oliver's is the place to go.

12/04/2026: The best dairy in the area. Excellent stracciatella, burrata, and nodini—there's truly so much to choose from. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I return to Puglia, they're a regular stop and a safe haven for excellent dairy products. They also prepare packages for travel—excellent service.

21/04/2026: We had dinner with just the main course, a Florentine steak for two, baked potatoes, homemade desserts, and a good local Primitivo wine. The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked, and everything else was good. The service was excellent; rarely do you find such knowledgeable and courteous young people. The price was reasonable for the quality.
