We ate carpaccio di tonno incredibly good, and the best thing was the rissotto ai frutti di mare, delicious and with sapori a mare.
We will definitely come back when we visit Polignano

Polignano is a beautiful seaside town, but it can get very crowded with tourists. At the end of the busy street full of restaurants, we found Nobilnonna, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was much more relaxed, and we were lucky to get a table.
The fresh seafood was excellent, the pasta was delicious, and the Negroamaro wine was very good. Everything was reasonably priced, especially considering the lovely setting.
A great place to enjoy authentic food away from the busiest crowds.

This restaurant is located on the famous "Via Roma". We went in on a whim, mainly because it was cool inside on a scorching hot day.
The staff is friendly and professional. The menu is reasonably extensive. The pizza one of us ordered was fine. The pasta (torteletti) was bland and lacked flavor. Unfortunately, my swordfish was not sliced evenly throughout, causing the thinner part to be overcooked and tough.
I always wonder: if a chef notices that the fish has been overcooked, why serve it?
The fried potatoes were reheated in the microwave (...).
I would not choose this place. Not "bad", but not really good either.
The back terrace is very quiet and pleasant. They offer a good selection of seafood and fish dishes. Prices are reasonable, and we had a lovely time.

There were eight of us, including children, and this place was perfect! The best we've had since the start of our trip through Puglia! The service was quick and the waiter very friendly, the food was traditional and the pizza excellent! The setting was very pleasant and nicely decorated.

We stopped here during our afternoon visit to Pugliano a Mare. It was hot so we sat inside where it was air conditioned. We only had pizza but it was the best pizza we had on our trip so far. The service was top notch! Would definitely recommend even if only for the pizza

At the back of the restaurant is a quiet little street, where the restaurant also has a terrace; you have to walk through the restaurant to get there. Service is fine, food delicious, prices are like everywhere else.
