26/07/2024: I have been here before and knew exactly which specialty pizza I wanted to order to go. The man behind the counter refused to show me a menu, so I could order correctly. He would only allow me to order off the wall menu which did not include the specialty pizzas. Four different men got involved and refused to acknowledge that I was being excluded from the pizza I wanted. They were rude and unwilling to be helpful. I live here; I am not a tourist. This was disrespectful and disappointing.

22/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo locale con i miei genitori. Cibo ottimo, le patate e la carne erano squisite. Il personale cordiale con i clienti, bagno pulito e prezzi nella norma. Consigliato.

15/08/2024: Da anni vengo a mangiare in questo ristorante e, fino a due anni fa, l'ho consigliato a molti (ho anche scritto precedenti recensioni con alti punteggi dovuti principalmente alla qualità del servizio). L'anno scorso ci siamo trovati veramente male a causa del pessimo servizio (lento, scoordinato, immani attese, l'acqua dispersa nel nulla, alcune risposte fuori luogo) ma abbiamo pensato si trattasse di un caso sfortunato che può succedere ovunque e non abbiamo dato peso. Quest'anno una situazione che non potrebbe capitare nemmeno nella peggiore bettola, gestita da un oste improvvisato ed incapace. Prenotiamo per 6 persone. In due arriviamo puntuali ma, purtroppo, gli altri 4 hanno un imprevisto e un forte ritardo. Dal momento che capiamo che attenderemo quasi un'ora il loro arrivo, chiamiamo l'unico cameriere che prende le prenotazioni (peraltro penso sia il proprietario) e lo informiamo del ritardo degli altri commensali e, pertanto, noi due, nell'attesa di ordinare la cena, vorremmo cominciare a prendere una pizza per placare la fame nell'attesa. Risposta: "No, per ordinare aspetto l'arrivo di tutti, adesso ho altri tavoli " e se ne va, senza portare né un grissino, né un tarallo, niente di commestibile. Attenzione per il cliente ZERO. Dopo quasi un'ora di attesa, finalmente ci siamo tutti ed ordiniamo. Cinque persone prendono l'antipasto, io lo salto e chiedo direttamente il primo, specificando di farlo uscire insieme agli antipasti (situazione che qualsiasi ristorante sa gestire). Alcuni sanno già cosa mangiare dopo gli antipasti, altri no e si riservano di ordinare successivamente. Seconda sorpresa strabiliante: ci sentiamo rispondere che lui (l'unico cameriere che prende le ordinazioni) non passa una seconda volta al nostro tavolo, che dobbiamo dire tutto in un'unica volta. Avete mai visto una cosa del genere? Io solo nelle mense aziendali dove devi riempire il vassoio con un unico passaggio. Arrivano i 5 antipasti mentre il primo, per il quale si era specificamente chiesto di farlo uscire in contemporanea agli antipasti, esce dopo quasi un'altra ora insieme con gli altri primi. Attenzione al cliente MENO DIECI. Io sono una persona che ha girato tutta Italia, che frequenta sia osterie caserecce che ristoranti di alto livello ma in tutti i luoghi, seppur con modalità differenti, l'attenzione al cliente e la gentilezza sono un elemento fondamentale che ho sempre trovato. L'arroganza così sfacciata del chi sa che tanto c'è un altro turista da spennare non l'avevo mai vista prima e, sinceramente, spero di non doverla mai più incontrare. A differenza di tanta cafonaggine mai vista, ad onor del vero, va detto che tutto l'altro personale, quello giovane, capace e che, purtroppo, non ha il permesso di gestire le ordinazioni, è molto gentile, educato e particolarmente rispettoso. La buona cucina la si trova in tutti i ristoranti pugliesi, insieme a gentilezza e cordialità, il menefreghismo nei confronti del cliente l'ho trovato solo qui, da due anni a questa parte.

17/08/2024: Le restaurant « fameux » à côté étant plein, nous avons jeté notre dévolu sur celui attenant. Belle surprise ! Très bien accueilli, repas copieux. Antipasti partagé, un carpaccio bien garni, une pizza « spéciale » que j’ai eu du mal à finir. Bon choix de vin. Cafés 55€ à deux un soir en plein centre historique… Bravo ! Continuez ! Nous recommandons+++++ PS : honte à celui qui a laissé un avis aussi nauséabond. Premièrement, ayez conscience de la portée que peut avoir un tel avis, deuxièmement, apprenez à écrire français. Enfin, votre expérience malheureuse ne vous autorise pas à tenir de tel propos. De toute évidence, vous ne tenez pas de commerce.

05/08/2024: Nous avons été dans ce restaurant à un mois d’août en famille nous avons pris des pâtes au pesto qui était d’ailleurs degeulasse j’avais envie de vomir, les serveurs très désagréable et il voyait qu’on na pas fini notre assiette qu’il nous demande même pas si il on n’a aimé il en n’avais r a faire de notre avis. Qualité prix c’est cher pour ce que on n’a manger un calice de vin 15€ apparement ils se serait trompé dans l’addition. Nous l’avons payé 5€ finalement. Nous recommandons absolument pas ce restaurent les plats sont fait à la va vite ce n’est pas raffiné ce restaurant est un attrape touristes ni allait pas ! 😡

30/07/2024: The owner Anna is exceptional, sweet, kind, very quick to serve. The focaccia is delicious like everything else. It's not on the street but I go there anyway. It's worth a lot.

09/08/2024: Driving past and decided to drop in for a drink and snack . We sat outside overlooking the water . We ordered the bruschetta & frutti de mare , washed it down with Aperol spritz of course. It was of the best tasting meals we have on our trip . Highly Recommend

06/08/2024: On Sunday lunch, we called to book for four of us and when confirming the reservation they told us that the POS was broken and that we could only pay in cash or by check. We asked if we could possibly make a bank transfer and they told us no. Good food. Nice location. Average service until the moment of payment arrives when, rudely, they tell us that they cannot accept the check and by magic the POS is reactivated... We say goodbye and, without any response, we leave. It should be noted that the POS is mandatory and the business must be closed if it does not work.

03/08/2024: I'm sorry but I can't speak well. An endless wait of about 2 hours to get a pizza....the kids can't wait that long!!! . Need for a reorganization.... Many people leave because of the long wait because it's something scandalous!!!!
