01/10/2025: The selection and offering of dishes is certainly top-notch, and the deliberate attention to ingredients and the desire to offer a high-quality culinary experience are evident. The other diners had a very positive experience, finding unusual but very successful combinations. Unfortunately, the veal cutlet Milanese definitely didn't match the presentation, service, and the rest of the menu. The cutlet was shared among the diners, who tasted it and confirmed my opinion. The breading was interesting and unique, but it came off the meat, remaining on the plate that was taken away, as did a generous amount of fat. Of the total 800 grams, the final edible portion must have been about half, with a decidedly large bone and all the remaining material on the plate that was taken away. The cutlet then reappeared during the night, both heavy and, unfortunately, causing unpleasant regurgitation. A real shame, because the restaurant's attention and passion for food, pairings, and service were lacking with this dish. The overall experience among diners was positive, but in my opinion, the only dish I ate deserves this rating. I'm just sorry I can't show the before and after, to avoid easy criticisms of "clean plate" or "if only he had said so before," which are certainly understandable, but worthless.

16/11/2025: Long waits for those who sit at a table, even when the place is empty. The staff is sullen and doesn't pay much attention to the customers. This morning, after a short wait, our coffees were brought, and the waitress, insensitive, handed us the cups, slapping them across the table like poker cards, as if we were in a Wild West saloon. As a regular customer, I've noticed a deterioration in service and the staff is becoming increasingly rude. They're making us want to return. Too bad...

28/09/2025: Very welcoming place, without too many formalities. The food is good, from the fish to the pizzas, which are light. Excellent and fast service, very kind and friendly staff.

15/10/2025: The pizza was good, but they ripped me off for a few euros. After showing me my payment receipt, they took it, counted how much cash they had on them, shrugged it off, and left me alone. I didn't get a receipt. We went to the menu, calculated how much I should pay on a calculator, agreed, and that was it. I didn't want to go to the police for that 3 euros. I asked if it was an envelope, but they said they didn't have it.

05/10/2025: Delicious pizza! We got takeout late at night. The guys made it even though they were almost closing. It's clear this is a place with tradition and customer service. Thank you.

05/07/2025: Impeccable service! The owner, whom we nicknamed "doctor" for his professionalism and preparation, treated us like regular customers! Fresh and tasty dishes and prices above their height! We, people from outside, were treated like family! FABULOUS!!!

17/11/2025: It was a discovery! I took my partner to dinner and it was a real hit. The dishes were incredible, with authentic flavors that exuded love, as did the service, which was finally old-school, when experiences and a love of food were shared between diners and waiters. It was a pleasant experience. We can't wait to return!

10/11/2025: A historic venue for Monopoli, in my opinion underrated because our experience was truly satisfying. Located in the center, just steps from the city's main square, it offers plenty of free parking and paid street parking. The interior is British-style, in the tradition of British pubs, welcoming and featuring a large, long bar with stools and tables. The menu is extensive and a challenge for even the most discerning palates: sandwiches, plated meals, salads, pizza, various appetizers, and delicious desserts. But the real highlight is the selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles. They're top-notch here, and finally, the various beers are expertly served in the correct glasses—kudos to you. The service is impeccable, helpful, always available, and punctual. In my opinion, this place deserves great attention... highly recommended, we'll be back.
